Great location close to the airport. Rooms were very clean and modern. Staff kindly stored our bags for a few hours as we had a late flight. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Great Stay. Highly Recommend

We have been in Houston to see my doctor at MDAnderson. Took our rental car back & were staying at this hotel overnight because it is close to the airport. Our flight got canceled 3 different times & rescheduled. So we've been stuck here for 4 nights so far. Although we found out we weren't stuck here.. we were truly lucky to be here at this hotel! It's a beautiful hotel. The staff are exceptional. The breakfast they serve are wonderful. And last night they had a meet & greet for supper & it was delicious food. I just can't say enough about this hotel. Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. All the amenities of home. We've decided from now on we'll stay here even tho we'll have a little drive into Houston for my doctor appointments. That's just how nice it is! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Rooms were clean and hotel is pretty new.

We were accused of being loud by the front desk associate who said it was reported to her. She didn’t come to our room to inquire. She came to attack and accuse. She accused us of having a party when it was only myself, wife, son, and 3 of his friends. Then once she couldn’t accuse us of a party, she stated the neighbors were complaining about the door closing too hard, which we have no control of as they close on their own. She was very very rude and when we asked for a manager she said she was the manager. We then found out that the GM is her ex-husband who this review will likely end up going to.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was great.
