Communication with owners was great

The bed sheets were a little bit moisty but the owners reacted very quick and they were changed instantly

I came for my birthday and the bottle of champagne was a great touch. Thank you!

I would have liked to empty our trash but the location of the bins was unknown 😔

It was a very good central location The hosts were helpful with suggestions.

The bedlinen was very poor quality and smelt of damp and the pillows and mattress smelt very unpleasant. After one shower the hot water cut out. It was not possible to open the lounge window and the terrace area out of the bedroom was poorly maintained and not inviting.

Located very close to the city centre, restaurants, car parking and the Ave de. Champagne. Also the bottle of Champagne in the fridge was a nice touch!

The stairs are a little tight so a little difficult to navigate with large suitcases

It’s on the main road so a bit noisy at night if you keep the windows open but nothing too annoying

Property was lovely, and fit our family of 5. Location was perfect. We walked from the train station with our luggage. Kitchen was well equipped and apartment was clean.

We had issues with Wi-Fi and the TV. I had to work and not having Wi-Fi was frustrating. Unable to reach the hosts via phone, no one answered. But via email had good communication with hosts to fix issues. Bring your own soap and laundry soap! Booking.com app did not allow us to message hosts directly, was very frustrating.

This Villa is well located to the centre of town, within walking distance. The house is very neat and comfy, I would say it is perfect for 4 adults. The hosts were very friendly and ready to answer questions. There were also some personal touches which we appreciated. We would return and stay here.

We were 6 adults and 2 had to sleep on the sleeper couch (knowingly). The sleeper is very uncomfortable and any movement resonates throughout the whole house. Also note, there is a bell adjacent to the house which does ring and could wake you up. For us, it was not a problem but good to take note of.

we had very noisy neighbours on both the Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday morning. They woke everyone and kept everyone awake.

the location of the property is perfect for exploring epernay. very central. nice having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms when travelling with friends.

loved the property but it lacked any hanging space and furniture in the bedrooms. I’m the 2nd bedroom there we’re no drawers or wardrobes and also lacked a mirror of any sort. the property would be perfect with just these additions, and maybe somewhere to hang coats.

My friends and I truly loved the location of this property. Easy walk to Champagne Avenue or to the are restaurants. The coffee machine was easy to use and we got morning pastries from a local Pastiserie. French baked are the best when you can get them fresh!! The are is quiet at night, with very little to no noise at all.

Spacious, well maintained and a great location. Great appartment which is cared for.

Nothing major. No lift which is a minor hassle when carrying up bags. Also, the footpath is rather narrow from the building entrance. Not major but to be mindful of especially with young kids.

Location. Nice bedrooms. Two bathrooms, which is great if you have more people staying at the apartment. Everything was functioning well with the check in. Thanks for making it simple. Two nice bathrooms.

Bathroom doors - none of them were working properly. It was almost impossible to open and exit. In one of the bathrooms someone else had to open the door for the person inside to exit the bathroom. No possibilities to hang jackets or clothes in any of the rooms. Cooking pots had no handles(!). It was impossible to use them for cooking, because we had to use a cloth to move them or take them off the cooking area. No good in the kitchen block (except for a very weak light above the cooking area). We had kids and had to cook one evening. So, it was not very easy and convenient. It is a pity, because better fitting and equipment of the kitchen would have improved our experience significantly. The devil is in the details....
