My wife and I made this reservation because we desperately needed to unwind and relax and we did not want to drive very far away from Bogota. We reserved a reservation on Monday and on Wednesday I got a phone call from my cousin letting me know that my uncle had unexpectedly died and we had to travel to another city to be with our family . We called Catherine and asked her to please allow us to change our dates and ever offer to provide her with the dead certificate to validate our request, she said that she was not able to lose that night, was rude and interrupted my wife when speaking and screamed at her telling her that our situation and request was an inconvenience for her. She suggested for us to sell the reservation or to cancel and if someone else reserved that night she would provide us with a change of dates. At the end we were not able to sell the reservation, and did not trust her to cancel the reservation so we went to the funeral on Saturday, left the funeral and drove 5 hours to get to the cabin where she did not even bother to show her face, she only sent her maid. Please know when reserving that this place is OVERPRICED we paid $450.000 COP plus 10% service fee plus $30.000 cleaning service $20.000 for wood to use in the fire place that does not even heat the room and between $15.000 to $27.000 for breakfast per person. Honestly, we are never coming back due specifically because of the way my wife was treated in such a difficult situation, the lack of respect and lack of sensitivity that they had towards us. Specially in times were we know people are undergoing extreme circumstances.

It is an excellent experience if your looking for peace and quiet. Complemented with an amazing view of the Sopo Velley. Great humain people will always help in any request you have. They always will have a great conversation if you are up to that. Great place, amazing people, and a wonderful view
