We arrived at this property and within the hour we realized that the fridge was not working. We had $1000 worth of food and drink that would spoil without a working fridge, especially during a 99+ degree weekend. The customer service phone line we were given was never answered over the 5 calls we placed and left voicemails. We were only reached out to via text message and then received a phone call 24 hours after the initial outreach. The maintenance person showed up 2+ hours after the initial phone call expressing concern about the fridge. We were offered the option to move next door to a property that did not have air conditioning or we could store our food in the fridge next door and stay in the property we booked with air conditioning (which is necessary during 99+ degree weather). We spent the entire weekend staying in one home while all of our perishable food was in the fridge next door - to eat any of it, we had to either eat it next door or bring it back to our property. I would strongly recommend that any interested guests find a property elsewhere to protect yourselves.

The property was great. Convenient to get to the base of Park City Mountain or walk to town. The house was clean and well taken care of.

We had a bit of a rocky start, but the house was lovely and comfortable and gave lots of privacy when needed. The home is well-equipped with most kitchen items you could need including a Keurig and regular coffee maker and crock pots. It could use a full set of measuring cups/spoons. We were grateful the kid's rooms were the furthest downstairs as they were more able to climb them.
The location was near perfect to the slopes. We took advantage of the free bus system, which is a blessing.
Truly, my family would love to make this an annual event with this location where we stay. One could comfortably have 3 families stay here without issue. We created some wonderful memories, here, and are grateful for the opportunity.

The property was great and in a perfect location to walk to the slopes. I'd stay there again!

Perfect location and home for a larger group! Would highly recommend.

Our weekend stay at this home was a delightful experience overall. The house's wood character and convenient 3-minute walk to the ski slopes and shuttle service set the stage for a memorable mountain retreat. Pros included flexible early check-in and late check-out (with advance notice), a well-stocked kitchen, family-friendly gathering spaces, and comfortable sleeping quarters. The invigorating hot tub and abundance of towels added to the appeal. However, there were some cons, such as a toilet paper oversight (though they offered reimbursement), a delayed check-in due to maintenance, and parking challenges leading to two friends getting towed. Despite these issues, the property management team's responsive communication and efforts to address concerns contributed to an overall positive experience. If planning a ski weekend, this home offers a charming setting and convenient location.

Very nice property in a nice location. Since we were a group of all adults, it was a little disappointing to have two of the five bedrooms be all bunk beds. Kitchen is well appointed.

Great place walking distance from the main ski village and from downtown Park city. Three levels, lots of beds, great hot tub, perfect for a guys ski weekend, a little rundown, not sure our wives would’ve loved it, but overall fantastic stay. Very flexible with check in and checkout.

Great space for a large group with plenty of comfortable sleeping options. Tons of activities and amenities are within walking distance.

excited to travel with family to park city for two nights. unfortunately did not have a seamless stay as hoped. the property was in a good location, with easy access to main street. rooms were big and beds we’re comfortable. wifi and cable did not work the entire first day and a half of our stay. while the maintenance and property managers were trying to fix it, they did not offer any solutions or help us out in any way. eventually we got the wi-fi to work on our own however it was tarnishing on our stay, especially with young children and people trying to work. there were A LOT of stairs at the property, all rooms are at least two flights down which was tough. overall we had a fine experience but would not stay again.

Property response was fantastic. Anytime we had a question, we were able to connect via text message. Thank you for a great place.

We had 3 generations stay here. Loved the location and access to all Park City has. Well equipped and clean! The walls and doors are a little worn but that happens with skis and equipment going up and down the stairs. Overall great stay!

The itrip team was such an incredible host who communicated with us quickly. The house had so much space and plenty of beds for all 12 of us with room to spare! Great location to enjoy Park City!

Rented this property for a group of 11 attending a wedding in Park City. I tried to ask a couple questions beforehand and did not receive consistent response from the property manager. The property was not freshly cleaned before our arrival although I was charged an extra fee to check in early because “cleaners would be required to come early”.
The house worked for us overall but it’s not well maintained so if you care about cleanliness or details, look elsewhere. The trash was not taken out from the last guests so the garage smelled absolutely horrendous. No lights were on for us as we arrived and many of the lamps were unplugged so we had to set it all up ourselves. The blinds are too tangled to pull up/down. The hot tub was cold (couldn’t enjoy it until the second day) and the temp inside the house was at 59. There was a broken glass sitting on the sink and broken wood beams in the middle of the balcony when we arrived. Some of the shower towels had stains.
The house did not have ANY toilet paper or trash bags when we arrived and we had to wait until the second day to get any from the cleaning crew. When they brought supplies they left them at the front door, rang the doorbell and ran away which I found odd.
A very loud alarm sounded in the middle of the night while everyone was asleep (for a minute or so) and then turned off on its own. It was unclear what kind of alarm it was or what triggered it to go off but it caused concern/disruption.
Great location and overall it seems like it has the potential to be an awesome rental but the maintenance/management has clearly fallen short. The lack of communication and concern for our comfort was super disappointing.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! Everything worked perfectly and was as described, and we had plenty of room for everyone. Their communication was great as well.

