Right in the middle of bustling old town, yet once i came into to the unit, its so quite. The unit was well equipped ,tidy, and pleasant . Valerie, the owner was very informative and quick to respond.

My husband and I stayed here in Annecy for a few days in January. The experience was amazing! From the beautiful home with the (which was fully stocked) to the lovely, lush outdoor space to the perfect location. Philippe & Anne-Valerie we’re the best hosts! They were always in communication with us from beginning to end. Even if it was just to make sure we had everything we needed or answer any questions we had about recommendations ;) Annecy itself is a magical little village. We will definitely stay here again. PS if you are into snowboarding or skiing, I highly recommend renting a car and driving up to Avoriaz. Well worth it.

We loved our stay. The apartment is super clean and spacious and in a great area. Everything is well organized and explained. The layout of the shower inside the bedroom is a bit odd but didn’t impact our time.

What is amazing is that being in so close to everything the tranquility of the apartment keeps you secluded from the humming street full of tourist like us running about with gelatos or enjoying a coffee. The apartment has everything you will need if you want to prepare you favorite dish after you buy the ingredients at the market. Enjoy your breakfast in the small garden. Walk to thousands of restaurants for dinner. It was a wonderful experience, thank you for everything.

Perfect in all ways.

Anne-Valerie met us & showed us around - answered all our questions. The apartment is beautiful, nicely furnished, quiet. Nicely equipped kitchen area; private balcony. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in the shower. Good radiator heat in each area of the apartment. The only minor issue was the very slow drain in the sink in the bedroom. Everthing else was wonderful. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay here in Nov 2019. The place is small but cozy and despite being right in the old town is very quiet. I will say it doesnt have a lot of natural light coming in, but at least that helps with sleeping in. Great communication with the property owners during check in.

It is difficult to over-rate this delightful apartment in the very centre of the old town. We have been thrilled.

Anne- Valérie sent us very clear instructions about the location of the apartment, the parking, the entry Codes and keys so although she was not able to be there when we arrived we had no problems. The apartment was spotless with a well equipped kitchen and well thought out renovations and decorations. Very comfortable for two. The location is brilliant and especially exciting to walk out the front door into a fabulous market on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. As well as enjoying Annecy,we drove up into the mountains several times.

This property has loads of european charm and character complemented with a host of modern conveniences and appliances. The location is in the heart of the old town yet the apartment itself is very quite and secure. The wonderful outdoor terrace is ideal for two people to sit and enjoy a coffee, a meal or a glass of wine! There is no downside to this property, it is GREAT!

The location was perfect, easy access to everything in walking distance. They have taken the time to add special touches to make it very comfortable and pleasant. We loved the outdoor patio complete with lights! Great kitchen with everything you could possible need. Comfy bed! We felt very safe as well. We hope to come back for more

We loved this lovely , quiet apartment. The decor mixed modern, functional furniture and accented the ancient stones and beams from the original building. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, and we loved the little patio, fluffy towels, many dishes, glasses, salt, pepper, soaps and more. The kitchen was well-conceived and even had a dishwasher! Anne-Valerie met us, and is truly a delightful and helpful person. Though the apartment is in a walking area, we parked in the St Claire parking lot which our GPS found easily. Then we exited the garage, walked to the little square behind the parking garage, and through the arches to St Claire Place. From there, we easily found Anne-Valerie and the Milton Pub over which the apartment is located. After meeting Anne-Valerie and unloading our suitcases, we returned our car rental to Avis at the Annecy train station. Our cab to Geneva airport was 116 E, took about 45 minutes (leaving at 10 AM)---and we met our driver in the little area behind the St. Claire parking garage --look on the wall of the area--it has a name--like a name of a plaza. The price, size, functionality, decor and location of this apartment was perfect! We loved Annecy.

This was a fantastic experience for our honeymoon. The place was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Multiple times a week there was a farmers market out front of the stairs, lots of food near by and centrally located to many activities. We would gladly stay here again. Anne-Valérie was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. We can’t state enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

Our time in this adorable cottage-like home away from home was just what we needed. Anne'Valerie & Phillippe have put a lot of love & heart into this little retreat! We could not thank them enough! It made our trip extra special!!!

This is a quirky, lovely apartment right in the centre of the old town. It is extremely clean and well equipped. Like others have said, although it is situated above a pub in the Main Street, once you enter the apartment you don’t hear a thing, not even from the private courtyard. Only 10 minute walk from the lake (maybe 15-20 on market days!), it is perfectly positioned to explore the wonderful town of Annecy. The only downside for us was the lack of private parking as the street is pedestrianised and the nearest car park (pay) is not designed for modern larger cars. There are numerous car parks around the town, some of them free. We would happily stay in this apartment again.

This apt. is exactly as it appears - the decor is charming and the location couldn’t be better. The apt. has all the charm of a centuries old building, but with all modern comforts. The stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine are all brand new, and everything you need is there. The bed is very comfortable and it even has book-lights on both sides for reading in bed. Right outside the door, there’s a market on Friday and Sunday mornings as well as tons of clothing stores, ice cream shops, restaurants, etc., but inside it’s perfectly quiet. This is a perfect location for exploring the old town. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning and cozy flat, right in the heart of Annecy. We stayed for 6 nights and loved every minute of it. Everything you need to relax and feel right at home and the world of old town Annecy to explore right outside your door. The street market is held on Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday on the same street that the flat is on. It is wonderful to have such easy access to all the wonderful flavors the market has to offer; however, when you are back inside the apartment, you are not even aware the market is going on. This is a beautiful, clean, comfortable and inviting place to base your stay in Annecy. Other positives: - Easy walk to the lake - Wonderful outdoor seating area - Full kitchen - Clothes washer and dryer - Boulangerie Artisanale right next door - Wonderful - L’Original restaurant just up the street - Life changing Anne-Valerie and Philippe are wonderful hosts and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed for a carefree stay. We would stay here again and wish we didn’t have to leave.
