Das Haus steht für Wochenend-, Wochen- und längerfristige Ferienvermietungen zur Verfügung. Inklusive gesicherten Räumlichkeiten mit kombinierter Schleuseneinfahrt, Carport, Davit für JetSki, Bootslift für bis zu 10 kg schwere Boote, Vorgarten zum Grillen oder einfach zum Entspannen. Everything was as advertised and we had a good time just relaxing.
Loved the view at sunset and caught a few fish.
The only minor issue was some tiny sugar ants that made themselves present in the kitchen, but it was not a major deal.

We caught a few decent fish and one big shark about 5 ft long

Nice place for the money. Located were its a short drive to lots of springs and other beaches. Sadly only caught rays and catfish off the property.

Excellent location. Love boating. Only drawback was not having a floating dock to tie my boat. But we managed. Booked this property again for Father’s Day weekend.

Great view of the water! We enjoyed watching the sunsets over the Gulf and the nature. Nice big and open kitchen/ living room combo where we cooked breakfast and dinner and spent the afternoons exploring the nature coast.

First, the view is unbeatable! House (trailer) was just ok, had a few cleanliness issues but Mo addressed them quickly. Very good communication but would have been better if the issues hadn’t happened. Neighborhood wasn’t super nice but felt very safe. We stayed 3 weeks so got to know the place pretty well.

This vacation home is right on the water. However, it is full of what appears to be black mold and has a stench that supports that. We had to open EVERY window and run the AC unit 24/7. We left early in the morning and stayed away til late at night. We eventually left early because of breathing problems associated with this home. Our family and newborn granddaughter was supposed to join us but there was NO WAY we would let them enter this home.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice being right on the water. Fantastic sunsets. Communication with property manager was nice, explained a lot about the area and sites to see. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location
We loved the location. It was very quiet, fishing just out the back door, and beautiful sunsets. It is centrally located to everything you would need. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Fantastic view! Dolphins right in the backyard! House is comfortable with plenty of room for a family. Property manager lives nearby if something comes up and the owner is very quick to respond to questions or concerns. Highly recommend.

Accommodations adequate, great kitchen space for chef wannabees. Outdoor area to entrance needs a bit of sprucing . Oh, and highlight of my stay was an earling morning walk on seawall and was visited by a dolphin! Up close and personal!

Great place to relax!
This property was exactly what we needed! It is located about an hour from St. Petersburg, crystal springs, and Tampa. This kept us away from the crowds in the city, but close enough to visit when we wanted. We saw dolphins nearly every day from back yard, and could watch the tides come and go. The neighbors were very friendly, and all made us feel welcome. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Million dollars view
We stayed at Signal Cove for a week of thanksgiving. The house is clean and tidy, it has everything you need in it. Since the weather was good, we spent all the time outside enjoying the beautiful view of the bay. Every morning at about 8 am right in front of the house we could watch several dolphins hunt for fish. You don't even need to take a dolphin tour. It's every day and it's free. Hudson is located near St. Petersburg and we went there to spend the day. There is also a very interesting place nearby that is worth visiting - Tarpon Springs, a Greek town with good restaurants and souvenir shops. In short, we liked everything. We were met by the property manager Jesse, a very friendly person. Mauro was very friendly and helpful too. We highly recommend this property. Of course we will rent it again.

Beautiful scenery and wildlife
We enjoyed our stay. Dolphins came by every morning at incoming high tide put on a show chasing bait. We drove north to crystal river and spent the day. Also had a great day 45 min south fishing at honeymoon island. Location is great especially with a boat having direct access to the gulf.
