We stayed here for a week with our family (3 kids under 9) and a few other families we know rented other units. Place was great! Well stocked, comfortable beds (actually has a king in the master, not a queen), coolers, towels, chairs, sand toys provided! Even had bug spray and aloe (thank goodness!) pool was great. Spent most of our days doing pool, beach, pool. Very convenient to several beaches and surf spots, and lots of good food. One thing to note when you come to this facility: they are strict on the pool rules. Make sure you read them! We were told not to move the chairs, not to sit on the wall, not to have a water bottle near the pool. Staff were very friendly, however, and just told us to mind the rules. Do the waterfall and bioluminescent bay-highly recommend!

The condo and complex were very beautiful and more than what we expected. Driving through the neighborhood to get to the complex was uncomfortable, and having no direct access to the beach was disappointing. But, we had a wonderful time, the view was amazing and we will definitely go again.

This condo was amazing! Its extremely spacious and clean. Watching the sunset from the big balcony was mesmerizing and unforgettable. Its close to everything.....restaurants, Walgreens, supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches. Crashboat Beach is 5 minutes away and you can see it from the balcony. The water there was crystal clear. I highly recommend this place and i look forward to going back. Thank you Mr. Diamond!

First off, the view alone, when entering, will make you forget you have luggage :-))). The condo is incredibly spacious and the pictures on the website do not do it justice. The balcony is a whole other living space, great for early sunrise breakfast’s, sunset dinner’s, or just enjoying the warm tropical breezes; truly spectacular!
The complex is very clean and quiet with 24hr security at the gate if you are traveling alone (peace of mind). The pool is taken care of every morning and checked on throughout the day.
The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, cutlery and everything you will need if you decide to make a meal (supermarket is a quick 3 minute drive). Bedrooms are clean and beds are super comfy for those power naps just before heading out for the nightlife! The living room is spacious and also very clean. We were incredibly pleased with everything about this place. If there is an issue or you have questions, Mr. Diamond is a quick phone call or text away. He will assist you quickly and efficiently during your stay.
There are tons of new restaurants on the 107 with most of the oldies, but goodies, still around too. Crashboat beach is “around the corner” (about 6 minutes away by car). But get there early or you will never find parking. All else fails, head to Jobos beach (about 10-15 min drive) on the other side of the airport, which has change a lot over the years but nice to see Jobos' oldies but goodies looking better than ever as well.
Thank you Mr. Diamond for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home. We hope to be back again next year for some more of the beautiful sunsets and delicious food!

Fascinating stay
The view from apartment valcony is absolutely beautiful. The apartment is fully equipped and all you need is buy some food at the supermarket and cook you own meal if you want to. It's very clean, master bedroom bed is very comfortable and counting with an umbrella and some beach articles is a +++ . We always stay in Aguadilla every time we go to PR and this time staying at Dymond by the Sea apartment make it more safe. Definitely we will come back sometime next year.

We had to go to PR as an emergency to help a family member. Since we needed to work half days I wanted to feel relaxed. This condo did exactly this and was close to all the medical offices and agencies I had to go to.

Beautiful and well equipped apartment in a great location.
We had a wonderful experience staying here. The space was comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay, and is in a great location with easy access to Rincon, Isabel, and many other local attractions. Not to mention the festive and fun Crashboat Beach within view from the condo and only minutes away. The deck overlooking the pool was a great spot to relax and take in the view.

Beautiful Aguadilla Stay
I would stay here all over again. This place has all the comforts of home with an amazing vacation feel. Kitchen very well equipped, all we needed were the groceries. Air conditioning was a first for me in Aguadilla. I loved being able to sleep cool at night. Beach is down the street, easy to get to if you’re driving. The pool and ocean can be seen from the balcony, which made morning coffee so amazing. This place doesn’t disappoint. Hasta la próxima!

Water Is Necessary
When you rent a place you need to be able to flush toilets and take showers when you desire. Luxurious is not quite a true definition based on us standards. We were there for 9 nights and no water for 5 of them. They are water rationing. To flush the toilets we had to either steal water from the pool or stock up water in buckets from a day we did have water. This was absolutely known by the owner and should have been told to us and we would not have stayed. Going to the beach? Better do it on a day you have water if you want a shower. We had 5 people using the toilets and 26 hours every other day without water was a nightmare.

Beautiful!
Our family stayed in this perfect condo and perfect location for a week. It was exactly what we expected and couldn't be happier. We had no problems with the unit and Mr. Diamond was very responsive throughout booking. The condo had everything we needed. We were especially happy to have beach chairs and coolers available for our days at the beautiful Crash Boat beach. The location of this property is perfect for exploring other beaches as well, Shacks Beach, Jobos Beach. We will definitely come again.

Vacation with the "familia"
Great locations, Amazing views of the Aguadilla Bahia , CrashBoat Beach! Amazing infinity pool. Accommodations/Condo was clean and had all amenities needed to host my family (wife and three kids). It had an amazing oversized balcony with the spectacular views of crashboat beach. The condo is within two minute drive to the the beach and easy access to the infinity pool. Very peaceful community. We want to thank Bob Diamond for his hospitality and for giving us an affordable rate for me and my family to be able to stay in his beautiful condo. Thanks Bob!

