Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in several of PRVR's properties and once again was delighted with the quality of the accommodation, attention to detail, and amenities.Our group of 4 women was perfectly comfortable indoors but also enjoyed the two outdoor patio areas. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had an abundance of dishware and glassware as well as all the basics needed for cooking meals.The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood but still easily walkable to the downtown square with its coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants. We also appreciated the access to the garage for parking and EV charging (although there seemed to be plenty of driveway and street parking available).I love PRVR's automated check-in/check-out procedures and electronic information display with property information and local recommendations.

The owners thought of every detail to make guests feel at home. The location is terrific - walking distance to downtown Paso, and easy access to the freeway and wine country. It is super clean, the master bed is comfy, and the linens are crisp and white. On the constructive side, in spite of being spotless, it is an older “pet friendly” home, and it has a musty smell with undertones of cat and dog. We opened windows when the weather permitted, but when the house is closed up, it’s quite noticeable. Also, on our last day, a swarm of tiny ants appeared in the second/guest bathroom, all over the floor... something that a quick spray could likely resolve. The check-in/out procedure was very simple, and communication from the property management company was fantastic.

A great place in a superb location. Close to town and all the wineries. Clean and as described in the listing. Quiet back patio to enjoy your wine purchases.

This was a great location for seeing all of the Paso area. We very much enjoyed the stay. It was very comfortable. Only minor issue was a lack of toilet paper for the full week of our stay.

We picked this house for the lack of stairs, as one of us needs to use a walker. The house worked well for us.

This is by far one of the best VRBO‘s we have ever stayed in. Had everything that you could imagine in the house very clean perfect location couldn’t ask for anything more. You even got to park your car in a garage. Left us coffee, creamer sugar -good job everybody we will come back.

Casa de Mimosa was a wonderful place to stay! Very well taken care of and comfortable. The bedrooms and baths were large and very clean. The kitchen was had everything you would need to cook a full meal if you wanted. However, it is also within walking distance of the Paso Robles downtown square with many wine tasting rooms and wonderful restaurants. We chose Casa de Mimosa to stay and celebrate our 50th anniversary and are very glad we did! We also had our 2 chihuahua's with us and they enjoyed the backyard.

This was our second time staying at this home and we had the same wonderful experience. The accommodations and location are wonderful. This is our "go to" home when staying in Paso Robles.

What a lovely place to stay during our brief visit to Paso Robles! The house is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked - the only thing missing was a chef! But this time we noticed that the furnishings had been refreshed and a few appliances added which made things even better. Sitting outside on the back patio with a glass of wine or eating dinner added to our enjoyment, and the front patio was just as nice in the evening. The only suggestion I would make is to add a "how to" list on the washer when you do the towels at the end...wasn't sure what settings would be preferred and whether to use the detergent pods or liquid. But that's a small thing! Otherwise, we had a great time!

This was our 3rd stay at Casa de Mimosa and it was wonderful as always. This is the best equipped kitchen, plus the home always is immaculate and seems brand new! Love the tasteful, wine-themed decor, and the new backyard patio furniture. It's the perfect location for walking to restaurants and wine tasting, and we made the most of it during our 1-week stay. Amazing how many new tasting rooms have opened too. Really enjoyed Stilson, Hayseed and Housdon, Buchong, and Serial; loved lunch at La Cosecha and dinner at Buona Tavola.
