The space was beautifully designed. The furniture choices and color schemes were really beautiful and tasteful. The hotel had a very peaceful vibe and was immaculately clean.

Access to facilities eg Solarium was not explained to us. We felt perhaps it might have been off limits.

The hotel just felt so luxurious and private. Staff were friendly. Roof top bar a bonus. Weather wasn't good enough to test the pool however it looked inviting. It had a real luxury feel. TV bit fiddly but we managed to change language back to English on the USA shows

Rooftop pool is very small, downstairs living room feels a bit too much like a waiting room

The staff where excellent and the location was very good with most attractions within walking distance. The room was well equipped with a turn down service on the first night only. Roof top bar was excellent and afforded stunning views of the Mertopol Parasol.

We had a room on the second floor and where woken up a number of times by the noise in the street outside. The breakfasts at local restaurants within a two minute walk where much better value.

Location and history of the building. The staff did their best to make us comfortable.

The first room we stayed in had a issue but we were moved to a room we preferred

The hotel is centrally located for sightseeing and shopping. Rooms are large and beds very comfortable. The room decor has been very well thought out. Very good value for money. Breakfast is wonderful with a great choice of various dishes.

The things we liked most about this hotel was the friendly staff, they were very helpful, and how clean it was!

I don’t think there was anything that we disliked.

room was really nice. it had a small balcony overlooking setas. however, note that if you are coming over by car is that you cannot have anyone drop you off in front as cars are not allowed in front of the hotel. you will have to be dropped off by the main street. pretty close to the catedral plus shopping districts. plenty groceries and pharmacies around.

Brilliant location, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful staff, well equipped room. Breakfast very good.

Very spacious room overlooking the square with a comfortable bed and great rain shower. The air con was simple to work and very effective. Breakfast facilities met all our needs 👍 and the roof terrace bar was the perfect place to collapse after a days sightseeing.

Perhaps two room keys for convenience but it wasn’t a big issue.