Great Stay!
We rented the condo for a week in February with another couple. The layout is very good for two couples since we took advantage of the option to have the twin beds made into a King with the converter kit that is offered. The condo was immaculately clean, well laid out, and stocked with chairs, coolers, towels and other essentials. It had beautiful sunset views which we enjoyed from the terrace. The development as a whole was well maintained and felt secure with the gated entrance. We went down to Rincon for a day, but felt the beach was better at Crash boat and it was nice that it was only 2 minutes away. We took a standup paddleboard excursion with Verde Azul eco tours and this was an amazing experience. We took advantage of the aerobics class that is offered daily in the nearby park and met some really nice local people. The area seems to be a mix of retirees, many from the United States, along with the local residents. The nearby restaurants that we particularly enjoyed were Boca Loca and The Eclipse. We would certainly recommend this condo and area for a laid back vacation.

Perfect Vacation
Thanks Bob for a perfet vacation and sharing your home with my family. Everthing was just as described in the advertisment. We enjoyed a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony each evening. Your recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing were spot on. Just a note: Novacente Restaurant in Aguadilla is now Frangelica same owner different menu. We highly recommend it and if you can make happy hour the prices are so reaonable with $5.00 small plates. We are working on scheduling our next visit! Can't wait to return and this time fly into Aguadilla. The trip from San Juan was a beautiful drive but when you are anxious to start relaxing the BQN airport is so convenient. Amazing stay!!!
My husband and I took our first trip to PR in July and stayed for a week at Bob's condo. The condo is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The master bedroom is very comfortable and inviting and there is just so much room. The view of crashboat and the sunsets is amazing. The great thing about the condo's locations is that you can travel anywhere in both directions and see so many beautiful places. We will return to PR and bring our family with us next time and we will be back to Bob's place. Thank you Bob for sharing your home...

This condo has the best view in the complex...Right in top of the infinity pool and perfect to observe the sunsets. The apartment is in excellent conditions. Just bring your food and that's it!!!!....Bob has everything you need for your stay!!!..If you need to buy something, dont worry...You will find good restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc very close to the complex within a 5 minutes drive...Excellent beaches also are very close ( Jobos, Montones, Crash Boat, Punta Borinken)..I recommend this condo 100%..Will come back for sure...Thanks Bob...

Excelent Apartment in PR
Hi , I'm from Puerto Rico and I was looking for a different place to vacation with my family. This apt. is great, have everything you need to spend time in Aguadilla. Super Clean and and the owners are very friendly. I definitely recommend this apartment for someone with kids and want to stay in PR away from the metro area. Aguadilla have great restaurant and beaches and a Ice skating (only one in PR). Great beach minutes from the apartment (rash boat) but only during the week day, weekends gets full of local people.

No other words can describe this condo and the view!! The unit is just as pictured!! I could have stayed the entire time floating on my raft in the pool. We fell in love with the awesome view, the sunsets were beautiful. This trip was part of my birthday present and I could not think of a better way to spend my day!! Gorgeous views, immaculate property!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condominum. Wonderful rooms and absolutely sparkling clean. Our view of the ocean was incredible and relaxing on the terrace watching the sun go down really punctuated the day. Access to Crashboat Beach was only 5 minutes by car and the condominum was close to restaurants, shopping, and other activities in Aguadilla. The property is safe and secure. If you want to get away from it all (but with cable and WiFi, a blender and nice kitchen and dining room), this is the place!

Everything in the advertisement was accurate. The condo is in excellent shape and very well maintained. As a landlord myself, I could see that Bob takes care of his property along with his personal touches added. He was a pleasure to deal with and the security deposit was returned expeditiously. Paradise at Puerta Del Mar
I recently stayed at Puerta del Mar this past week and it was amazing. The condo is beautiful and very up to date. You have everything you need for your stay while in Aguadilla. The pool is very nice and you have an amazing view of the ocean. The Condo is very centrally located near the expressway to get around aguadilla surronding areas which is very nice and helpful. I traveled with a teenager and a ten year old and they love it. We had an amazing time and thank you for letting us stay at your condo. We hope to return next year.

Breathtaking View!
My family and I just came back from a mini-vacation here and it was great! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and with all the amenities you need, especially when traveling with kids. The view from the apartment is just amazing you can sit in the balcony and relax while watching the sunset. We enjoyed the closeness of crashboat beach and the restaurants. Breakfast at Desecheo Restaurant was delicious. Thanks!

Our not long enough stay
My wife and I had a wonderful experience, from beginning till end. The condo is cozy and well maintained. The views are exceptional. We spent the majority of our days just relaxing. It was a pleasure to be in such an environment which allowed us to let our minds go. We also enjoyed eating at a lot of the areas restaurants and road-side stands. This was our first VRBO condo rental. The condo owners made our planning this getaway seem effortless. Thank You. Thank You.

Family of 4 - 2 teenage daughters. We had a wonderful time on our trip to this beautiful property. The building complex is secluded - at the end of a cul-de-sac - sitting high atop the bluffs, with fantastic views westward over the ocean. The condo is new, decorated in a fresh, contemporary style and is very comfortable. The owners are very helpful and provide all the amenities you will need. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching amazing sunsets, swimming in the beautiful infinity-edge pool, lounging on the ultra-comfortable double-chaises, and touring the sights of the west coast. Particularly liked Crashboat Beach with good pumping surf and good snorkeling around old pier pilings (almost vacant during the week - kind of crazy with locals on the weekend,) and the horse stables nearby with a guided ride down through almond groves to unhabited and untamed rugged beaches. Local drink stand Ola Lola also very fun. Opt for the vast array of roadside vendors for food or cook for yourself in the condo - we didn't love the sit-down restaurants. Very nice trip and great accomodation.
