Wir bleiben oft in unserem Eigentum und deshalb ist es gut gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben ein Zuhause mit allem Luxus geschaffen: Kaffeemaschine, reichlich William Sonoma Essgeschirr, alle Utensilien, neue Möbel, Farbe und Teppich. Buffalo Lodge was a ver accomodating stay. It was exactly how it is described in the property and pictures. My family had a great time staying there and with all the ammenities and closeness to the gondola, we got to make the most of our trip.

Awesome visit! Staying right in the village was great for early starts, lunch breaks, and easy apres options. The hot tub, parking garage, ski lockers, common areas, etc. all added to the ease and enjoyment. The unit was huge and well-equipped. The only thing I'd add would be some humidifiers for the bedrooms. This was an great rental and Jeff was super responsive and easy to work with. Thanks!

This was a great location for kids and adults. We kept our boots, skis, and helmets in our rental truck in the heated garage as the lockers wouldn't have held everything. Not a big deal as the garage is heated. Walking up the steps in ski boots or down after a long day of skiing was a challenge as the elevator didn't work. I was very thankful I had a few teenagers to help carry groceries and luggage up the stairs. Disappointed that this issue was not communicated.

Lastly, there were multiple broken or falling a part pieces in the condo which simply added to our disappointing experience. The condo is in good location, but not worth the price!!

Ideal for 2 families
This place was perfect for our trip. It was walking distance to the gondola and situated in the middle of the River Run plaza. Two of the bedrooms had king beds which made it ideal for two couples. The third had a triple bunk bed and there was a giant sleeper sofa in the living room. The full kitchen and great room looked out onto the front face slopes of the mountain. Could not have asked for a better view. When we come back, we will try to book this unit again.

Great location but slightly short of expectations
Condo is OK, but dimly lit, in need of an update and it takes fifteen minutes for the water to get hot. Close to River Run so noisy till about eleven PM.

Beautiful views, spacious unit
We really enjoyed the proximity to the village, the mountain views from the living room windows, the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. It is a great space for a family or two. We also appreciated the ski locker on main level. What we would like to see improved is the cleaniless of the living room - drips on the coach, some of the blinds didn't work, missing lightbulbs, and there weren't any dish towels in kitchen or wash cloths in the bathroom. All of this was manageable, but the biggest issue we had was that it smelled really bad in the unit. We were only there a couple of days so we managed. I reported this via email to the managers with no response. I would stay here again if this were rectified though. Kitchen is well stocked with so many spices and things - which is great! And it was very easy to check in and out.

Nice place to stay!
This unit was the perfect layout for us, grandparents, parents & 3 kids. With 2 master suites & a full bath outside the 3 bed bunk room, everyone had lots of private space. There was adequate seating for eating & lounging - nice decks if our weather had been warmer.....
The location is convenient for both skiing & skating along with shopping & restaurants. You may want to be aware, if you go to bed early, that you will hear some noise from the bars & fire pit but on our weekend it ended around 11:00.
The only reason I gave the unit a 4 instead of 5 had to do with the cleaning. While the unit looked quite clean upon entry, we later realized the kitchen sink needed a good cleaning, the toilets had rings at the water line & the vacuuming got the traffic areas but not the corners or under things. I spoke to the management company prior to our departure & they seemed very receptive to my suggestion of better checking on the deep clean needs.
I found the location for key pick up very convenient as parking was readily available unlike some locations closer to units. The management company answered our calls right away when our key code didn’t work & we needed more dishwasher soap.
We would return to this unit!

Perfect location and super comfortable furniture.
You’re close to everything so never have to walk far for food, drinks, groceries, or gondola. Restaurants can get noisy in early evening so if you have kids, bedtime can be tough. Everything quiets down around 9 or 10 so not a huge issue.
It is a wonderful clean condo. There were 5 of us and we had more than enough space.

Condo in very good condition. Kitchen utensils, bath accoutrements in place and sufficient. Minor problem with fireplace. Response for help with it was timely. Turns out the pilot light was out. Easy to relight. Easy access to building and short easy walk to Gondola lift. The Keystone Village has all the amenities one could want. Overall experience was memorable.

Well appointed home base for memorable ski trip with 6 young children
The condo was immaculate. The property manager was accommodating and thorough. The hot tubs were awesome. We didn't have time to play billiards, as we were having too much fun with the cousins at the house. It was so close to the slopes that we were able to have lunch at the condo and get back out on the mountain for a full afternoon of skiing! Thank you for sharing your home!

Great location and plenty of room!
You can't beat the location of the Buffalo Lodge: Walked across the street to go ice skating, downstairs for fresh cookies at the Keystone activity center. Less than 5 min walk to the gondola and ski rental, restaurants, several pubs, and a grocery mart. Plenty of parking available in the garage the week we stayed (1 week before Christmas), and the Keystone shuttle stop was right in front of the building. The Rocky Mountain Resort manager was very responsive when we needed extra access keys and new keys to the ski locker, they were sitting in the room the next morning. The place we stayed had plenty of room for our family of 7 with a well appointed kitchen and enough room to let everyone spread out and relax and watch movies or play games on the one day when all the lifts were closed due to high winds. We hope to make Keystone an annual family tradition and know where we will be staying the next time!

Twice a ski season we rent a condo in Keystone. This place is fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and spacious. The beds were all very comfortable as was the furniture. We will be back.

great location and layout - and a few problems
Very nice condo and sweet location...but we were disappointed because:
We were allowed only 1 parking pass for garage. Overnite parking for this 3 bedroom condo was over a mile away - when our friends showed up late at night, this was unbelievably inconvenient. Why doesn't Keystone just charge $10 a nite for their wide open lot across the street? Ridiculous and rude.
When we walked in, the empty dishwasher was beeping incessantly . We called and a polite service dude came quickly to check it out. He couldn't fix it and had to return the next day. Later that night, when we did a load of dishes, it began to beep again. We called again and were told we had to press on the sides to engage the dishwasher properly. It seemed to get it working..but then much later it began to beep incessantly again and in frustration, we just unplugged it.
We also told the management that the refrigerator fan was buzzing loudly - like the fan was struggling and that the garbage disposal didn't work. Neither of these issues were resolved and the frig froze our lettuce and cheeses even though we turned it down.
In the end, we washed our dishes by hand, didn't use the disposal, and turned the TV louder when the freezer started moaning. Not trying to be complaining, but paid too much money for management not to verify that appliances were truly in working order before accepting guests.
Also couldn't find an oven mitt and burnt my hand taking chicken out of oven. LOL?
Other than that, the convenient proximate skiing was great and we appreciated the beautiful space. If they hand out a couple of parking passes and take care of that annoying appliance gremlin, we would recommend highly!
