Spacious, clean and well located this property is a great value. Wide water views overlook flam and beach from the large patio. You can hear the waves and walk to the beach in 5/ minutes. Kitchen is minimalist but adequate. Romantic setting surrounded by greenery lit up at night. We loved it!

This villa is a hidden gem on the island. Beautiful views, sparkling clean, well appointed and affordable. The list goes on and on. The caretaker, Aurelie, is wonderful and will answer any questions you have. We will definitely be returning.

Just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks at Anse de Flamands. Couldn't ask for a more accommodating owner and wonderful little cottage up the hill from Chevil Blanc. Everything one needs has been carefully provided for...fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. The house keeper is a very kind and helpful person and available to answer any questions. I love this property! Aurelie, the property manager is so wonderful! I was here in April with my daughter and decided I had to bring my husband for a birthday present!

The property is just lovely! The pictures displayed on VRBO accurately depict the residence. Very quaint and cozy! I look forward to coming back next year!

There is nothing not to love about this bungalow. It is exceptional in every way. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful decor. Very well appointed with linens towels beach chairs and umbrella and a well equipped kitchen. The location is ideal being only minutes from flamands beach either walking or driving. In addition the five star Cheval blanc is walkable as is la langouste Both are lovely for lunch or dinner. The house manager was extremely lovely and helpful and very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will Definately plan to return to this amazingly wonderful place. Many many thanks to auriel and Edwige - you’re the best. Mike and susan.

overall - the location is perfect -close to Gustavia bedroom and bathroom are clean and are large areas

The absolute St Barts experience. Views that wrap around of Flamands; beach, sea, and mountains! Total privacy and every convenience to have a beautiful holiday. Auriel, the housekeeper, was so helpful and kind. She escorted us to our villa on arrival to St Barts. Our stay was seamless. Merci beaucoup. We can only imagine returning here!!

We enjoyed staying on this villa above Cheval Blanc St Barth resort, on Flamands beach. Aureli, the housekeeper of the villa, met us in airport upon arrival and drove to property. Location and amenities are great, and Aureli took a good care cleaning, staying in touch via emails and providing some useful info regarding grocery shopping, restaurants, and especially about La Petite Colombe Bakery. We spent wonderful two weeks in St Barths and looking forward to rent this villa again.

Absolutely loved the location of this small villa. It's situated just above Flamands Beach & Cheval Blanc. The pathway from the villa leads through the resort and provides very easy access to the restaurants le Case and le Cabane. The villa is exactly as pictured/described and Aurelie, the property manager, was a pleasure to meet and work with. I''ll definitely return!!!

La villa est idéalement située dans la baie des Flamands endroit authentique, entourée de végétaux avec vue sur la mer. Elle est propre et aménagée avec gout. La proximité d'une épicerie, d'un bar-restaurant local ainsi que la plage sont des atouts majeurs. Nous vous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

The perfect place to relax with everything needed to provide a peaceful vacation. Property is very well maintained, ideally located with easy access to a beautiful beach, great bakery, small restaurants. With a protected outdoor fully equipped kitchen you can eat-in or dine out as you choose. It is a lovely home away from home.

This is our second year staying at this villa.. everything was perfect. The caretaker Arielle is wonderful! She goes above and beyond. We consider her a friend. This villa is immaculately maintained. Location is perfect. We will be coming back next year. Thank you Sylvy.

wonderful charming villa in flamonds st bart - the villa was comfortable, clean and very welcoming. caretaker Aurelie met us at the airport even though we rented a car and escorted to the property (actually after waiting for us to shop at the market). outside kitchen is well equipped as we did make breakfast each morning and a few lovely dinners. the bakery for am baguette and croissant is a minute away. we are booking again for next year.

Would have been 5 stars given the fact what a bargain this place is (back stairs lead down to Cheval Blanc...in fact, this villa sits right above the last villa belonging to Cheval Blanc), but there were so many instances of miscommunication, false accusations of destruction of property, etc etc by the property manager to the owner back to me, that it soured our whole experience to a degree. I will not elaborate here, as it would take up to much space/time With that being said, as long as there is communication that you are comfortable with, (the owner's English is not good and confusing at times, and my French does not exist) You will have a great time! The property is nice. Beautiful Antillean Crested Hummingbird visits several times a day, tortoises, butterflies galore, iguanas, and various lizards. Superb view. Excellent bathroom/views. Weber BBQ pit. Good outdoor kitchen. Satellite is mostly French channels, but a few programs in English (but you're not there to watch TV anyways) Rent a car as soon as you arrive, its close to nothing, other than Cheval Blanc...really expensive meals (we ate there once for breakfast, lunch, dinner and it cost nearly $500 for slightly above average tasting frou frou food) Marche U grocery store across street from airport. Plenty of great restaurants on island. There was maid service that came twice in our one week there. They cleaned/washed sheets and towels, including the kitchen. Nice service to have. Plenty of dishes, and pots/pans to use. Good sized fridge. Several great beaches, with the biggest (and probably nicest) being in front of Cheval Blanc. We visited 6 of the beaches around the island. Besides a car, we also rented a 700cc ATV for 24 hours and toured the island. We used the beach chairs/towels at Cheval Blanc (we spent $500 on food and had them do nearly $250 in laundry for us on our 3 week trip to St Martin/St Barths, so they were nice about it) As a note, the property manager picked us up at ferry terminal to give us ride to property. There was confusion because we purchased ferry tickets online 2 weeks before we went, and Voyager Ferry, sold us tickets to times that didn't run, both coming and going. Once we arrived in St Martin Oyster Pond terminal, we soon discovered the mistake. We waited an extra 1.5 hours for next ferry, and they upgraded us to business class at no cost, coming and going. Don't pay for the business class ferry, not worth it. 35 minute ride
