The availability of the host

There was no check regarding utensils. We had to ask for them to be refilled as there were a couple missing.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean. Great bathroom and shower. Completely useable kitchen. Great mattresses. Fastest internet connection I've ever had anywhere. Thank you very much!

I enjoyed the locationand how it was not neary any noisy road which let me sleep very comfortable. The Bed was amazingly comfortable and having Netflix was a plus the house was nicely decorated.

Upon arrival with food I found the fridge turned off so I had to wait for this to cool before storing my food.

LOCATION is super. Really close to the main square, but very quiet. You can walk everywhere. We felt totally safe. The hosts, Maribel and her husband. So kind and they've done an amazing job of renovations. The apartments are sparkling clean, space is tastefully decorated and comfortable. They gave us great recommendations on where to eat and getting the bus to the national park.

Parking might be tough, we were on bikes. Maribel will have suggestions.

The friendly welcoming of the hostess (thank you Maribele)... the central location... the exquisite way the rooms and all the residences were decorated... giving a distinct personality to the place...

A spacious, comfortable, apartment in a sensitively renovated historic building. Perfect location in the old Town area with its resturants/bars, banks and shops. Owners living nearby were particularly kind and attentive. GENERAL NOTE: The narrow lanes around the property prevent easy car access. Don't try it. There is very good public parking nearby.

Lack of bedside tables (and lights). Although the kitchen is quite well equipped - albeit a bit cramped, only a single hob is provided which is inadequate for cooking most meals..

Very clean and accomodating

Even better than described, tidy and comfortable, with lots light and plenty of moving space, and a beautiful mix of vintage and newer furniture that work perfectly together. The Wi-Fi was good enough to work and join Zoom meetings without issue, and the beauty of the location in the middle of the old town can’t be beaten. The lovely host is ready to help and respond to any queries. Amazing stay, I would recommend anyone heading to Covilhã to give them a try!

I am travelling by motorbike and I am happy that I have found Memórias Charme Residences. Beside that I could park my bike right under my sleeping no room window in a not trafficated walking road, I just loved my stay in this wonderful and very quite place in the middle of the old town. The hosts very also very friendly and helpful with everything. I am already now looking forward to my next stay here )

Spacious room, very central. Nice host.

A few minor things missing, such as places to hang clothes and towels.

I loved the room and the decoration of the house in a special theme. I stayed in the room: The Weaver, which has a stunning view.

I am very allergic to dogs and cats, and allthough pets are not allowed, there is a cat and I could feel it as I was very itchy during the night. So unfortunately could not stay again. Apart from that, everything was amazing.
