Nur 50 Meter vom Wasser entfernt erwartet Sie dieses haustierfreundliche Anwesen mit einem Haupthaus, einem Etagenhaus und einem Carport. Herrliche Aussicht auf Winnipesaukee, das Ossipee-Gebirge und das Schloss in den Wolken. Das Haupthaus besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Essbereich, einer Küche, einem Bad, einer großen, abgeschirmten Veranda mit Bar, Sitzgelegenheiten für 6+ Personen und 3 Schlafzimmern. Nur von der Veranda ist ein Grillplatz im Freien und am Wasser ist schöne Terrasse mit einem anderen Sitzbereich. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett und Seeblick, Schlafzimmer 2 hat ein Queensize-Bett und Schlafzimmer 3 hat zwei Einzelbetten (gehen Sie durch dieses Schlafzimmer zu einem der Meister). Das Etagenhaus hat ein französisches Bett und ein Schlafsofa. (kein bad im etagenhaus). Es gibt 2 zusätzliche Decks, eines neben dem Strand und das andere am Ende des Docks. Ein wunderschöner Sandstrand, der perfekt für Kinder geeignet ist, da er beim Betreten allmählich tiefer wird. Das 60-Fuß-Dock bietet Platz für alle Ihre Spielsachen, 2 Boote bis zu 30 Fuß, mehrere Jet-Skis, Kajaks usw. Am Ende des 60-Fuß-Docks beträgt die Wassertiefe 4 bis 5 Fuß. Enthalten sind auch eine Feuerstelle am Strand sowie ein Wasserfloß, ein Wasservolleyballnetz, ein Basketball und Hufeisen. Es gibt einen Carport für zusätzliche Sicherheit und ausreichend Parkplätze, ideal für die Aufbewahrung von Fahrrädern oder Booten.

This house was great, right on the water, nice sandy beach to sit in the daytime and fire at night. Beds were great, they provided towels, linens and blankets. Route 25 is not close but close enough to pick up small items. The owner was just across the street and left the door open no messing with codes. We will rent again.

You know how those "Lake Life" wall hangings are so popular? Well, this camp is truly the perfect definition. It is very rare to find a true CAMP experience that has absolutely everything you could possibly want or need. This is not a sterile lake house, it's a real camp experience that is truly relaxing and nostalgic while also being clean and updated. The host is available at all times and so happy to have you enjoy your stay while giving you all the privacy you want on your vacation. This is a family neighborhood and incredibly quiet and friendly. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thank you.

We had the best time here. My husband and I stayed with our 6 friends for 2 nights. We loved waking up looking at the beach. We had a small campfire by the lake! We all highly reccommend! We had the best time. The homeowner was attentive and responsive to our needs! Definitely try out this spot if your coming to Moultonborough!

Very cozy lake house with a lot of amenities and comforts of home. The only thing this property is lacking is laundry facilities. The view is spectacular, waterfront, kayaks, canoe, fire pit, and even a Keurig so we could still have our Starbuck’s coffee. Karl is a wonderful host.

This was the most perfect vacation. The owners have thought of everything you could need down to the littlest detail of having dog bags around the property, firewood for the campfire, bug sprays etc. Its the perfect cabin with three different outdoor zones to enjoy. We spent most of our time in the lake with the dogs and Karl was super helpful with anything we might need. Just watching the lake and the mountains, enjoying fishing off the dock and having time to unwind on the porch playing games was just what we needed to recharge. We will 100% be back. The pictures don't do it justice in how tranquil of a spot it really is.

We couldn’t ask for a better stay. Karl and his son were extremely welcoming and extremely attentive to every detail. The property itself was beautiful! The scene, the nature, the outdoor activities, the indoor entertainment, it was extremely incredible! We are super happy! I can’t wait to go back and enjoy my stay for a little longer! I rented this property with my 3 children (age 11, 9, and 2) and my husband for a birthday surprise. He loves to fish and be on the water, so the kids and I sent him to the lake while we played games, read books, and spent time together. The ambiance is so cozy. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, and the property perfectly accommodates all ages. We happened to show up and experience severe winds the first night, and it knocked the power out. We still had a fantastic evening by lantern, playing cards. The owner was very helpful as well. We could not be a happier with our stay, and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful Lake views.
We had so much fun staying here and exploring the surrounding towns. The lake is nice for swimming with clear water and only a few lake weeds. There are so many places on the property to sit and enjoy the gorgeous lake and mountain view, the pictures do not do it justice. The cabin interior is clean but plain. The only issue we had was it was cold at night so we had to bundle up as the cabin didn’t have heat. So bring warm clothes if you come here in early June.

We had the very best vacation here. You can not beat this location and set-up. We didn't leave the property much at all because this place has it all. Stunning views and great swimming, canoeing, and lounging. Karl was very helpful and is just across the street if we needed him. We really didn't want to leave. We will be back next year, already looking fwd to it. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

Bachelorette Weekend!
We rented Karl’s place for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! Very clean, lots of fun (small beach area, fire pit, enclosed porch, dock) and Karl was available for anything we needed. Great spot and great host!

Quiet Getaway on the Lake
Very quiet and relaxing for the 2 of us and our dog, too bad the Lake was so low because of the drought. The views are amazing from the nice & sandy beach. Stop and get some Moulton Farms apple cinnamon donuts if you can!

Perfect family vacation
We had the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had. The view from the sandy beach is only topped by falling asleep every night to the beautiful sounds of the loons. You truly feel like you’re at home. Getting up in the morning and fishing with the rising sun made my trip.

A wonderful home for a lake gateway
Karl's property was just perfect for us and our pups to relax and recharge. The house was comfortable with all the necessary amenities, the neighborhood was quiet, the one neighbor we met was very nice and friendly. The outdoor space from the soft beach, dock, seating areas and screened in porch allowed for many spots to enjoy. The lake was clear and the sand soft. We look forward to making another visit next year!

Beautiful lakeside location. Owner was very pleasant. The house does sleep 8 (6 in house and 2 in bunkhouse), but is pretty small, with no dishwasher or washer/dryer. The outside is great and is what you are really paying for. Nice place!

Lakefront getaway
The pictures for this lakefront property do not do it justice! It is cozy and comfy inside and many options outside to hangout on the private raft, private dock or private beach. The weather was not in our favor but we were able to make the most of it and inside was large enough for us not to feel cramped. There is a huge grill right next to the screened in porch that we took full advantage of and a fire pit right on the private beach. Karl stocked us up with plenty of firewood which was much appreciated and made the chilly air more enjoyable. Karl checked us in when we arrived and was a quick text away if we had any issues. Highly recommend this lakefront property!!!
