Beautiful house in a beautiful area!

Our family enjoyed another amazing two weeks at this house! Host is super communicative and proactive. We love coming to SI every summer knowing we have this house to settle into particularly with two small kids. 3min walk to the beach at Station 30 - my favorite part of the SI beach :) Couldn't ask for more her!!

Loved it. Such a lovely beach for vacation...in every way - beauty, convenience, activities, surf, marine life -- just wonderful! The house is wonderful for a Sullivan's retreat.

We loved the Sullivan’s Island beach home. It was perfect for four mother/daughter teams! The girls enjoyed staying in the bunk room and each mom had their own room. The kitchen is well-stocked and all the amenities were great! Nice walk to the beach and in to town. It was perfect!

We stayed for the weekend with friends from out of town and had the best time! Great location and such a comfortable home. Frannie was great to work with!

This is the perfect beach house for a big group! All the beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms so we didn't have to wait long. Frannie was very responsive to messages and any problems we had, she quickly solved! The kitchen had all the basic tools we needed. The beach is a quick walk away. We loved morning walks on the island. Make sure you remember to make reservations at the local restaurants, or you might have to wait a little. Parking-wise, Frannie said she estimated ~6 cars could fit, but you can make 8 cars fit as well as utilize street parking (not on the street, but off the street obvi) work. Thank you so much for a great getaway!

Our family planned what we thought would be a warm holiday at the beach. Flight delays and weather did not cooperate but our VRBO rental saved our vacation. The location was perfect for fishing, walks on the beach, and great restaurants nearby. The house easily accommodated 4 generations of our family with one bedroom on the first floor for great-grandmother and a kids room with double bunk beds for all the grands upstairs, plenty of room to host meals, play games, work puzzles and watch movies. We even held a corn hole tournament during the week. Wonderful memories for our family. Trips to Charleston are 20 or so minutes away. Frannie was great and very responsive to our requests.

We travelled to Sullivan's Island for Thanksgiving. Eleven total stayed at the house and it was absolutely perfect!!! Back porch is amazing! Very clean, spacious, kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed playing ladder ball in the back yard, ping pong in the garage. Short walk to the beach. Frannie, the owner, was very quick to respond to any questions. Just can't say enough good things about Frannie. We would stay again in a skinny minute!

I really liked the house. It was very clean and spacious. Close access to the beach. Also east to get to a grocery nearby.

The house was perfect for us, our two adult children and their young families. Room for togetherness and privacy. Lots of time spent on the porches and in the large living room. The kids enjoyed both the front and backyards. It was a short walk to the beach and the weather was perfect. We were down for a family wedding and other family members commented on what a great house it was. (You may be getting some additional bookings from them. ) Our family said it was a “magical vacation” and the house contributed to that. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great place

Our family really enjoyed our Sept 2022 stay. The house was lovely and exactly as listed. The screened porch provided a wonderful environment for morning coffee, late night cocktails and great conversation. Frannie was an excellent host. She was available and very responsive when I reached out to her for a question. I would highly recommend this place. A short walk to the ocean down the street and around the corner.

For this vacation, my wife and I invited our daughter and family (spouse and our two grandchildren, 5 & 2), our son, his fiancé, and his long-time best friend (9 total). The house was a perfect fit for our group, and it is well equipped in the kitchen for various cooking needs. As other reviews have noted, the back, screened-in porch is a great place to hang out and always seems to have a breeze. The walk to the beach is a half block over and one block down, so not far at all. A short drive (or a moderate beach walk) to the restaurants on Sullivans Island (Poe's Tavern), a short drive to other shops and restaurants on the mainland (highly recommend Coastal Crust pizza and Vicious Biscuits), and only about 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. For those planning to rent this house, when we arrived the house had ample toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, sponges, dish towels, trash bags, and hand soap in each bathroom. Less to pack. Plenty of DVDs and games at the house, if you still have time for those things with everything else available.

Loved our week stay in this house as a family. We had everything we needed. Check in/out was easy and efficient. Communication with host was quick and reliable when we needed or had questions! Appreciate the smooth process and clean, comfortable house for our family! Will be coming back :)

Our first trip to Sullivan's Island, so we were not sure what to expect. Everything was great. The house is very livable and an easy walk to the beach. Definitely expect to return.

Our family had a great time at this comfortable, well equipped and convenient beach house. It was close to the beach which was perfect for small children to swim and play. The screened porch was lovely and cool.

The house was clean, we had everything we needed & more, the location was perfect, the ocean view from the porch was bigger than expected, the kitchen was super functional & also larger than the pictures, the shower in the bathroom downstairs was a bonus for our large crew, the yard games were enjoyed by all, the beach gear covered everything you would need, having 2 refrigerators was great for our large family - the list goes on! This house was PERFECT for a friends weekend in Sullivans Island. It was a block from the beach and about 20 min from downtown Charleston. SO much room and the beds were so comfortable. The back porch was such a great place to hang out in the morning while everyone was waking up. The host was so friendly and answered immediately with any questions I had. 10/10 recommend and we can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time with a group of 11 over a long weekend. The house had a great common area for everyone to gather and we loved morning coffee on the screened-in porch, looking at the ocean. The beds were plentiful and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely rent here again!
