We had an amazing week! The condo was bright and cheery with amazing views of the sunset from the balcony. Great places to eat nearby and plenty of places to walk or bike. Owner, Mary Ann, was a delight and checked in on us to see if we needed anything throughout the week. Definitely will be coming back to stay!

This condo was the best, the location,decor and the owner were all outstanding! Pictures were exactly how the condo was which was a relief. Mary Ann was great, easy checkin process, great time.

Maryann’s unit was very clean. The kitchen provided what was needed to cook. We stayed 5 weeks so having a functional kitchen was a plus. The resort is conveniently located for grocery shopping and close by was a produce stand; that was great. Maryann was quick to respond to any questions we had

I stayed in Mary Ann's condo for a week by myself. I must say the condo exceeded my expectations! It was very clean. The kitchen was equipped with all cooking materials one would need. A keurig coffee maker was provided, which is the only coffee I like to drink. The king size bed was extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. All bed linens and towels were provided .. which was nice to give me more room in my suit case. The sunset from the balcony was pretty to watch. The day I arrived, I went to Publix. Right next to the elevators were shopping carts so I was able to carry my case of water and groceries in one trip. Shuckers restaurant next door had really good food and not expensive! Pool area was very clean. Everyone in the building was super friendly. I will definitely be back to stay in Mary Ann's condo!

The condo was very nicely updated. Was exactly as described. We loved watching the sunsets over Nettles Island on the balcony. The pool was nice and the beach was beautiful and clean. One bonus was having shuckers restaurant right on the property. The food was good and the people who work there were very friendly. Mary Ann kept in touch with us to make sure everything was good. This was a very comfortable condo with good room size. The unit was very clean. It was updated and good security in the building . I would stay here again.

We love our stay at the resort. Our person of contact kept us updated at all times keeping in touch with us letting us know about different things about the resort. The resort was very clean the food downstairs at shuckers restaurant was wonderful.

The condo was very cute and comfortable. The beach chairs and ice packs for our cooler were a plus! Although we didn’t have an ocean view from the lanai, we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets over Nettle’s Island. We truly love the beaches on Hutchinson Island!

Loved the unit which was decorated nicely and so clean. Everything was in working order and I had all I needed for a month’s stay. Fantastic location with beautiful sunsets 🌅. I will return!

Condo was beachside and beautiful. The unit was squeaky clean and owners provided everything needed for a two month stay, from the pod coffee machine to a great blender and everything in between.
Unit 314 was beautifully decorated and the sunset terrace a beautiful place to enjoy your cocktails and coffee. The heated pool was a real plus, but the star of the stay was the amazing ocean and beach.
All the other guests were friendly and the tiki bar and restaurant next door was a godsend when you’ve stayed on the beach too late to want to cook dinner. It was a happy, safe and terrific vacation, with so many things to do in the area. Owner MaryAnn was an excellent communicator and made the check in/check out process painless. We were lucky to have found this gem and if the stars align we would love to return.

Loved the location and not being a tourist trap. Very convenient and had everything my daughter and I needed. There were a few cleaning concerns, but had supplies in the condo so I could do myself. Mary Anne communicated very well. Lovely stay! Thank you!

The condo is very well kept, clean and comfortable. Loved the location next to the restaurant and even that it is and old building is well maintained and clean we enjoy our stay .
The only set back is that is not facing the water, but we knew that before we reserved and the balconies doors are in need of repair or replacement. A light over the dining table will be good.

The unit was super clean with all the amenities to make our stay AWESOME! The location was perfect with great views of the sunset from the balcony! Walking distance to a great restaurant with a fantastic beach atmosphere! No need to ever leave the property! This is the unit to choose for your next vacation!

I was disappointed that I didn’t have a balcony view of the ocean! Also I had to wait two more hours to have a clean room because of miscommunication.
The pictures and description made it appear that I would see the ocean from the room.
I was however grateful for MaryAnne’s kindness and willingness to help any way possible.

We call it perfect vacation since we found everything as we want to be for vacation at the beach. Beach access at the door plus swimming pool. Unit owner did excellent job with very nice decor and choice of very comfy bed. If somebody looking for quiet vacation I would recommend this place.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The owner kept us informed and even checked up on us during our stay. The owners representative was waiting for us when we arrived to turn over the keys. The condo was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed being in a building that was right on the beach and appreciated the beach chairs that were in the condo for our use. I would book this property again next year but we are looking for a 2 bedroom so family can visit while we are there.
