The property was perfect. It was exactly what was pictured in the photos. We LOVE Ocean Beach Club 1! It was clean and well stocked with plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There were 2 rolls of TP in each bathroom and 2 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen, which is common for any condo we have ever stayed in. The furniture was perfect. Very comfortable couch and 2 recliners. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook whatever you want. The grounds are immaculate and the views are to die for. This was the 3rd time we have stayed at Ocean Beach Club 1, each time in a different condo. We only got 1 day out of 5 and had to leave due to the storm. We hope that they made it through Ian with no or minimal damage! We could live here! Thank you and see you next time!

The place is old and hasn't seen a remodel since it was built in 1975. The cabinetry in the kitchen is as cheap as it gets and there was no toilet paper other than 1/4 of a roll in each of the bathrooms, not even a blender in the kitchen or a hair dryer. Old furniture, creaky fans, super uncomfortable chairs in the dinette. Cheap hosts doesn't even start to describe it for as many rules as they have. You have to remove the linens, clean the kitchen, wash the dishes and even take out the trash, etc. You'd think they don't charge a cleaning fee, but they do. Never again with them.

Awesome location. Immaculate,private beach.condo was very comfortable and well stocked.We had a blast. Loved the pool,plenty of beach time,and great sunrise.Manager was helpful,accessible and promptly returned answers to our questions. Wish we could stay a month. We'll be back. Next time we'll do most of our own cooking. Kitchen was well stocked and updated.Hated to leave.

Loved our vacation at Flagler. The first thing that stood out to me was how clean this condo was! On top of the unit being extremely clean the mattresses were comfortable, the towels plush. and the unit was well stocked with everything you possibly could need. The pool was terrific and the ocean view couldn’t get any better! We will be back!

This condo is amazing. It has everything you would need during your stay. Wide assortment of cookware, any kind of utensil that you can imagine, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella. Even tools (if you were to need them). Very comfortable and on the ground floor steps from the pool. The beach was never crowded. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to go back next year!

The location itself is wonderful. Within walking distance to our event. The property access is a bit of work. My mother has great difficulty walking (especially stairs) We checked in late and thank goodness a condo owner familiar with the property was able to assist. Even on the 1st floor you have to clear 2 flights of stairs from the parking lot. We parked in the front (ground level) on busy A1A in the grass. Unloaded our items and made it to the condo. Then had to re-park the car and return cart. The condo it's self is "retro" & I embrace that vibe myself. However, the patio chairs were broken and 2 not useable. Most dishes were dirty & required washing before use. The microwave did not work (@ least not for us) The bedroom with 2 queens needs some housekeeping. The walls and ceiling were dusty and the bathroom hot/cold handle was inoperable. Needed plyers to operate. Overall we enjoyed our stay and morning coffee on the patio overlooking the ocean. Our beloved pet was also a welcomed guest which is always a win!! I hope this review is found helpful to you all and not criticizing.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It is well appointed, furniture is comfortable including the beds. The kitchen is small so if you like to cook it could be difficult. Great location. Faces the pool and ocean. It was difficult to find. We arrived in the dark and the name of the complex wasn't on the reservation. There are steps from the parking lot so be prepared.

Loved it all. The only negative was a family above us had two very active dogs that loved to play early in the morning. Would be glad to stay again!

We had a perfect long weekend at the condo. The ground floor location works well for easy access to the beautiful pool, beach, and grills. Everything was clean. Internet was fast. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Thank you!!

We arrived late and the instructions on the info sheet on how to use the lockbox to enter, left a key piece of info out for the code. However it didn't matter because the lock did NOT work. We had to sleep in an unlocked unit and then waste our whole first morning of only a 4 day stay waiting for the repair man to fix the lock, who thankfully also told us the instructions weren't accurate. Be prepared to need both hands free every time you enter because you have to turn the lockbox one way and the door handle the other way at the same time. Very annoying as we never had both hands free! The door handle is just for show, so they could put a "dummy handle" on that doesn't need to be turned. There was dust coating the bedroom walls. My dog found an old dried up Snausage on the floor and I found a shirt on the floor, so obviously this place hadn't been vacuumed. The slider was so hard to open you needed both arms to pull it. There is NO water pressure in the shower! Be prepared to not be able to rinse the shampoo out of your hair, even after trying for 10 minutes. The master bedroom has two full beds. Separate beds in the master! We were going to sleep in the guest room to have a queen bed, but there is no cable in that room. The best thing about this unit is the access to the pool and beach and the bath towels that are so soft and plush. I just believe in honest reviews, because if you expect these things, you won't be as disappointed. Overall would we stay there again? Possibly if there was no other place, because access to the beach was good, but it's doubtful.

The process was very easy, the condo was very clean and it was well stocked. The location was great. Good view from the balcony, you had a good view of the ocean and the pool area.

We couldn’t have been happier! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Having essentially a private beach across the street was incredible. Flagler Beach is a fun, casual town well worth checking out and is close to both St. Augustine (north) and Orlando (south). We would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Unit was great had trouble with dead bolt lock but might have been operator error ha but got in very quite very nice

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The description of "ground floor unit" is a little misleading because there are 2 flights of steps to get from the parking lot to the unit, and theres no elevator. That would have been nice to know before we booked this rental. Also there was an issue with filthy bathroom rugs in one of the bathrooms that smelled like urine. The vertical blinds on the sliding glass doors need repair and this created a privacy issue at night. The pool was amazing and the close access to the beach was great.

We did a quick getaway and loved this condo! The only “negative” I would say is the key pad on the door is very frustrating!

Our stay was wonderful. I don't think you could ask for a better location - right across from the beach. The pool at the condo was in excellent condition as well. We used the outside grill one night and the pickleball court most mornings. Inside the condo - everything was neat, clean and very comfortable. There were plenty of towels (beach and bathroom).

The unit was very spacious and comfortable. It had a lot of extras like a couple beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and toys and a cart.. The view of the ocean was good. Could not see waves breaking but still wonderful sunrises and sunsets. It was close enough to Ormand and Daytona Beach that our teenage grandchildren enjoyed going there. We would stay there again. My only complaint would be it could have been cleaned better and needed more washclothes for 6 people.

Check in was so easy. Condo had everything you could possibly need while there. Pool and beach were literally steps away. Could not ask for a better place for our family.

The condo was as described but could use a good thorough cleaning... quiet dusty in some areas. We actually left early due to both of our backs hurting from sleeping on hard beds. It’s a very peaceful area and the beach was almost vacant. If the beds were more comfortable, I would give it a 5 star rating.

This property was clean and comfortable. Easy booking and nice location with a great ocean view. Only suggestion would be for the owner to add a baking sheet and muffin pan for use. The vertical blinds were terrible to open and close and there was no door lock on the patio door only a broom handle in the track for security. Otherwise great rental.

Incredible location and place to stay. Very clean and right by the pool and beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at. Close enough to the local restaurants and fun but far enough for peace and quiet. I can’t wait to plan my next trip!

This property was amazing!!! We enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave. The sunrise every morning was amazing, right from our patio. Property had everything we needed and more, was beautifully decorated!!! Very short walk to the beach!! We will be returning to this condo!!!!!
