Property very clean and well stocked . Proximity to ocean and pool fabulous . Only drawback was limited keys for access to pool and beach which was difficult for 5 people. Locks were also difficult to use as some poss damaged from salt water and sand . Recommend a small stool for king size bed . I am old and short and could not get in and out ..lol

Disappointing cleanliness of a beautiful location
The carpeting is absolutely disgusting in the master bedroom. The mattresses were worn out ten years ago. Minor repairs were reported and we were told maintenance was scheduled. We stayed a week, we saw no maintenance, nothing was repaired during our stay. The master shower is like a campsite shower stall, no joke!
Be ready to live with 1 bath towel/hand towel and wash cloth per person for the week.
The locks on the pool deck are no joke a hassle one didn’t work at all. You need the key to turn on 2 gates to get to the beach.
Save yourself the frustration…stay elsewhere, we will next time.

There was a note on our pickup package that the disposal & dishwasher needed repairs and the repair persons were there promptly Monday and fixed them. We took a few day trips-swam with the manatees, visited the Kennedy Space Center. Had great steamed crabs at RiversideCrab House (Homossasa) and Crabby Bills (Indian Rocks). This was a family get together and everyone had a wonderful time. Beautiful Beach as well! Thank you

I've traveled to the whole Gulf Coast (West) from Clearwater to Sarasota since the '80's. Redington and N Redington are very nice areas and not as crowded as St Pete, etc. This property is in a good location which doesn;t have a lot of traffic and crowded beach. We stayed on the 6th floor so it had a wonderful view. The property is quite dated but in very clean shape. The condo is also quite dated but if you are just wanting a week away where you can hear the ocean and relax, this is just fine.

I would have rated everything five stars except for a few things, the condo was great. The TV. In the living room was so old, that we had to go somewhere else to watch our hockey team in the playoffs. The tv is dying or burning out. Very noticeable on a white or light transmission. The guest bathroom needed some TLC. Faucet handle comes off in your hand and the toilet needs to be tightened down. The sliding glass door was almost impossible to close, but I think the rain might have been the cause of that. Otherwise, we highly recommend the place and will return. We have dealt with the rental agents for years and have always had a great experience. They are on the ball with anything you may need!

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It was very spacious and comfortable. Though the elevator is not for the faint of heart! We had a late arrival and the rental company was very accommodating even though the retrieval and return of the keys is a bit burdensome considering the rental office is several miles from the condo. EXCELLENT stay at this condo. Our 3 bedroom condo was very clean and had all the required items we needed for a great stay. The pool was clean, and well maintained. Our only recommendation would be to have keyless entry to the pool/beach area as it was frustrating to always need your keys to go to those areas.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas at Emerald Isle. All the people we met around the pool were nice and helpful in suggesting restaurants. The furnishings were exactly like the pictures, very nice. The only complaint is - there is no where to put things in the master shower except on the floor. Would be nice to have a shower rack or shelf, that way things dry out.

We liked the 602 condo much better than previous ones we stayed at. We also enjoy the Emerald Isle because it it small and usually not busy. Will be back again next year. A bit disappointed that the pool was closed 3 and 1/2 days, but other wise we had no problems.

Location! But…..
What a location! Better than we even imagined from the photos. The sunsets were amazing and only a short walk down the beach was Mangoes Tiki bar (at the Doubletree) for an evening cocktail in the sunshine.
We rented bikes from Rad Bikes (great prices and service) and went for the beach cruisers that could go on the wet sand - great fun.
We knew from the photos the bathrooms were going to be tired but in all honesty they were an even bigger disappointment than we imagined. Rusty plug holes, peeling wall paper, a little smelly….
Also in the family bathroom we couldn’t use the bath the first 3 days as the faucet needed a repair (due to it’s age). It was Easter weekend and the rental company did get it repaired on the Monday afternoon for us but it just indicates the need for new bathrooms.
We loved the rest of the Condo including the huge balcony vs many other Condos you see.
Enough supermarkets and food choices near by (Coastal Pizza great, Sweet Sage lovely) but we also ate in often as we couldn’t drag ourselves away from the late afternoon sun and sunsets on the beach!
So it’s 2 stars for the bathrooms and 5 stars for the location and rest of the Condo. The owner should reno the bathrooms and charge a little more….it will payback.

Nice location. To far to drive to pickup key. Nice kitchen. Great balcony with great view. Bathrooms had mildew. Bathrooms need to be completely redone. Some parts need paint. Would have given it a 3 or 4 star if not for bathrooms and way to far to pickup key 17 min from property. So gave it over all a 2 star. Would not stay here agin.

Will be back!
This 602 unit was perfect for our family and our guests that we brought along with us. We traveled with a little one that was just over a year and used our joovy 2 play yard pack and play for her to sleep in and it fit perfectly in our master bedroom closet which helped tremendously! Overall the property is very clean, and the pool and pool deck was cleaned daily.
Keys required EVERYWHERE which was a little annoying but it also was nice to know that it kept out any beach wanderers.
I will for sure be coming back to this rental

Not going back
Was the most uncomfortable vacation I have ever been on. People living there were miserable. It was not family friendly unless you had someone over 65 with you. I loved the location being so close to the ocean but I will not return. At first glance the condo was beautiful! Upon further inspection there was dust and filth caked in the corners and on the baseboards. We were told they only clean baseboards 2 TIMES A YEAR! During a pandemic that is unacceptable. What we assumed was soda splashed and dried up the side our the island bar. The dishwasher was full when we got there. Was told there was a washer and dryer. Never once anywhere did it say it was on every other floor and we had to pay for it. All the washers were caked with sand. It was 100% not as advertised and a huge disappointment. Also once in the pool area you need a key to get out of the pool. That was a huge inconvenience when we had 3 teens with us and we all were in different areas between the pool house and beach. I get the key to get into the pool but to be locked IN the pool just makes no sense. Will not be booking there again and will not be dealing with resort rentals ever again
