Plenty of space. Everything needed for a long weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The owner was always available and responed to me right away. Had everything we needed. Loved walking down town in the evening.

The property was clean and quiet, stocked with basic necessities. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. Great location, short walk to restaurants and shops.

The Bird House was perfect for our Family of 5. It was very clean and quaint. Dan was very accommodating and was it was very easy to communicate with him. We were minutes from downtown,Cranmore Mountain Resort, the shopping outlets, and many other places as well. We literally didnt have to travel more than 15 minutes for anything. The next time we are in Conway we hope to be able to return to this property

We arrived at the property and this was the first realization that this is a multi unit type of property and our unit was located on the 2nd floor. The stairs to go up were very precarious, steep and unstable, missing a handrail. If you have any balance or mobility issues, stay away.
tThe house was cozy, but was very dated. This specific unit had a bird theme, which I liked, except that everything was coated in dust.
The kitchen had the basics, but I wouldn’t touch most of it, it was all stuff that looked like it had been left behind for years. The drawers handles were sticky and the pots and pans looked as if they been well worn. We did no cooking and only brought meals back. I will say the refrigerator was spacious and clean.
For beds, the teen girls were happy in their room and had lots of shelf space to spread out. The upstairs bedroom was basic, but the mattress wasn’t comfortable. And again, if you are challenged in any way, getting upstairs was treacherous. The stairs were extremely narrow and steep.
On the plus side, there was a/c in the bedrooms and a fan in the living room. There were plenty of towels provided in the bathroom. And, the location was great.
I just wish the space were better kept. I won’t be returning, sadly.

Daniel was great and stay was amazing! Had a great girls weekend. Place was cozy and very well stocked. Host had some good recommendations for dinner and sight seeing. Would stay again!!!

The "bird nest" was the perfect place for our family of 3: well situated, clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. You just have to bring your own bedding and make sure you do not travel with big suitcases since the stairs are quite steep. The owner is easy to reach and very helpful.

Condo very well located, very clean and well equipped. Some furniture is a little outdated, but does the job very well. Owner present and concerned about our satisfaction. I will go back there!

A very nice place to stay for a few nights. Comfortable beds and functional kitchen for preparing and having meals. Nice decorations that give the place a rustic cabin feel. Too bad for us that weather was on the bad side for most of our stay- we weren't able to sit out on the deck and enjoy post hike beers! Only complaint was that bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning which led to a steamy room after showering.

My husband and I stayed at Birdhouse for 4 nights to do some hiking and visit friends in the area. This little nest was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, quiet, and the kitchen had all the basics we needed. It got chilly at night and the heater was fast - hot another night and the fan was perfect. The stairs are steep, but David warned us, and we were fine with it.

Easy walk into town, close to lots of hiking. The stairs up to the property and inside the property are steep (just like the property owner said so no surprise there). It was just two of us, but another couple of some kids could have fit really easily. Thanks!

There was a family reunion taking place in Center Conway so my two brothers and I needed a place to stay for the night before and the night after the reunion. We just needed a place to sleep really and this space worked out well in terms of location and convenience. Daniel Lambert was very good in communicating about the property and quickly responded to any questions I had.
We didn't use the well appointed kitchen at all, but lots of hot water for showers. The heater in the main room did a great job in keeping the whole place warm.
I would note that the Bird House, being on the second floor, has kind of narrow stairs to the second floor porch and on the inside has narrow stairs to the loft. It would be good to keep this in mind if you got regular suitcases of clothes or big stuff to bring from the car to the space for a long term stay. We had small duffle bags and a carry-on size suitcase and navigated it pretty well.
Heading back after the two night stay my brothers and I agreed that it was a good place to stay and would be willing to stay in the Bird House again or one of the other rentals that Daniel maintains on that property.

Cute rustic cabin
Comfortable stay in a safe neighborhood. Great location to everything you need, and walking distance to the main road where all the cute spots are. The stairs are a bit challenging if you have mobility issues, but would definitely stay again.

Great condo/location to town
Very easy process. House was just like the pictures. Great spot to walk into town and cery close to all the tourist spots. Met the owner who couldn’t have been nicer.

Nice little get away
I stayed here for a long weekend. Had everything I needed, including water & food bowls for my dog. Daniel was very helpful & quick to reply to any questions I had. Great location, just a quick drive to downtown Conway & most of the attractions in the area.

Wonderful Downtown Stay
My husband, 2 dogs and I stayed here after reading all the great reviews online. We fell in love with the location and were extremely happy with the hosts ability to clearly communicate. We had to change our date last minute and he had no problem accommodating our needs. We will definitely be back!

Bird house
The property was very centrally located. The heat was great on a cold windy rainy weekend. It was clean, great hot water although it does take a minute or two to come up. The stairs especially to the loft are a bit tricky if you have any mobility issues at all. It was well equipped for a dog if you need that, all in all it worked well for us for a weekend. The loft Queen bed was comfortable.

Great place
Be aware, there are steep stairs, but if you’re ok with that, then the place is great. If you’re looking for a place to spend a lot of time, then maybe this isn’t for you, but if you, like us, are looking more for a home base from which you can go out and do things all day before coming back for a nightcap and bed, then this is the perfect place.

Great place to stay!!
Very nice play to stay very accommodating for my girl and our dogs. Place was in great location and was extremely nice and spacious. Owner was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing
My wife and I were excited for our stay after reading the reviews. The reality was like staying in my son’s dorm room. Dusty, musty smells and old furniture. I made the mistake of looking up at the stuffed wildlife and beheld a ceiling fan light with 2 inches of dead bugs in it. We had booked a 2 night stay but left after 1 night as my wife was having issues with the dust and her asthma. A good deep clean and some new furniture would go a long way to match the hype.
