Property was as listed. Cristina responded quickly when asked anything. A washer/dryer would be nice in the property when you're staying a week. Very comfortable home. Loved the chaise lounge for napping.

Perfect place for a family of 5 to relax after skiing. Ski Cooper is 15-20 min drive. Easy walk to town for dinner. Great communication with the owner.

We were in Leadville for a weekend in the mountains with friends. The home was in a good location close to downtown and close to the mountains. Very clean when we checked in and plenty of space to spread out. Would rent again and recommend to friends.

The house was ideally located 3 blocks off of the Main Street in Leadville. The house has incredible view of Mt. Massive and Mt. Elbert. We used the house as a home base for hiking 14ers. It had absolutely everything we needed for a great stay!

Loved the way the inside was decorated! It was perfect for myself and two friends! We all had our own bedroom and bathroom! Loved it!

We loved this property. It was perfect for us (two couples, no kids). All three bedrooms are on the left (in a row down the hallway) and the kitchen, dining, and living areas on the right side. The first two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom (accessible from the bedrooms, but not the main living area), and the third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The third (and biggest) bathroom is at the back of the house, not attached to any of the bedrooms, and is accessible from the common living areas. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with a lot of things that you want but don't want to buy a whole container of on vacation (coffee, a variety of teas, sugar, honey, cocoa powder, spices, and even some pancake/waffle mixes, basic condiments, etc.). The bathrooms had plenty of linens and some shampoo, conditioner, and soap (in case you forget yours like we did!) and were very, very clean. The hot water gets very hot, very fast, and the showerheads are high, so tall people should be comfortable. There is a HUGE table in the dining room for everyone to eat at, and the couches in the living room were extremely comfortable. I slept on the large couch one night because my husband was snoring. The chaise called my name every time we got back from a day of skiing. It was so comfy. Check in and check out was easy - the owner will send you the code to the lockbox for the key (located near the front door) about a day before you arrive. To check out, just put the key back in the lockbox using the same code and be on your merry way. The only "negatives" (and they weren't really that bad) about the property are: (1) There is a "trapdoor" in the kitchen floor right before the hallway to the third bedroom. Stepping on the "trapdoor" is unavoidable when accessing the third bedroom or common area bathroom due to the layout of the house, and the trapdoor gives quite a bit. It was a little scary at first walking over the trapdoor, so if there is a way to add extra support, that would be nice. (2) We were charged a pretty hefty cleaning fee, but also asked to essentially clean the house before we left (except for showers, toilets, and washing linens) so I'm not sure why the cleaning fee should be so high. (3) We were pretty much forced to pay for additional property damage insurance, which should really be carried by the property owner and should be covered by the nightly fee - not an additional charge. Overall great place! 9/10

This house was perfect for our family of four. Three outstanding full bathrooms with a modern, fully stacked kitchen. Plenty of eating room plus a nice living area to relax in. Great location, close to Nordic skiing (amazing) and downhill skiing. We would definitely come back to this house. Thank you so much!!

This was the perfect house for our recent stay in Leadville. The location is blocks from the main street, the house was immaculate and very spacious. It has wonderful modern touches but also has a super comfy vibe, a perfect combination that fits well for Leadville! Cristina was an amazing host, super fast with correspondence and a delight to work with. I highly recommend this house and would love the opportunity to stay again!

The house was more than adequate for our family. Great central location for all we wanted to do in Colorado. Clean, fully supplied, and property owner was great to deal with. Rent it if you can!
