Planning to spend a long beach weekend in St. Augustine, FL. The unit we booked was very good, perfect for the beach, very clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with Hurricane Debby arriving just behind us. But the place was excellent and because it was only a glancing blow, we were able to enjoy great food and a couple of bars downtown. Highly reccomended!

The apartment was clean and thoughtfully supplied with everything we needed. There were an abundance of towels for both bathrooms. The washer and dryer were a welcomed plus. Access to the apartment was simple with the provided code to the door lock. The short drive to the free parking at the beach was very convenient and we appreciated the beach chairs. There was no one at the pool the evening we went for an enjoyable swim. Both the pool and the area were clean. The king size bed was comfortable, though the mattress did have depressions on both sides and being raised in the center. We would happily stay here again.

This property was clean and well stocked. They had plenty of towels and wash clothes. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great! A short walk to the beach. Plenty of public parking if you wanted to drive. A reasonable distance from Saint Augustine downtown. Many restaurants to choose from within walking or driving distance. A couple of grocery stores that were 8-10 minutes away. This unit was in a quiet neighborhood that was walking distance to many activities. We would definitely recommend it!

Great little condo! Super clean and comfortable. Jeannie was very gracious to let us know the ddishwasher had to be replaced and asked if we were ok to have it done while we were there. Anyone else would probably have said it was being done and not worry if it inconvenienced us or not. It didn't by the way, he came while we were out exploring the city, other than a nice new dishwasher, we never knew anyone was there! I highly recommend your condo, it felt like a home away from home & not a stuffy motel room!! Thanks!!

This condo was perfect for us! Everything we needed was provided. We were very comfortable. It's easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer as we were caught in a rainstorm Sunday night! Also, it was very quiet in the complex! We would definitely stay here again. So convenient!

Great place to stop for a few days on our way to a cruise. We know the area well and the condo was perfectly located for everything we had on our program! Super clean, great location, very responsive owner when we had a couple of questions. Would happily come back!

Great location in a relatively quiet neighborhood, other than the busy AirB&B above that was always noisy. Condo needs many updates, bathtub surface is peeled and rusted, black mold on air vents, toilet seats are old and chipped, cleaning was only surface clean, under beds couch and behind furniture was filled with dust and cobwebs…a bit of a disappointment.

Facility well kept needs little fine tuning. Shower curtains needs cleaning or replacing, bottoms black and molding.

Perfect location to visit St. Augstine and the beach. The unit can use some up dating in the living area. the furniture was uncomfortable. The bedrooms were great and everything was well equipped. Loved having beach chairs.

The location is great. A little over a block from the beach and tons of restaurants and activities close by. Neighbors we really nice as well. Everything you need there at the condo. We loved it and hated to leave to come back home. We will definitely be back again!

Although we enjoyed our stay, we were very disappointed in the cleaniess of the bathrooms. The floors were dirty and the baseboards looked like they hadn’t been cleaned ever along with the toilet paper holder. I literally was scrapping off debris that was stuck on it. Oven dirty.

The property was well maintained and clean. It was comfortable and close to beach. Loved that they had beach equal I didn’t have to pack mine. Only concern was some neighbors seemed sketchy. And if the upstairs residents are home, it can sound like a herd of elephants.

We stayed for 8 days and it was lovely. Condo is the perfect size for 2-4 people and very clean. Located very close to some of the best restaurants in St. Augustine area and the beach (both about a 10 minute walk.) Jeanie and the housekeeper were pleasantly accommodating, as we got into town a little early at the start of our trip, and we called to ask if we could check in at 3pm, which they kindly obliged. Overall, it was the quintessential home away from home!

The unit itself is great,clean,spacious,wonderful beds(sleep number in master)it’s like 1 block from beach,which is great.only downfall is it’s in more like a apartment complex setting,but the unit more than makes up for that, and we were so busy we were just there at night

The sleep number bed is a big plus for us because we both have back issues. Also the location near the beach and shopping is great. We enjoy our stay here also because it's close to our relatives who live in St Augustine so we can easily visit with them. The accommodations here are very nice with comfortable furniture, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The washer and dryer are a plus also.
