Très bel hôtel, la machine à caffé dans la chambre est un plus. Les chambres sont très grandes, la salle de bain aussi. Rooftop très sympas et une sélection de vins super. Resto super également. Hôtels très bien placé. Le propriétaire est très sympas, français d'origine laocien !

Seul bémol la clim super puissante en face du lit.

Location. 10 minutes walk from night market. Turn right 10 minutes walk from a never ending array of outdoor restaurants. The staff. Always helpful, attentive and polite. The room clean and large. River view with balcony. Saw sunset over the Mekong every evening. Manager helped with tours, exchange of money and getting transportation.

A very nice and modern hotel at the Mekong. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The paid taxi from Booking.com didn't come and the hotel helped me to get in time to the airport. Very nice room and correct price!

Nothing, except that there is a bar next door which has sometimes loud music which stops around 11 pm

The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were efficient, polite but respected personal space. The included minibar really made the hotel excellent value, and it's close to some lovely bars and cafes that also offered excellent value and quality.

La Seine is a stylish and comfortable hotel, well located on the banks of the Mekong and close to the night market. This new hotel has a sophisticated and club-like ambience and draws heavily on quality French wine as a theme. Although there is an imposing downstair restaurant encrusted with wine racks, there is also is a nicely-lit rooftop restaurant and bar with expansive views over the river. My thoughtfully-designed and minimalist bedroom was immaculately presented, spotless, and very well-appointed with faultless amenities. I found the spacious walk-in shower both an enticement and difficult to leave! Finally, the staff are a delight - everyone one of these young people was charming, responsive, courteous and friendly. Special thanks to Na for her attentive service in the restaurant.

Air-conditioning is noisy and blows directly on the bad

completely renovated hotel overlooking the Mekong, walking distance from the night market. the room we got was stunning, huge and well furnished. great choices for breakfast (a la carte).

no swimming pool and some of the staff didn’t speak English properly.

The manager was extremely friendly and the hotel itself was great. Beds were super comfy, and the bar fridge was actually cold! The a la carte breakfast was first class and the room very comfortable.

I think the staff tried hard, but require more training to be fully effective.

Too pricey. Location is not perfect.

All of facilities were of a high standard and the food was excellent. The roof top restuarant 7th Heaven was superb in termns of food and service. The lady who ran the wineshop was incredibly helpful in respect of all aspects of the hotel, not just her area of expertise which was wine.

Arrange your own taxi as external taxis ordered by the hotel are charged at an excessive rate.

The superior room we stayed in was immaculate. It felt like we were the first guests to stay. There was not a single mark on the wall or any signs of mould in the bathroom. On top of that the spacious room came with a free mini bar, coffee making facilities & a large comfortable bed. The hotel rooftop restaurant is also highly recommended. They have a comprehensive wine selection & the food was amazing. Should you wish to dine outside, the hotel is on the waterfront with plenty of bars and restaurants within strolling distance. Finally, I would like to thank the professional and friendly staff for making our stay so memorable. Can't wait to return.

I leave a shirt in the hotel, many times I contact the hotel , staff say will keep for me , but nobody contact me

The staff were brilliant and friendly. The breakfast was also amazing. I got a free glass of wine and mini bar included. The room was large and clean.

No pool or gym. I knew this prior to booking but for the price there were hotels that offered these two ameneties.

would be nice if the could help with the pickup from the train station - we had to do it ourself with the anticipated isssues - driver did not know direction.......... windows are number locked - staff allowed to open it, guests not.

Clean and spacious room, friendly staff at the front desk. Massive walk in shower. Close to night markets, bars and easy to find Tuk Tuk. Staff very helpful to organise nice car to transport us to airport.
