Everything was exceptional axcept for the jaccuzi

The jacuzzi was not warm and clean

The room was clean and up to standard.

Nothing

The owner was so friedly. The place is the sea. The lady who is clean she is very polite.

The place is not as clean as u see when u book. The is a dog around the lodge and i was not feeling free becoz of that dog

First the person who called me confirming our booking was not pleasant at all. Explained to him that we were to travel from East London via Kokstad to Margate,but he became extremely restless demanding that Should be at Margate by 21H00 arrival day otherwise Would not be assisted. Then called him again while enrute explaining to the that I was still in Kokstad and the time was 15h00 The worse scenario was when I arrived at the premises THE gentleman at the gates could not wait but started shouting at me saying I said we were 3 guests and now he saw 4 guests in my car He would listen to me that we were prepared to pay for the extra guest. It was so unpleasant and we decided to start looking for alternative holiday accommodation in Durban We were fortunate to get a place inUmhlanga Durban We therefore left them the following day as it was extremely unpleasant there. Please remove them from the Booking.com

I liked that it was in a good location next to the sea.

The jacuzzi was not hot.

From the day Dany acknowledged our booking he has been helpful, we were welcomed with warm hands and it felt like home, we did not have some things and he managed to offer from theirs at no charge. Angela and Leah are his greatest team, loving and friendly .I will book his place again.

nothing just that the weather wasn't good

It could be more comfortable if they could have lounge with sofas just to relax after a long fun day

Location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Nothing. I liked and enjoyed my stay.

The Tranquility and quiet ambience, the staff which was the owner was more than a friend than a boss.

The place is in a great location and their rooms were neat and lovely....

On a bigger picture, the place is clean and their newly introduce dinning hall is exposed into wind and it has dust and there are 🐜 but we loved their setup. They should also have some bigger fridge on the rooms
