We had a great stay at this cute, little cottage. Peaceful, cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed for a quick trip to the beach. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made check in and out very easy. We would love to stay here again. Recommend 100%!

I stayed here with my 2 kids and we loved everything about the place. The location was amazing with private low tide beach access along with a short walk to the public beach for sunsets and relaxation. Private Outdoor space and parking was a nice added bonus! Little gem tucked away in Eastham!

Charles and Paula's cottage is a lovely little haven in a beautiful part of Eastham. It is nicely decorated and well appointed. It was our second time staying there and we enjoyed many amazing sunsets at the nearby beach and drinks on the screened in porch. Clean, comfortable, and cozy, and perfect for couples!

Perfect Cottage in Amazing Location!
We absolutely loved this cottage.
The location is perfect - you walk three houses down to the end of the road to probably 20 stairs down to a great tidal bay beach. If you don’t want stairs, you can take a 2 minute walk down to the more populated beach where people have to pay to park, but you walk right in!
Paula was super nice, just happened to run into her a few times and it was always a nice surprise / pleasant exchange.
Anything you need for the kitchen is there. We left behind some stuff to chip-in :)
Great experience, will be returning. Our son loved it so much he was asking when we get to go back!

Everything went smoothly. The place is beautiful and has a nice screened in porch to have lunch, socialize with guests, etc. The nearby beach is beautiful. The place is very clean and remodeled nicely. My sister and I really loved our stay in the cottage and didn’t have any problems. Everything worked. The kitchen is lovely. The grounds are impeccable. The parking is easy and safe. The owners were readily available to answer all questions.

Considerate and flexible
Charles and Paula were very flexible when there was a Nor'Easter during the time we originally planned on visiting. They called and made sure we didn't head out towards the still-affected Cape. Glad things turned out okay, and we look forward to staying with Charles and Paula soon!

Sweet cottage near the bay
My friend and I had a wonderful, relaxing time here. The cottage was clean, well-supplied, nicely decorated and comfortable. I really enjoyed having both a screened in porch and outside deck to choose from as the weather changed. It's perfect for a vacation getaway! It's a short walk down the block to the water and easy drives to the ocean side and restaurants. Our hosts responded quickly to a couple questions. It's a keeper; I hope to return!

Adorable cottage within walking distance to beach!
My friend and I stayed at the cottage. It is an adorable, clean place and the location is perfect. Close to beach, with restaurants and other attractions within a short drive. The neighborhood is very walkable...and sunsets?...stunning.! When we were done exploring for the day we were on the deck, which provided a very private and peaceful time. The cottage is perfect for a girls getaway, or a couple with two children.
The owners provide great instructions prior to arrival and are easily reached with any questions.

Beautiful property
Perfect location, adorable cottage, neat and tidy, great neighborhood. Had everything we needed. We like to cook and sit on the beach, take walks and this was just the place.

Cape Cod in April
This was our first stay in the Eastham area and we really enjoyed the quiet and more "natural " surroundings. I don't think I would choose to stay in the more commercial Cape (Hyannis) again. The cottage was just the right size for 2 adults. We would definitely rent again.

Working by the sea!
My wife and I are both teaching college courses online so took the opportunity to do so on Cape Cod. We thoroughly enjoyed the little cottage and were sad to leave after two weeks. Everything was as good or better than expected. The cottage has been recently renovated and felt homey and comfortable. Step out the door and you can see the bay at the end of the lane. That was an unexpected pleasure! We look forward to going back sometime. -Dan and Julie

Port in the storm!
Even tho we had monster storm hit the Cape, we were warm and cozy in our little beach house. We checked the ocean twice a day, it was wild but beautiful. The location was super many easy access places to eat, and of course shop. Comfy sofa and recliner so we could read and watch tv while it poured cats and dogs. We would love to do it again!

My husband and I stayed at this cottage in Eastham for a week. The cottage is very nicely appointed, very clean, and had everything we needed for the two of us. We enjoyed eating most of our meals in the porch. The kitchen had what we needed. We enjoyed the private beach access to view sunsets. We had a very nice stay at this cottage.

Worth every penny!! A slice of old Cape Cod!!
Great location! This cottage is so close to the beach, we’ll equipped with everything you need and a fantastic place to unwind in the evening! Our family of four couldn’t think of one thing that we longed fior. The owners were great to work with and even provided an Alexa that we used for listening to music, weather and news! Can’t wait to return next summer!

Wonderful beach cottage!
Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was steps from the beach on the bay, and Eastham is a great location for exploring the Cape. The cottage itself was tastefully decorated and perfectly clean. It had everything you could want from an outdoor shower and a screened porch to fast Wi-Fi and A/C, which we didn't really need given the fans and the good air circulation. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Charles and Paula!

Another great summer stay!
This is our second summer staying at Paula and Charles' special cottage! Our seven year olds love the bay beach steps away, whether it was to toss around a football or to search for crabs. This year they added a fantastic new grill and two cozy cushioned chairs on the wonderful porch. The place is always spotless and the owners always check in with suggestions of things to do or places to visit. The week flew by and we were sad to pack up and leave this peaceful place. Thanks again Charles and Paula for a great place for our family to enjoy our summer vacation! We will be back again!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet few days after a hectic winter and the cottage was the perfect respite. The cottage is a quick walk to Campground Beach. The location is serene but not far from restaurants, and surrounding towns. Lovely stay.

Peaceful Paradise
We just came home today from a week long stay at Charles and Paula's cottage. What a wonderful vacation and what a perfect home to stay in with our twins for the week! We were so sad this morning when it was time for us to pack up... The location was truly amazing. We were able to walk to the beach and come home for lunch or a much needed break from the sun. After dinner, we would head back to the beach to light sparklers or toss around a football. The cottage was clean and the outdoor shower was great. We ate dinner outside on the table or inside on the porch.. It was truly the best vacation for our family. Charles came and checked in with us a few days after we arrived and recommended restaurants and local activities that our 6 year old sons would enjoy. He was super helpful and he made us feel at home. The cottage is so much cuter and even better than the pictures. It really was a wonderful place and we are just sad that we didn't book it for two weeks...one week was just not enough! We hope to visit and stay at their cottage for many years to come and make it our special family vacation.

Great cottage, amazing location
This was the perfect cottage for our week on the Cape. Everything was as advertised, very clean and inviting. We have two young children and they loved being steps from the beach. Being on the bay side the water is much calmer and warmer than the ocean side, which was perfect for the kids. We will definitely be back!

great vacation getaway cottage
This was the third summer we stayed at Paula & Charles cottage in Eastham. We've gone back to the same place 3 years in a row, what more needs to be said?! Clean, modern amenities, proximity to bay side beach - walking distance , family friendly - we have 2 boys ages 4 & 7, and wonderful caring hosts. It's truly relaxing and paradise. Everything claimed in the advertising of this property is true - We've gone back there 3 years in a row, enough said.

Best location on The Cape !!
We drove 10 hours to this perfectly lovely seaside cottage and would happily do it again just to experience the ease and convenience of being so close to the sea. It is an enchanting, peaceful enclave of cottages. The cottage itself was even better than we imagined. With the back deck and screened in porch there was plenty of room even if the weather is not cooperating. The beds were comfortable and the breezes at night were wonderful. The outdoor shower was awesome, the only one we ended up using. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The location can't be beat as it is so close to the lovely Cape towns and the bicycle trails.
