We had an awesome stay, and Rosemary was very accommodating! Beds are comfortable, condo was clean, plenty of toys for the kiddos, and a super convenient location for quick access the Laguna/Dana Point area! Highly recommend to anyone considering.

My wife and I stayed for 10 days. This condo was well equipped and nicely furnished. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Convenient to area beaches and stores and restaurants. TV has access to Netflix and some other online channels. If you have Apple TV or Roku, suggest you bring it to access local TV stations. We would definitely stay here again, if in the area

Everything in this rental was perfect for my family of 4. Rosemary even gifted us with chocolates and champagne for my birthday! Salt Creek Beach at Dana Point was fantastic. As a luxury travel advisor, I highly recommend this property.

Directions were clear, the home was clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was prompt.

The condo was wonderful… well appointed and very comfortable. Rosemary is a great host. The location is perfect. It’s close to restaurants, hiking, beach, dolphin cruise, or just relaxing in the jacuzzi! It’s also close to Laguna Beach. We flew into John Wayne Airport which is less than 30 minutes to the condo!!! All in all, it’s a great condo!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Rosemary’s condo. Everything was clean & had everything for our needs; toys for our 3 year old, pack n play & highchair for our 1 year old and sand toys for the beach! Rosemary was always very quick to respond. The location was perfect, easy access to Dana Point, Laguna Beach & San Clemente! Would definitely stay there again!

Rosemary's attention to detail and customer service is remarkable and she made our family vacation one to remember. This place was perfect for our family. My wife and I, and our two kids were in town for a wedding. This place was perfectly located. It was super easy and quick to get to Laguna Beach, and the neighborhood had everything we needed nearby. Rosemary made check in very easy, and was great with communication. The house was very nice, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean, bright, and fully accommodating to our needs. The pool was fantastic (the weather was not, sadly). Location is close to the beach and shopping in Laguna as well as many other places in the area. Access to the unit was easy and Rosemary was available when needed. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for the week and it was in a very central location. The place was very clean and well maintained. Rosemary was always available and responsive.

This property was all it stated plus some. The location to beaches is outstanding from Dana point to Newport and all this amazing places between. Laguna beach! Carona deal mar! Balboa! Stores and shops are all right there too. We will be back next year for another 10 day stay. I would highly recommended this property.

Our stay was nice, but the parking is somewhat of a problem. We communicated with the owner and she tried her best to fix the problem.

The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything well better than expected and I really recommend this place for families that want to rest. Excellent location having market 10 min distance and close to the beach.

Location was great! Rest of it, not so great. Unit is on lower level and very dark. Owners locked master closet, and no room to put clothes and suitcases. Cleanliness was poor, with kitchen counters and bathroom floors not cleaned properly, and some kitchen utensils covered with dust. They did have a welcome basket, which was very thoughtful. Overall would pick somewhere else.

Absolutely loved this place! Great location, equipped with everything we could need, super clean, and near the beach. The condo is spacious, modern, furnished with comfy bedding, great bath products, and even has a nice outdoor sitting area. Rosemary goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, including a thoughtful basket of snacks when you arrive. The complex is quiet and having a garage to park a small rental car and store our surf boards was a plus! We will definitely stay here again!

Rosemary is a great host of a wonderful little condo located in a perfect area. The place was clean, nicely decorated, super comfortable beds and we really appreciated the snacks! The area is walkable, rich with hiking trails and close to the beach. My family and I really enjoyed or visit and will stay again!

This condo is clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable. It has been updated beautifully with high end finishes and products. Our family of four stayed for 6 nights and it was quiet and comfortable. Two things to note if you are a light sleeper - there are high quality wooden blinds that are great for privacy, but they are not room darkening, so you may want to bring an eye mask to darken the room...and I used a sound machine to dampen any noises, not that there were too many - just a little foot traffic from the above unit (usually around waking and going to bed) and a little road noise from a street down the hill. The beds were comfortable, and there are plenty of towels and extra bedding, if needed. It was a little cool for swimming while we were there, but we sat by the pool one sunny afternoon, and it is in good shape (though both bathrooms were out of order - hopefully that was just a short term issue). Rosemary was easy to contact / stay in touch with. We felt safe in this community and it was a short drive to Dana Point, which was a fun place to go, along with San Clemente - both beautiful and right on the ocean. It was about a 30 minute drive to SNA Airport, so really convenient for our travels. There is a garage, but it is a tight fit. We were able to use it, but only the driver went in and out with the car - everyone else entered or departed prior to parking. There is also a parking lot which we could have used, if the garage wouldn't have worked for our vehicle (Toyota Camry). We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Rosemary!

We stayed here because of the proximity to a hospital in Laguna Beach where my wife had a minor surgery procedure. We wanted a place that was quiet and serene for her recovery. The Sea ROC condo could not have been a better choice. It is very well located, clean, spacious and quiet. The owner was very helpful, communicative and kind. The beach style decor is upscale, extremely comfortable with every convenience one could possibly want. A wonderful place to stay!

We stayed at this rental in September 2019. This unit is clean, well equipped and has everything you could need. The community is also very quiet. We did not use the pool or other common areas but did manage to check them out - very clean and modern. The owner Rosemary was very attentive and helpful. Check in and check out were seamless.

We highly recommend SeaROC to anyone visiting the Laguna Beach/Laguna Niguel area. The location is a perfect home base for visiting downtown Laguna Beach, Dana Point and the many great area beaches. The condo was exactly as depicted. It was spacious and clean with many modern upgrades and amenities. We traveled across country for this trip, so we really appreciated that all towels, linens, beach towels & chairs and many other amenities were provided. We slept five adults comfortably. Rosemary, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond to any questions. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making the stay a pleasurable one. Overall, we had a great experience and would not hesitate to return or recommend SeaROC.

My sister and I treated our mother to Laguna Beach’s ‘Pageant of the Masters’ performance for her birthday and wanted a private, quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay that was also conveniently located. This condo delivered, and more! When the owner, Rosemary, found out it was my mom’s birthday, she had prosecco chilling in the wine fridge upon our arrival and surprised her with a mini birthday cake! My mom was really touched by her thoughtfulness, and it added to the festiveness of the occasion. This resort-style condo really made us feel like we were on vacation – from the comfy, airy, and white beachy decor to the oversized spa showers, we looked forward to coming “home” and relaxing at the end of a fun-filled day of activities. The newly renovated condo is appointed with lots of amenities, both inside and out, and we appreciated the updated technology too (fast wi-fi, nest thermostat, ring doorbell). We enjoyed our stay in this jewel of a condo and will be back!

This condo is great. It's modern, airy, very clean and beautifully furnished. It looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The accoutrements are perfect. The owner (Rosemary) is very responsive and will help with anything you may need. The neighbourhood is very well situated and quiet (close to beach and everything else you will need). We truly enjoyed our stay in this property and recommended it.

We surprised a friend with a mystery trip to Laguna for her birthday. This condo was perfect for us! Beautifully stocked with extra toiletries and even wine. The pool & hot tub were awesome, let's not fool ourselves, nobody in our party was hitting the gym but it looked great. The area it town is just a few short miles from shopping and the beach. And the host was incredibly accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

This is an awesome place to stay. The condo was spotless and Rosemary took great care of us including a ton of welcome amenities. My parents and sister stayed here and loved the place. So great!
