Casa Limonada is a beautiful villa with an infinity pool and a beautiful sea view. The property is spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The manager, Simone, is very helpful. The beach and restaurants are a ten minute walk downhill. It’s quite a steep climb back up to the villa. However, we had a lovely time and hope to return at some point.

Casa Limonada is a beautiful Villa to stay in. It has a great pool with the most amazing views and the best sunsets we have ever seen. The villa is as described with comfy beds, great showers and everything you need in the kitchen. It is in a nice quiet location and feels very safe but you can walk to Calla Vadella if you need anything. From the easy booking process and great communication with Birgit to a wonderful welcome and help from Simone our holiday could not have been better. I would recommend it to anyone and already have! Thank you both again.

Beautiful modern villa with a nod to Ibithencan finca design. On a street of established villas, the view across a lush valley to the sea is uninterrupted. Stunning infinity pool to laze in while watching the sun set on the sea. Just what we needed to relax and unwind.

Beautiful villa with stunning views, really comfy beds and lovely pool. There’s also great beach with lots of restaurants a (steep) 10 min walk away. A car is a must. The only reason we gave 4 stars not 5 is because it was a nightmare getting taxi’s to go there and there weren’t enough sun loungers for 6 people (and we all wanted one).

This villa was perfect for us. The views are just spectacular, the sunsets the best we have seen (and we come to Ibiza a lot). Interior all good, master suite very big and kitchen stocked well. Safe and secure and great comms with manager. You can walk to Cala Vadella in about 15 mins, it’s uphill on the way home but we don’t mind that. All in all - great!

Een prachtige vakantiewoning met een nog mooier uitzicht. We hebben echt genoten!! Het enige nadeel is dat je wat verder van alles af zit en dat je eerst een slinger weg af moet rijden, dus het is aan te raden om zeker wel een auto te huren.

Das haus hat alles was man benötigt. Simone vor Ort ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

First of all we want to thank Birgit for being so fantastic with her communication before we arrived at the villa. And then Simone the property manager was also very responsive also and really helpful . The villa itself was fantastic. Very tastefully decorated, well equipped and the layout was fantastic with great large bedrooms all with beautiful views and en suite . The view itself is absolutely magical with full Ibiza sunset every evening so no need to hike to a viewpoint if you just want to chill and enjoy the villa. We had a Brilliant time with our young family and are already talking about when we can come back!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thanks again Birgit for having us👍🙏

Our only concern was that everything in the owners manual was written in German and this made it very difficult for us to access and use certain things. TV was only german content and we could not understand manuals. The owners should have manuals in both English, Spanish and German if they are renting the space to international travellers. Otherwise all was good.

The pool and it’s view are amazing. Check in went smoothly and Simone dealt with all our queries promptly. The snug was a little too small for 6 adults to watch tv but we spent most of our time outside so this wasn’t a real problem. Villa was beyond of any my expectations. Gorgeous! In very quiet neighborhood. The views are amazing. Villa is equipped with everything. You name it’s there. Beds are very comfortable. Property manager was responding to my texts within 5 minutes. She greeted us at the villa earlier and showed us around. We had nice dinners on the patio while enjoying gorgeous sunsets. I didn't want to leave... Thank you!

This villa is locate in a quiet residential area of Ibiza. It has stunning views of the sea and is surrounded by a lovely pine forest. The villa itself is large, clean and very well kept. The pool and outside area (where we spent most of our time) were amazing. The villa had all the mod cons with WiFi and Air-con. The check in and checkout was very easy. The owner is super helpful and accommodating. There is some amazing restaurant and beaches very close to the villa. We loved this place!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in der wunderbaren und gemütlichen Casa Limonada. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer, den man sowohl von der Terasse, aus dem Inifinity-Pool und direkt nach dem Aufwachen vom Master-Bedroom aus genießen kann. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für schöne Ferien benötigt. Die Küche ist super für alle, die gerne daheim kochen. Das Wohnzimmer mit TV perfekt für gemütliche Sofabende, die Terrasse der ideale Ort für den Sundowner und fürs Grillen. Die Casa bietet viel Platz und ist sehr geschmackvoll, modern und zugleich wohnlich eingerichtet. Der Ort Cala Vadella ist beschaulich mit schönem Sandstrand, einladender Gastro und einem kleinen Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf. Alles ist vom Haus aus ohne große Anstrengung fußläufig in gut 10 Minuten erreichbar. In Ibiza Stadt ist man mit dem Auto in ca. 30 Minuten. Am Flughafen ebenso. Unterm Strich: Direkt buchen, wenn Sie ein Domizil für den perfekten Ibiza-Urlaub suchen.

Die fantastische Aussicht von der Terrasse und das liebevolle Interieur der Casa Limonada zauberten mir jeden Tag ein Lächeln ins Gesicht. Herzlichen Dank für diese wundervollen Tage!

Genau so haben wir uns Finca-Urlaub immer vorgestellt: Traumhafter Infinitiy-Pool, geschützt vor den Blicken der Nachbarn. Blick auf's Meer im Masterbedroom - aufwachen und den ersten Kaffee auf einem großzügigen eigenen Balkon mit Daybed genießen. Spekatakuläre Sonnenuntergänge über der Bucht und den Tag bei einem kühlen Gertränk ausklingen lassen, bevor es an den Grill geht. Auch im Innenbereich ist alles vorhanden, um sich wohl zu fühlen, zu kochen, zu entspannen, das Leben zu genießen. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Michael/a

Tolles Haus, traumhafte Lage, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer! Sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Perfekt für 6 Personen, jedes Zimmer mit Bad und eigener Dusche. Super Lage zum nächsten Strand, schönen Buchten, Restaurants, Ausflügen und Ibiza Stadt. Die Abwicklung und Organisation verlief sehr professionell. Schönes Haus, super Lage, Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig, fieser Fäkaliengeruch, mehrfach am Tag, jeden Tag! Toller, sauberer Pool, Möbel dazu allerdings versifft.

Wir haben uns in der Casa Limonada vom ersten Tag bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung und die Raumaufteilung (3 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Bädern + Gäste-WC) war für uns perfekt, der Ausblick auf das Meer ein Traum, der Pool und die Terrasse super. Auch die Lage (3 Autominuten) zur Cala Vadella (toller Strand, viele Restaurants) war toll. Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub, wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir kamen abends an und hatten gleich den perfekten Sonnenuntergang. Am Tag darauf waren wir mehr als "angetan" von diesem wunderschönen Ambiente. Der Ausblick, die Lage, die Finca...einfach ein Traum. Es war für uns 6 der perfekte Urlaub, wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

5 Freunde verbrachten eine perfekte Woche in der Casa Limonada. Unsere Erwartungen aufgrund der Beschreibung wurde in allen Belangen erfüllt - die Lage mit dem Blick auf das Meer ist perfekt. Besonders in Erinnerung bleiben die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge. Das Haus und der dazu gehörende Umschwung ist in tadellosem und gepflegten Zustand. Die Abwicklung von der Reservation über die Hausübernahme und -abgabe klappte einwandfrei.