I booked this condo and the one next door for a large group of adults attending a wedding in town. The location was perfect for us to hang out all together and each couple still had their own space. Convenient location to downtown and a bus stop for the free bus to deer valley and kimball Junction. Host was communicative and answered any questions we had.

Good location
The folks at iTrip were in constant communication. The trip went very well. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the ski lifts.
It was late in the season so there was no way to ski near the house at the end of the day. There was only one frying pan for breakfast, but we made due. And we only had a garage code to get in and out of the house. All minor details in an otherwise great trip,

Park city house
Our house was great! Quick 5 minute walk to the PC base for skiing and a quick walk to Main Street. Location couldn't be beat! We used the hot tub every day after skiing which was a treat. Common spaces were big enough for us to hang out and the room layout worked out perfectly for our group of 13. Would definitely stay here again!

Short walk to the base of the mountain, large capacity house
I went with a group of 14 guys and we fit comfortably in the house as long as some people are willing to sleep in twin bunkbeds. The second floor has a decent sized common area with a sectional couch and a hot tub. About 0.3 miles to the base of park city which is easily walkable in ski boots.

Awesome Home for Families with small children
Great house for families or groups with kids
Great home that was capable of accommodating a much larger group than we had. Two bunks rooms in lower level could have 8 kids plus three King/Queen rooms
Main living area was spacious and accommodating

Location, location, location!
Really easy walk into town between 10-15 min, depending on where you're headed. Great conjoined common area/kitchen/dining room, perfect for big groups. Nice add with the hot tub for an additional social space. Well equipped with kitchen items, spices, a cooler. Pretty vertical space with two flights of stairs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Ideal Summer Stay in Park City
Traveling with both teenagers and toddlers can be challenging at times due to bedroom configurations and rental layouts. Mountainside Crowning Glory was an ideal layout for our family. Boasting 3 levels of living space (albeit, a good amount of stairs to travel every time you need something!), the 5 bedrooms offered our family of 7 ample space to relax, spread out and retreat to our own rooms when needed. The second floor (which we coined the Teen Lounge) offered our teens (15 and 16 yrs old) their own bedrooms/bathrooms and a separate "den" for watching TV and hanging out.
The home was very well-appointed with all the necessities needed to get our vacation started immediately, and we took advantage of a local grocery delivery service--having the fridge, freezer and pantry completely stocked upon our arrival. We enjoyed the hot tub right off the main living space level most nights after dinner. The smart TVs allowed us to stream Disney+ and Netflix for our toddlers during some quiet downtime.
The property management company responds to text messages/emails almost immediately, and helped us figure out a brief internet issue during our stay in addition to a later checkout to accommodate our late afternoon flight out of Park City. Greatly appreciated!
The location is perfection, making it a breeze to walk to Park City Mountain, the PC library (our favorite was Lucky Ones coffee shop!), PC downtown and more! We would highly recommend this home for any larger families traveling to Park City hoping to stay in the heart of it all.

Some friends and I stayed her for a little getaway. It’s conveniently located close to town. Plenty of bathrooms for the amount of beds in the house which is always a plus. Would recommend this spot to anyone!

Fair at Best
I am not one who usually leaves negative reviews however, I found the photos and reviews regarding this property deceiving. Although this house has 5 bedrooms, its a "shotgun" house so it's very narrow and there is not a lot of room for multiple families. The living space is SUPER small and not conducive to "gathering" by any means. The bedrooms were very small and we could barley move around the beds with luggage. There was no where to store luggage or hang anything in closets because they were filled to the brim with all kinds of stuff ranging from extra liens to Christmas decorations, boxes, etc. NONE of the beds were comfortable and the one I had to sleep on, was a foot off the ground with zero box spring or support of any kind. The kitchen was poorly stocked with pots and pans. There was ZERO patio space so we could not enjoy the beauty of Park City under the stars. The driveway and garage are 1 car only, so if you have a car parked in either, you have to pull out to the street in order to get in and out of the vehicle or park so close to one side and crawl out of the vehicle.
To the property managers defense, I did not contact them at all during our stay. Overall our issues with the property could not be solved by contacting the property manager, so we just made the best of it.

This was great for 3 families - 6 adults and 7 kids. Was an easy walk to / from the base of the mountain each day. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the additional play area where they hung out. Property manager was very responsive to any questions pre-trip and during our stay.
