Ein vierhundert Quadratmeter großes Haus auf einem 10 Hektar großen Grundstück in einer ruhigen und privaten ländlichen Umgebung. Dreitausend Quadratmeter flache Rasenfläche für Rasenspiele (Sitzsack werfen Spielgeräte zur Verfügung gestellt) große Terrasse mit Gasgrill und Esstisch und Stühlen. Ein Zeltbereich (bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Zelte und Schlafsäcke mit). Diese Site ist innerhalb von 24 km mit dem Auto vom Lake Pend Oreille, 16 km vom Farragut State Park, 5 km vom Silverwood Theme Park, 12 km vom Spirit Lake und 13 km von Twin Lakes entfernt. Der Zugang zu Highspeed-Internet (WLAN) erfolgt über Hughes Net.

We knew from the pictures and other reviews that it is an older home. We chose it because of the proximity to Silverwood. It is just a few minutes drive. We did not anticipate the very old furniture with holes in the upholstery, and holes in the carpet. The kitchen did have all the necessary equipment but a little short on silverware. There air conditioner works well. The lawn on the backside of the house was nice. The host can’t control nature but the wasps were terrible. Overall this house was just okay. We won’t come back though and I won’t recommend it to friends

Less than 10 minutes of a short and easy drive from Silverwood Theme Park!
The home was very clean and had wonderful three bedrooms for personal space for all. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would need to cook from home. Included was a nice and clean propane barbecue too!
The backyard was perfect with the barbecue, portable cooler on wheels for your cold beverages, two tables with eight chairs provides room for the whole family! All this under a covered patio which provided shade and protection from rain. Included was a corn-hole boards/bean bags which we used in a lovely green grass backyard which was very private.
Loved this home and location! We will definitely be back for our next Silverwood Theme Park adventure!

This property was very clean and perfect for our needs. Very spacious, lovely yard to BBQ and relax in and extremely close to SILVERWOOD theme park. Took literally minutes to get to and from park and grocery store just down the road a few miles.

Our stay was amazing and the gentlemen who run the property were awesome. Easy communication and check in and out process. Couple of tiny issues many plugins in the kitchen/dining room didn't seem to work not sure if it was operator error or not, and in the main bathroom above the toilet there appears to be possible be a water leak as i did notice a little bit of mildew. Otherwise great rental they even hung a happy 16th birthday banner at no extra cost and let her eep it. I will definitely use these gentlemen again.

We needed an extended stay for our unique situation and Joe and Joshua were the best hosts! The house is comfy and well proportioned even for a family of five with pets.
All the amenities were there for a longer stay, and the location is perfect for a short commute to CdA. The backyard is lovely and serene and there was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and even our storage trailer and boat!

So fun! Not having internet was a bit of a set back. We had work we needed to do but weren’t able to as the internet did not work the entire time we were there.

Comfortable and inviting home with an awesome back patio/yard to hang out and relax in. Great place to disconnect from technology and unwind. WiFi is not awesome, but if you have Starlink you can bring with you (as we did), you can set up and use high-speed internet for whatever you might need. Love this place - would definitely request to stay here again.

Needed a place to accommodate 11 of us to go to Silverwood theme park. We hit the jackpot staying here that was only 3 miles away. Due to our different ages, it gave us the flexibility to come and go as as needed instead of being "stuck" at the park.
The place was large enough to give individuals the space needed but yet it provided all the necessities of home away from home.
It wasn't fancy but it was very comfortable with all of the necessities that we needed.
The owner, Joseph, was friendly and communitive.
Highly recommed and we'd stay again!

We wish this was closer to home! It was a lovely spot, very simple, the kids all enjoyed their “sleep over” on air mattresses in the main room while the adults had the comfortable beds in the bedrooms. The kitchen had all that we needed. Very easy place for a large family to be. Only problem was the limited internet goes in and out, for which there was no fix.

Entering the house from back door I noticed the beautiful green lawn, which we played corn hole while grilling. The House was well supplied, and the Host Joe was very easy to communicate with. Me and my wife had a couple of grand kids and made this location a gem for Silverwood goers. This was a great stay.

We weren't able to make it on our allotted time as I woke up the morning of with a pinched nerve and extreme pain. They were so kind and offered for us to stay at a later date. Never heard of such kindness, way kinder than any other booking we had even for this trip. Thank you!

The pictures on the web site do not do this place justice. Backyard and interior were beautiful. Couldn't get WiFi to work, which really made it hard for communication with wedding party. But host tried his best. We would definitely recommend staying here, loved listening to the crickets and frogs at night.

This place was advertised as a pet friendly place however please note that the yard is not fenced in. We had our dog tied up on a long leash in the back yard to see how he would do while we were inside eating and he, of course, barked (not used to being tied up plus a new a place, new sounds, etc.). A nosey neighbor lady called animal control on us BEFORE coming to knock on the door to check to see if we were there. Due to this, we had to take turns staying at the home with the dog for the entire stay while the rest of us enjoyed Silverwood. If the yard would have been fenced, our dog would not have barked as it's not used to being tied up.

We enjoyed the peaceful setting of the facility, we had coffee on the patio in the morning. We enjoyed having family members in one facility, there was everything we could possibly need. The location was ideal, because we were ten minutes from Silverwood. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had 6 kids and 2 adults that stayed at this roomy home. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 rooms, which is nice! Very convenient to Silverwood and easy to find. The wifi is really weak; that’s to be expected out in the country.
