I was in town with co-workers for a work training and we needed a larger place to stay - the house was very clean and in a great neighborhood! The furnishings were very modern and gave the house a warm feel. We loved staying here!

The house was great! We had family in town for graduation and it was close to campus. The family room had plenty of seating and the pool table kept us entertained. There was a problem with the toilet and Christopher sent someone over right away to take care of it.

*The grass was too high for yard games we planned on doing.
* The pool table is in very bad shape. Almost unplayable because
of a broken end bumper.

Owner was prompt to respond and very helpful. Home was as pictured in photos. We gathered for a funeral so really only needed a place to shower and sleep.
Cleanliness was a bit lacking in kitchen ( mold in coffee pot) and air vents could use a dusting.

We were a group in town for the fair and livestock show at Extraco event center. The house is in a great location for this event. It’s a very short drive back and forth or a 3 block walk.
The house is in an older neighborhood but has been updated in the inside and has a hot tub. The manager was very responsive to fix the battery for the door lock so we could get in and out. The cleaning and yard maintenance needs a little improvement. The yard needed mowed and the cabinets and furniture needed to be wiped down. But, the beds were comfortable. If you plan to use the couches to sleep, I would make sure you bring your own bedding. We did not see enough extra bedding to sleep the 12 that the listing states but luckily we didn’t need that. And, the kitchen could use a skillet and dishwashing soap. Overall, I would stay here again. It has a lot of potential but needs a little upgrade on the general maintenance

House was just as described however kitchen supplies must be updated. With only small bowls, one pot and one frying pan it was near impossible to cook meals. No propane when we arrived and only 4 forks and 4 knives. However I would give the owner 5 stars for getting this taken care of immediately.

Good location. about 13 mins to BU campus. The house is spacious. Comfortable beds. easy check in and check out. House needs some love: the towels are thin, drawers in kitchen stick. low quantity of kitchen wares like dishes, glasses and mugs. Freezer needs to be defrosted.

Baylor Tour
We came for a college tour. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The neighborhood was quiet. The kiddos and hubby used the hot tub and pool table every day.

Quiet Place
We booked this vacation for a group of teachers wanting to get away and relax. While we were able to do that, the house was definitely not cleaned before we got there. There was old coffee in the coffee pot, dirty bathrooms and just an overall dirty house.The owner is pleasant and easy to work with and great location to all that is awesome in Waco.

Girls Weekend
The house was nice but had a few issues. The ceiling fan in guest room by kitchen needs a chain to turn on fan. In the Master, would have been nice to have a lamp on the night stand. Main issue, the yard needs some major clean up especially the back. Otherwise it was a nice place.

A great house in a nice quiet neighborhood.
If you want to stay outside of the city center away from the noise but still be within close proximity to everything, it is a great house. It’s got a very nice open layout perfect for a large group traveling together. I would definitely come back here next time I am in Waco.

The accomodations were nice, but the living room seating was very low to the floor and caused problems for some of the people. The floors were in need of a thorough cleaning and the central air unit was extremely noisy.Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

The house was very accurately described in the listing. We were a group of 6 adults ranging in age from 63 to 94. The accomodations were nice, but the living room seating was very low to the floor and caused problems for some of the people.

Spectacular
This house worked perfectly for us to help our daughter move! It provided us with everything we needed and we were able to come in each evening and rest from working all day! Great backyard space, too!

Good location - great value
Myself and 2 friends had a quick trip to Waco from the DFW area. Booking was easy. Value is great. It put us 10 minutes out from down town Waco where the activities were. This place was great for us and would be a great value for anyone going to Waco on vacation or for a Baylor game. The rooms and linens were clean and the host had graciously stocked the house with snacks for us.

Nice location and plenty of room for 7 adults. Enjoyed the Baylor Homecoming. The only request would be to have more bath towels. It was nice that all coffee supplies were provided.

We enjoyed our time in Waco... We would ask to stay in this home again.... it was very clean, spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. The fresh fruit and fresh flowers were a very nice touch! Thank you

Enjoyable experience
House was spacious and well stocked. The fresh fruit was a welcome surprise . We enjoyed our stay but have a few suggestions: Bathtub and shower floors were very slippery - you could possibly put non-slip strips on the floor . Also it would be helpful if there were some mirrors in the bedrooms instead of having to wait for the bathroom to get empty to fix your hair or make up . We did have a little trouble trying to figure the TV out so maybe you could leave some detailed instructions on how to operate the channels and which channels were available. The fact that there were multiple TV sets was very accommodating. Otherwise it was a very nice facility and we would definitely stay there again if we ever needed accommodations in that area. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.
