In a quite area, but convenient location & walking distance to the shopping area and restaurants and supermarkets. it have 2 privat parking place. the owner is very helpful when I need urgently some advice and he responded immediately! thank you very much!

Modern, beautiful decor, clean, comfortable, safe and free front door parking. Walking distance to outlet stores (12 minutes), restaurants, and grocery store. Enjoyed the mini kitchen with dishes and pans to cook breakfast. the free coffee and tea was excellent and if you needed water or a refreshment it was available for sale in the room. I checked in independently but it was easy with the step by step instructions sent by the hotel owner.

Well-kept, modern and clean apartment in a quiet and peaceful area in close proximity to the shopping area (walking distance). Private and free parking space. The communication with the host was great, both before and during the stay.

Only a minor issue. The apartment on the top floor felt a bit cramped due to the partly pitched roof and smaller windows.

Spacious, well planned , and all amenities. Great for kids and family.

Apartment was nice, clean and spacious, internet was fast. Kitchen was nicely equipped and had all the flatware, even the knives were sharp.

The pillows were large and stiff. Of course, there may be fans of such pillows, but my entire family found it very uncomfortable. Beds were reasonably stiff, maybe not our taste but OK.

We were four people who stayed in this beautiful flat. There are two bedrooms, a living-room , a kitchen and bathroom with a toilet as well as very big terrace. Terrace is really good for home-dinner & breakfast if the weather allows. It was really comfortable stay and super clean. Kitchen has all the necessary utilities such as kettle , toaster and fridge etc. There is a small cot for a baby in one of the bedrooms. Living-room has very big TV with Amazon Prime & Netflix options which is very convenient for the families with young kids. We parked our car just in front of the flat for free of charge. Location is perfect also. It is very close to famous brand outlet ( around 7 -10 minutes to outlet centre). Supermarket Kaufland is near and around 5 minutes by walk. There are nice restaurants close by. Hohenzollern Castle is also close and around 40 minutes by car. Stuttgart around 30 minutes by car. Owners were super friendly , kind and helpful. They contacted us one-day before with instructions how to do the self check-in which was quite helpful and easy. I highly recommend this place , especially for families.
