Everything was clean and exactly what we wanted.

Great area to stay, and right on the beach. Many places close to eat and shop. The kitchen drawers that fall down when opened that were mentioned in previous reviews still weren't fixed. And if your gonna stay for any length of time be prepared to do laundry as there were only 5 sets of towels for the entire stay. At least there is a washer and dryer on the same floor to do them at a cost. The keys and parking tag you pick up at the rental company are very close and easy to get to and return about a mile away. Although the keys are only for the elevator for after hours and the stairs I guess. They don't fit the condo door. It is a programed lock which is nicer than having to find keys, as long as you remember the number. 😁 They are doing some remodeling on the building but we were there Thanksgiving and no one was working at the time. There is a place to spray off your feet when you get off the beach. Would really be nice if there was a hose and sprayer there to rinse the sand off the deck as well since you rinse your feet then have to walk through the sand you just rinsed off. Over all a great place to stay and would go back.

The condo complex and condo 312 are very nice. We had to inquire.about a parking permit that was not provided before the start of our stay. Would love to stay again in that unit.

My first and only complaint is more with the property management group as the process to get all your stay info is a little complex. This is my 5th stay through VRBO and have never come across a system like this. Unfortunately we had changes in our flights that delayed us leaving 12hrs and we didn’t get to the condominium until midnight. I did not realize I had to login to their website to know how to get access to the building as they lock their elevator and stairwell from the outside at a certain time and had a mild panic attack that we would have to sleep in our car the first night. There is no one to get ahold of after hours except a 3rd party that has to try to contact the mgmt group so we felt helpless. Once I dug back through emails and found that I had to go to a website to access information about the property I was able to find that you have to check in with the mgmt group first before going to the location or visit their after hours box to get a packet that contains your elevator key and stairwell keys as well as your parking pass. Like I said this is not something I have come across before in staying through VRBO so more just a heads up for those staying at the condominium as a whole. This is an older unit and the location of some things was a bit odd. It needs several maintenance updates (top kitchen drawer almost falls out, it’s like it’s not even in a track; wall outlet on the left side of the master bed is very loose and the cover pops off; microwave cabinet doors need to be tightened; smoke alarm did not appear to be working; shower seat in the master appears to be peeling). Be prepared for a giant list of “can’t do’s” from the condominium management as well. Overall our stay in this unit was fine, it’s a quiet and very secure location with million dollar views. The beach access was fantastic and the pool was amazing! The condo also comes equipped with several beach amenities including an umbrella! Large closet spaces and access to washer and dryer on each floor. My only other complaint has nothing to do with the condo we stayed in, but more of a heads up for those traveling and staying here recent. They are doing building construction and road construction at the same time so be prepared for early wake ups and delays if you’ve got an itinerary.

We come to Sunset Chateau every year and this was our fist time staying in this condo unit. The furniture was comfortable and all our needs were met. Will definitely be looking to stay here in the future.

Right on the beach. Clean accommodations and comfy beds. You do have to stop at an office to pick up keys and parking pass and then drop off at office drop box on departure day. Would definitely book again. Can’t beat the view.

We love the close location to the beach, the pool is well maintained and the property is well kept. We have rented several units thru the years thru different managers that are no longer managing units. This year the condo was nice. We were very disappointed in the amenities. For instance some of the basics that we have had at previous units. Things like beach towels, decent beach chairs, enough bathroom towels, kitchen towels & trash bags for our 2 week stay. The Adirondack chairs were to big for the balcony. A person had to stand up to let other guests pass by. No information about operating TV's. A maintenance man the came to repair the sink showed us how to operate.

The master bedroom was enormous and the bed was VERY comfortable. My husband keeps talking about how comfy the pillows were. The walk1in shower in the master bath was great after being on the beach all day. Our two girls LOVED their room and separate beds. This condo had everything we needed except measuring cups we needed for one meal but that was minor. We are most of our meals in since there were two grocery stores within 5-10 minutes of us. Having two bathrooms was a plus since we could have both showers on and hot water wasn't an issue. The only negative is the screen door was literally coming out of the frame exposing nails, but to us it wasn't a big deal since our girls are old enough to know better. MORE THAN AMPLE closet space for over-packers like myself and plenty of storage for groceries and toiletries. On the last couple days the second elevator stopped working, but we took the steps. The pool was perfect and right off the beach.

The owner of the condo was kind enough to allow all six of us to stay in their condo. We had a wonderful time and the weather was great. We went to Sea World and took a ride on a Pirate Ship at John's Pass. Also ate at great restaurants. Looking forward to booking future vacations at this wonderful condo!

My husband and I loved our stay at this condo. The beach was very easily accessible and we loved having a view from the bedroom and living room. We also felt very safe with needing a key for the stairwells and elevators! The rental had beach chairs, some floats, and a beach umbrella. The only things I wish the condo had were beach towels and a hairdryer.

Great stay and great check in, check out procedures. The only suggestion I would have is since the condo is partially carpeted, please provide a vacuum for use. It got pretty dirty throughout the week. Also there was a broom but no dust pan. Great place but lacking basic cleaning supplies.

We had a ver enjoyable stay in this condo. Just a few things could have made it better. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was so hard we had to get a foam mattress topper to put on it to make it tolerable to sleep on. And the kitchen could definitely use more silverware and large bowls. Other then that the place was amazing. It was tastefully decorated and cozy. I would stay again if those to issues were addressed.

Had a another great visit, first time in this condo, nice condo. We thought that having to get get keys at another location was a little Out of the way after a long day of traveling. The condo could use a kettle and some sharp knifes. The bed in the second bedroom is so hard, maybe would a replacement would be better for the guests. Overall, this place was great and would go back
