The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. We loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. It was a very pleasant experience for my family.

Great location, beautifully decorated, lovely smell apon entering the front doors, delicious breakfast, very clean bedding/whole room, quick check in and out, tons of unique lounging space in lobby and pool area.10/10!! It was fantastic!

It was like staying at a resort! It’s beautiful!

Room was not properly cleaned. Barbie pins on rug, hair on bathroom floor

location good, rooms clean, fast service when something was needed in rooms (e.g. shower gel)

I did not like our check in with Paul. Paul thoroughly explained to the woman in front of us where everything was located as she had never been to the hotel. However, when he too my payment etc, he simply handed me the keys. I stood and looked around, a bit unsure and finally turned to him and said, no idea where anything is. He pointe to the elevators to say around there. I then had to ask, where is breakfast and he pointed in the same direction. The next morning (this morning) we came down and didn't know where to go. The staff at the desk pointed us in the direction. Not sure what that was about, the woman in front of me was white and I was not so unsure if that played anything with his desire to provide her info and not do the same for me.

free bikes but I wish they would have had bike with speeds because the one speed bikes are hard in a hilly area lol other than that great place. Pool was nice but smaller and gets full of kids at time so get there early

Excellent full breakfast with many options. Located close to downtown.

Did not have cappuccino maker in breakfast room.

Good breakfast.
