I had a great time with Mick in Airlie Beach. I felt very comfortable. Mick was easy and welcoming. The house is very clean and has a great view of the sea. In addition, there is fresh fruit every day, perfect!

Fantastic stay at Airlie Guest house. Beautiful building which is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and perfection. Mick provided a delicious platter of fresh fruit each morning along with heavenly banana & choc chip muffins as an extra treat. The views from the balcony were spectacular especially after a long adventurous day out on the reef. Mick was very welcoming and felt like we had made a new friend instantly. Everything was incredible - the house was stunning and we felt right at home, loved the fruit platters at breakfast! Mick was the best host, super knowledgeable about the area, the wildlife etc (on our last morning we got to feed wild cockatoos and Mick showed us a baby snake he’d found which was amazing!). Good location a 10 minute walk to the main road, bars, restaurants etc. Thanks Mick!

Everything was great!! The owner is so friendly and nice and having breakfast with the amazing views is so relaxing. If I go again to Airlie beach, I will definitely rent the Airlie Guest House!! :)

Einfach alles!! Super schönes, modernes Guesthouse, tolle Aussicht auf Airlie Beach, geräumiger Gemeinschaftsbereich, gut ausgestattete Küche, super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die beste Unterkunft die wir bisher in Australien hatten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter!

Everything! From the very warm welcome, to the nice little extra touches like home baked goodies for breakfast, I loved staying here and Mick as a host is brilliant. Really helpful and enthusiastic about the gorgeous town of Airlie Beach

I can’t think of anything

Leider kann man keine 11 Punkte vergeben! Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an zuhause. Keine anonyme Hotelatmosphäre. Wunderschönes großes Gästehaus mit riesiger Küche, toller Veranda mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Bucht, heimeliges Wohnzimmer, wo man sogar gern einen ganzen Regentag verbringen möchte. Barfussbereich - welchem Wunsch man angesichts des wunderschönen Holzfussbodens und der Sauberkeit sehr gern nachkommt. Kakadus am Frühstück - Hammer! Noch dazu Mick, der einem den Aufenthalt mit seiner herzlichen und sehr hilfsbereiten Art versüßt. Tolles miteinander mit den anderen Gästen.

Das Guesthouse ist mit viel Liebe erbaut und eingerichtet worden. Der Ausblick auf Airlie Beach war der Hammer. Alle sehr nett und freundlich und unser Zimmer war super! Würde ich immer wieder hinfahren und kann man nur jedem empfehlen!

Host and staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was amazing every day (fresh fruit and home baked goods). Facilities were impeccably clean and neat and had everything you could need. Ten minute walk to the local restaurants and swimming lagoon. We felt right at home straight away so would highly recommend.

Mick - the Host - was a lovely Soul and was kind enough to pick us up from the greyhound terminal! We had a 13 hour drive by bus so this was really live saving! He gave us great information about Airlie beach and all the attractions one could do- the guest house itself has a great view overlooking the bay of airlie beach and only a 5 minute walk down to the main area of airlie beach and all the restaurants - having beautiful wild life directly in front of you! Our room was very clean and everyone had their own private area where you could chill. The house provides 2 kitchens with a breakfast included and enough space to have a private meal or to cook. Throughout our whole 5 weeks in Australia this accommodation was by far the best organized and the most special!We really enjoyed it here. And again thank you Mick for having us! We would come back many times if it wasn’t that far away!

Everything about Airlie Guest House was wonderful. We stayed 5 nights and were completely comfortable and enjoyed it all. Around the property, there were lots of beautiful spots to eat breakfast, read a book, or take in the scenery. We loved the views from the balcony out to the ocean. Staying here instantly relaxed us into the tropical holiday vibe.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Wonderful hosts, facilities, hospitality, location and more. Very clean, comfortable and a beautiful house. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality and local knowledge. Worth more than 10 out of 10.

The Airlee Guest House totally exceeded our expectations. The location is great - quiet location just a short walk to great restaurants, the beach, and the lagoon - but far enough away from the bustle and noise of the main business district. The house is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The common areas are super comfortable. The views from the outdoor deck are unbelievable. Wonderful breakfast.
