We had a great week. Loved having a private bath in each bedroom. Parking for 3 cars was tight. Couldn’t park under the condo and walk between the car and beams. Would’ve loved to have access to the downstairs closet to keep chairs and beach supplies on the ground levels. It was locked and no key provided. Access to the pool was nice but a far walk. We rented a golf cart for the week and that was a Great decision especially with small children and lots of stuff. When the listing says they provide no paper products they aren’t kidding. No toilet paper on any rolls when you arrive. Cleanliness upon arrival was just okay. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Furniture was comfy. We had a great time and would consider staying here again.

This condo was very spacious with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area fit everyone at one time and gave us plenty of space to cook, eat and play games. The view from the deck was great and was able to see the ocean during the day and walk down to see the turtles in the mornings. The elevator was very helpful bringing everything up and down from the beach and shopping. The street was quiet without tons of traffic. We enjoyed the pool at the beach club as well along with the Tipsy Turtle. We all enjoyed our stay here and the property manager was extremely easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great week!

The space of this location was fabulous! We had plenty of space for 7 of us to have bedroom and bathroom space without being on top of each other. The kitchen was equipped and space was so nice for cooking most nights. We had plenty of space to all watch a movie in the evening as well. The location was in great proximity to the beach. The use of the pool and clubhouse entry to the beach was so convenient if you didnt want as much of a walk. We will definitely be looking to book here again.

Everything was just as we hoped! Location was great with a short walk to the beach. Access to pool and pickle ball courts. The condo was comfortable with plenty of room for 6 of us. Small issue with the dryer was addressed promptly. Definitely would recommend

Had a lovely stay at OIB. Condo was just as expected. Plenty of room for everyone and family room very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Noticed prior renters mentioned the elevator. We had no issues. Worked fine. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

This was our second time staying in this condo. Room for everyone. We especially love the 4 bedroom, 4 bath setup. We would like to make this our place year after year in OIB.

You need to replace your weather stripping around the doors in the living room. We had a bad storm Tuesday night and water was standing in the floor. Also the elevator needs a fan or something it was miserably hot. Other than that it was a great stay.

Check in was delayed because cleaners were delayed. One bedroom had a cigarette butt under a bed and room smelled like smoke. Another bedroom didn’t have a mattress cover. Overall the unit is great. It’s the second year we’ve stayed there.

Our family truly enjoyed staying here. It was nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The condo was very clean. Family enjoyed hanging out on the large balcony. Kitchen was fully furnished. Great location.

Everything was perfect!! I couldn’t have asked for a better property for my family vacation. Quick walk to the beach and pool. Will definitely be staying again!

Ocean Isle is a beautiful island with everything you want to do on vacation. We enjoyed the arcade, souvenir shops, the pier and mini golf. From our house the beach was a 5-minute walk with kids. The beach wasn’t crowded and plenty of space for us to set up. The pool and pool house were a slightly longer walk but not bad at all. We rent a beach house every summer and this was one of the best!

Lots of space for our family to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and even had a Kuerig to brew one cup or a coffee maker to make a pot. Lots of cabinet space. Nice deck that over looks the canal with some huge fish! Close to the pool and beach and neither one was very crowded. Had to call the realty company about our trash that was not picked up on the day we arrived and they were very nice and helpful. Would stay here again!

Family get away
Overall the condo was clean. The community pool was a bit disappointing as we found a mass of hair floating and then a bandage laying around for two days. We had some trouble with the door code when we checked in. Great location. We rented bikes for the week and used them daily to ride into town.

The actual place was great, roomy and clean. Only issue we had is the elevator broke down 2x. We had my 90 year old grandparents and my 60 year old disabled grandparents. We were on the 3rd floor and they couldn't do the steps. I called the reality company and they seemed kinda annoyed that I kept called but I had to call them and they had to get in touch with the home owner and then the home owner had to turn around and get in touch with the elevator company, just alot of hoops to jump just to get the elevator fixed. The first time it was pretty quick but the second time took a whole day, which meant my grandparents couldn't leave the room that whole day which was a bummer seeing we had plans. Just a better communication would have made it easier and if I would have felt like my issues were important and not a bother, wouldn't have been a big deal if my grandparents wouldn't with us.

I feel like “Ocean View” was a stretch but the condo was clean and gorgeous. The AC went out but the staff were extremely quick to fix. But then the repair man got stuck in the elevator when it broke so…. But that was only a few hours. Overall very clean and nice and I was impressed with how attentive they were

Great condo, amazing beach.
We really enjoyed the condo. It was very spacious and clean. We were very disappointed in the Isles Beach club. The hot tub was not working the whole week and the tiki bar closes at 5:30 due to being short staffed. This was ofcourse no fault of the owner. Also, just to caution others, this condo is on the top floor which made for amazing views. However, the elevator was broken most of the week. My dad had double knee replacement a couple of years ago so he struggled with the stairs. It was also hard if you like to come and go like we do. Again that was no fault of the owner and it was fixed on our last day. Our week was great. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend this property and this beach location to anyone but especially to families. We hope to return!

Great last minute booking
We booked a last minute trip to OIB and this condo was perfect. The host was able to accommodate us on such short notice. The place suited us well. It was clean, well stocked, and just a short walk to the beach. Would recommend.

Great Getaway
The property was neat and clean, very comfortable beds. Happy that everyone had their own bathroom. Just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, it was as if we were in our own kitchen.

Newer and roomy Condo on OIB less than 2 blocks from the beach. Top floor unit, in 6 unit bldg, has ocean views from almost every room even if it is just a little bit of a view. Well stocked kitchen has all the stuff you need for your stay. 4 large bedrooms each with their own bath was the nicest part of all - no one had to share a bathroom! Large rear deck, with plenty of outdoor seating, overlooks the pond with water feature. We saw ducks, heron, egrets, and a HUGE fish! Quiet community near the end of the island. One thing to note - NO sheets or towels were provided - also NO toilet paper or paper towels. We made sure to leave some for the next guests...
Overall great place to stay and we will be back!

My spouse and I had a very nice stay at this condo. It was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the sunsets from the back deck. The check-in/check-out process was easy and efficient. Although we had to bring certain items such as linens and paper products, the instructions about what we would need to bring with us were clear and enabled us to plan ahead. We highly recommend this condo and would love to stay again on our next trip to Ocean Isle!

My children and I had started a tradition of family beach trips every Labor Day, this was by far the best place we’ve stayed. Enough room for everyone, well equipped kitchen, clean, and great location! Definitely will be booking here again!
