This unit was beautiful! Everything in the pictures is what you get and had amazing viewes from the 14th floor. Staff was amazing as well as ben,he alaays answers any questions i have and check in is a breeze! Until next year!

The property is beautifully situated to give you an incredible view of the ocean. Even better was waking up to the floor to ceiling window to watch the sunrise every morning. The property is clean, inviting, and a great way to spend time away from home. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen is fully stocked to make meals, and the dining area large enough to eat comfortably! Thanks for hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay. The views were beautiful. The location was perfect. Some great restaurants within walking distance. Great location for day trips to either Miami or Fort Lauderdale!

Spent lots of time relaxing at the ocean. The girls & I also did a dolphin adventure near Miami. It was a great week. Lots of traffic.

Apartment was clean, adequately furnished and had all the necessary kitchen and beach equipment. The view from the balcony and the master bedroom is worth the stay.

We can not say enough good things about our stay from the very beginning to check out. The Host is outstanding and so helpful. The vondo is really beautiful with a gorgeous view from the master bedroom. The pool was very nice and the beach was excellent. The boardwalk is well worth the walk down the beach or a short drive in the car. The house keeping was also good, very clean and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this Condo. Definitely will be repeat customers.

Condo is decorated nicely. View to the ocean is lovely and sweeping from the mbr and living room. Apartment is generally well maintained; a few places need minor repair to make it perfect. I would definitely book this unit again.

Roomy and clean. Absolutely loved watching sunrise from bed through the huge window overlooking the ocean. The balcony view of the ocean is also nice. Loved being right on rhe beach. Owner was WONDERFUL to work with. We rented at the last minute, and he was very helpful. I would stay here again, but I woyld try to arrive during regular hours. After hour check in was rather complicated.

This property was very clean and spacious! Had a large king bed room that looks onto the beach and two double beds in another room! Two clean bathrooms and a tv in every room! Absolutely loved it!

We had a great time! We had beautiful views and just steps away from the beach. Plenty of space for the four of us. Any questions we had were answered quickly and all of our needs were met. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Very nice. Immense rain and wind over 2 days stirred up the ocean and caused flooding in the unit.

My husband booked this trip for my 15 year old daughter and me as a surprise after a year long battle with breast cancer. I still don’t have my full strength and energy back, and I was a bit worried that I wouldn’t be ready to travel from NY to Florida. I’m so glad I decided to go. This place was amazing! The check in process was not as difficult as I expected. The employees at the front desk were so polite. Ben was in touch to make sure our arrival was safe and smooth. When I walked into the unit I immediately noticed how CLEAN it was. It smelled fresh and welcoming. It was a spacious place for the 2 of us! It could easily sleep my family of 5; and this is where we will stay if we travel to Florida again. The ocean view is spectacular! Wow. The kitchen is updated with all appliances all working. I was impressed with the quality of the furniture. Everything was so comfortable. Easy access to the ocean and the pool was refreshing and well kept. Each day security monitored the premises to make sure guests were wearing the wristband given to us at check-in. This made me feel safe. There are washing machines and dryers on each floor which was convenient. The unit had beach towels, chairs, umbrellas etc which was great for the beach! The balcony was a great place to sit at night and just listen to the waves. I could go on and on. I highly recommend renting this unit if you are looking for a great place! My only complaint about this place was having to leave.

Aside from the little complicated check in progress and the fact that you'd have to pay for the fob even though it's returned at the end of the trip. everything is just perfect. great location, great beach, great views and great host. would definitely come back next time I'm in Miami!

It was a clean and great place to hang or hats while we went to the beach (right outside our door) and boardwalk. Amenities were right on!

Older building but served our needs. Nice pool area with shade available. Pool was a nice temperature. Parking in covered garage adequate. Lobby and hallways dated. Valet attendants were helpful.

Took a mini vacation with my wife had a amazing time Property was as advertised was very clean and Ben and Mario were quick to responded and were Amazing Would definitely stay again. And would recommend to anyone to stay there And the view from master bedroom window was amazing. My wife loved waking up to ocean views.

The place was great for a beach weekend vacation , the unit had everything you need for a fun stay , just remember to bring your own beach cooler since the unit doesn't provide any , i would stay here again with no doubt 😀

Spent 5 days with my family at this condo at the Tides. The check-in process is a bit convoluted, but the landlord does a great job explaining the process which made it a non-issue. The unit has a great view of the beach from both the balcony and the master bedroom, and it has easy access to both the beach and the pool - neither of which was crowded when we went. I appreciated the included beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and even small beach toys for our 3 year old. Not having a car (we preferred to Uber everywhere), we used Instacart to get food delivered. We met the delivery person in the front of the building which was easy enough. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely love to come back.

Great location, very clean, great views, on the beach. Owner very communicative which waa great but we had to sign so much before we even came and send documents. And they way the check at the property was described from the owner made it seem almost daunting. Turned out check in was easy and all went well. Very nice staff and guests.

We stayed in this apartment for a family vacation. The unit was super clean and very well stocked. All of the amenities were great, especially the proximity to the beach. Ben, the owner, was very helpful and communicated regularly with me. We were an after-hours check-in so he provided the detailed instructions we needed to get in the apartment. Highly recommend Ben and this great apartment if your heading to the south Florida coast!

First time at the Tides and it was a wonderful experience. Check in seemed a bit complicated but was a breeze at the end. Ben was awesome in responding to some questions we had in regards to the building. Beach and condo were just awesome. Location is great if you are staying in the area. Had 2 19 year olds and wanted to go to South Beach every night so it was a drive there and back. Only con for me were the fobs, has nothing to to do with Ben and Mario but paying 60 dollars for 2 fobs to access your condo that you rented seemed a little excessive.
