Wir freuen uns, Sie in unserer komplett neu eingerichteten, modernen Villa mit eigenem beheizten Pool, Außenküche, großem Grill; 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, sonniger Süd-West-Lage, begrüßen zu dürfen.

Unsere Villa Nectar liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in South-Venice, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Selbstverständlich bieten wir Ihnen WIFI mit High Speed Internetzugang.
Schon beim Betreten unserer Villa können Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen: Der offene, großzügige Wohn-/Essbereich mit Küche und separatem Frühstücksbereich, und die neue, topmoderne Einrichtung werden Sie begeistern. In unserer Sommerküche im Außenbereich können Sie sich ihre Cocktails mixen.
Im Haus stehen Ihnen 3 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung. In der Mastersuite mit eigenem Badezimmer mit Whirlpool erwartet Sie ein bequemes Doppelbett im King-Size Format.
Die anderen Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Wohnbereichs. Ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queen Size Bett, das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten. Alle Betten sind mit neuen sehr hochwertigen Matratzen ausgestattet. Das zweite Bad befindet sich direkt zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern.
Unsere Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für Ihren Ferienaufenthalt benötigen.
In dem großzügigen Außenbereich mit schönem Pool, Liegestühlen und großem Esstisch für 6 Personen können Sie einen entspannten Tag im Freien genießen. Sommerküche und großer Grill runden die Annehmlichkeiten ab.
Falls Sie mit Kindern kommen, haben wir einen Baby-Fence zur Absicherung des Poolbereichs für Sie verfügbar.

Everything at Nectar Villa was beautiful and just as advertised. The house was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay! The beds are all very comfortable. There are 6 beach chairs and a host of beach toys, not to mention the many beach towels! We even left 3 boogie boards that we had no room to take home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet too. The pool was very enjoyable and we were less than 20 minutes from many beaches. Walmart and Publix are maybe 5 minutes away. We definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

Perfect Florida vacation rental. Crispy clean, professionally decorated house with nice saltwater pool. During the day from pool area you have a chance to watch local birds, turtles and bunnys. Quite neighborhood; short drive to shopping, beaches and restaurants.

Awesome house
We had a wonderful vacation at the home. Everything was very clean, we had everything we needed for going to the beach or hanging out at the pool as well as making home cooked breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Venice was a super nice town. They even provided a crib which was super helpful for our toddler. The pool was wonderful. Communication with landlords and property manager was excellent. We have no complaints whatsoever!

The house is as depicted in pictures. It is comfortable and includes all kitchen tools, appliances, etc. The location is convenient to restaurants, stores, etc. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool! We definitely would recommend. We look forward to coming back!

Property was nice and we enjoyed the warm pool and 3 bedrooms. Had an issue when we got there with the internet and the owners were very very responsive. Great having the provided bikes and beach stuff including a large umbrella. Unfortunately the red tide dampened our stay but that had nothing to do with the property or the owners. Would definitely recommend staying at this home

Family get away in a hidden gem
We really enjoyed our time at this location the fairy pass was wonderful and the beach was probably one of the nicest beaches we’ve ever been to and we travel everywhere. The pool is just perfect for our small family and it was very clean! Thank you so much!

Wonderful home away from home!!!
We stayed at Nectar Villa for 11 nights, and that wasn’t enough. The house is wonderfully equipped with everything you’d ever need. The rooms are very spacious, layout and decor of the home is very welcoming and modern. We loved everything about it. The beaches were near by but we choose to drive up to Siesta Key beach (just our preference). Our kids were in the pool from the minute they woke up, so it was definitely a hit. Location is very laid back, shopping is nearby. Walmart is 5 mins away, nearest Publix is about 10-15 mins from the Villa. Owners were great at communicating, and we were given a contact person here locally if we needed anything. We made great memories we will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a relaxing, low key, family vacation look no further. We are sure you’re going to enjoy Nectar Villa as much as we did!!

Venice getaway
Good location, we enjoyed the private beach and the ferry. Felt like we had stepped back in time, very relaxing. The house was well equipped with bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. The owners had thought of everything.. We enjoyed the pool everyday and really liked that it was heated and salt water. If in the area we would stay again.

Perfect stay in Venice!
The house was perfect for our family - clean, well laid-out, and stocked with everything we could want for our 10-day stay. It was wonderful to have a huge MBR suite with gigantic bathroom, and for the kids to have their own very nicely furnished rooms on the other side of the house. We all loved playing in the pool, grilling and eating out, taking the short ferry to the stunning beach, and riding the great beach bikes. Highly recommend!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Schmid property in all regards, but most of all, really appreciated their responsiveness when a few issues did arise. The owners of this property are residents of Germany, but they have local representation, and local support. Volker and Claudia want you to enjoy your stay at their home, and it made our stay very nice. I have inquired about future stays already, would never hesitate to refer others to this property, and applaud the dedication this couple has towards ensuring your good time!

Sweet Retreat in Venice

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at Villa Nectar! The communication from owners was excellent and friendly. Everything you could have needed was available. Kitchen was organized and decor was lovely! Great neighborhood and awesome beach using the included ferry pass. We used the provided bikes and they also had lots of beach gear. You can't go wrong with this property!

First time to SW Florida
It is a wonderful house that is very comfortable. Great to swim in the pool every morning and then head to the private beach in the afternoon to find sharks teeth or just swim in the ocean. My boys really like the South Venice Ferry that takes you to the private beach. There were many days where we were one of only a few people on the beach. We also liked the updated house and plenty of room for two teenage boys to stretch out in their own space. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

This beautiful villa is well maintained with all the amenities and conveniences.
It’s close to shopping, close to the beach, and there are many great restaurants nearby. What an ideal location! Also loved the pool & lanai area! Enjoyed most of our meals eating outside!

Wir hatten knappe 3 Wochen in der Villa Nectar und es war eins der schönsten Häuser, die wir bislang gebucht hatten. Schöne Aussenanlage mit Aussenküche und Duschmöglichkeit. Küche perfekt ausgestattet, sauber, bequeme Betten - mehr braucht man nicht. Was auch toll war- die fahrräder und die kostenlose South Ferry zum Privatstrand. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Wir, eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, durften für 18 Tage in der traumhaften Villa Nectar unseren Urlaub verbringen. Als wir nach einer anstrengenden Anreise die Tür zu der großzügigen Villa öffneten wurden wir für alle Strapazen entschädigt. Eine sehr helle, freundliche, neue, saubere und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Villa zeigte sich uns. Man hatte sofort das Gefühl zu Hause anzukommen!

Property was beautifully maintained. Clean and roomy. Near everything. Only drawback was having to pay in Euros rather than US dollars. Euro is 20 t0 23% higher than $. Suggest future renters convert before booking. Also, the credit card companies charge about 3% to convert $ to Euros.
