The property was fairly nice but there were a few things that needed repaired. The grounds crew were there everyday of our stay which was loud and annoying . We were also expecting a couch bed and we weren’t sure if that was our mistake but no big deal. The only other complaint that I would have would be the charge to park. I feel that this should have been included in the rental price. Otherwise the property was nice and well maintained and the pool was extra nice.

Getaway
We love the location at the end of the island with access to both the intercoastal and beach with a short drive to restaurants/shopping. We loved sitting on the patio listening to the music from the Toasted Monkey at night, but were able to close the door and not hear anything inside. We would definitely return to this location again!

Nice location
Place was nice although we were disappointed with the all the tiny spiders in the beds in second bedroom. Property manager dismissed it as sand fleas. We killed several spiders and kids had many spider bites. Kids ended up sleeping on couches. For the money and the way things were handled, I’d definitely stay somewhere else in the future.

Great location. This is more like a home then a hotel. My family loved that it was a condo with lots of space. We saw dolphins every day swim up and down the bay. The master bed was very comfortable as well as the second bedroom beds. The pull out sofa bed needs to be replaced. This unit has a awesome new kitchen and both bathrooms are new too. Very nicely decorated. Would love to stay in this unit again.

Bldg. 4-304 unit is exceptional-the best we have stayed in for the last 10 years. I thought that the pool restroom needed more frequent disinfected type cleaning. Also, I thought the hot tub looked kind of grungy. One week during our stay, there were a "lot" of teenage guests at the pool. It's okay if everyone is staying at Lands End and I don't get a pool lounge. But if they are imported, I think I should get my lounge before they do since I'm paying to stay there. Otherwise, we have always enjoyed our stay at Lands End. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

Loved this unit!
Perfect for our family of 4! Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked and we loved the live music nightly across the waterway. It was perfect to sit on the balcony and have a concert every night. The door knob was tough to unlock at first but once you knew what to do it was fine.

Vacation 2021
We have been coming to Lands End for 5yrs. This is our Favorite Resort!! We have stayed in 5 different rentals.. We have been pretty happy with them all. The condo was nice and it was clean when we checked in.( I did notice some dirty towels on top of the dryer that were left there) The living room furniture was beautiful. The kitchen was stocked pretty well. They even have an insta pot and air fryer in it as well. We loved the balcony view. We loved hearing the music at night from across the water. Early in the mornings we saw dolphins and 2 days we saw manatee. We are a family of 5 adults so having the full size and twin in one room was great. I always look for condo’s here that have enough beds for 5. A few things I feel was a con for this condo was the Mattress in the Master bedroom it really needs to be replaced. The Master closet is used as storage and I did not want to hang my clothes in it. I did take a sheet that was in the linen closet and cover some of the items so my clothes would not be touching anything., the closet felt dirty. The master bedroom blinds had alot of slates off and did not cover the windows so there was no privacy and it did not do any good to close them. If you like to sleep in and do not want the sun shining in , you are out of luck lol. The sun shined brightly every morning, but that was fine with me I like to wake early. The kitchen table is huge and high and so are the chairs It was hard to get up to the table very well. The chairs need some repairs and cleaning. The washer and dryer would not hold more than 4 big towels it is very small. I am one who keeps things clean even on vacay. I wash every day. It was hard to keep up with the laundry since I could not wash much at a time. We would have to reuse some towels at times, being 5 of us and we all showered once or twice a day coming in from the beach. They had some nice pieces of furniture but several of the drawers had knobs off of them. I saw several of these things I mentioned in past reviews and was thinking by our vacation they may have been taken care of or repaired. They were not. We truly enjoyed our vacation and did not let these things bother us or interfere with our vacay! If I were the owner, I would definitely get the kitchen chairs repaired before someone gets hurt, they are very unstable. I gave a 3 because several things were not taken care of from past reviews, and might be an issue for future renters.

This was our second stay in this unit! We stayed for a week in summer 2020, and just recently stayed for another week. What we love most about this unit is the location. We really enjoy listening to the live entertainment each evening from across the water at the Toasted Monkey. We were a little taken back by some of the things in the condo (towel rack in first bathroom was broken off the wall, dresser in smaller bedroom had blue tape holding the end together and drawer handles would fall off and expose the screws). The unit itself is in rough shape compared to years before. Online photos don't reflect it's current state. With all this being said though, we still won't choose any other place to stay than Lands End. We may just pick a different condo next time. The condo did have lots of beach chairs, beach toys, a beach blanket, and pool noodles which sad wonderful.

2nd visit, same condo, very disappointing
Stayed in exact condo 5 years ago and it was wonderful! Although we had a lovely time together this time, it was VERY disappointing. The ragged condition of the blinds, there was no privacy in the master bedroom, the ceiling fan was stuck on high, the mb closet was disorganized mess (unusable). Daughter almost fell to the floor-dining chair was broken. I found a screw under the table the next day and noticed the chair she was at the night before was missing the foot bar at the bottom. AND the table advertised on the patio is not the table! I was excited to see a large table (like last time) since we had our adult children with us, instead we had a very small side table. I called and expressed my concerns and was told maintenance and a electrical would be out in a day or two. NO ONE CALLED US BACK OR SHOWED UP!! I was also told I should rent a premier condo for updated furnishings. WHAT?! We don't care about updated furnishings, but cleanliness and working order items and privacy should be assumed! Horrible lack/non communication and the price for what we had is ridiculous. Everyone on the property, guard shack, night security was very friendly and made us feel welcomed.

We had issues getting in the door the first day and had to wait for maintenance to call us back on the tip on how to get the door to work properly. The front door lock needs to get replaced regardless.

Perfect getaway for my family!
My husband and our three children (11, 7, 2) thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Our older two children continued their schooling remotely during our stay. It was so nice to escape north eastern USA and to get to enjoy the warm Floridian weather. We made full use of the beautiful beach and the on-site pool and tennis courts. The sunsets from the beach were stunning!! The unit had everything we needed (including beach toys) and was clean. The desk off the kitchen was a great set up for my husband as he worked. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It has all the ammenities we were looking for; pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, volleyball and pingpong. Door was very hard to get into. I had to get the guy at the gate to show us how to open the door. Lights in the kitchen didn't work properly, ice maker not working properly. The pool is not close by. They decided to work on and close down the elevator a couple of days before i left so I had to drag my bags down the stairs when I checked out. I guess it could have been worse if I was staying on the 3rd floor. The unit is in a good location. We enjoyed the view from the that made it enjoyable

Like the location of property with a balcony view on a bay. The front doors close to the stairs and elevator what is also so good. Kitchen wish to be little bit updater but it has a lot of cooking equipments: toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, slow coocker. . Condo was a pretty clean with clean sheets and towels!!!!

We had a phenomenal time on our vacation in this specific unit. When we first arrived we did have issues getting into the unit (issues with the lock and door knob). I called Resort Rentals and the lady was super nice and walked me through the tricks to open the wonky door knob. This was only a minor issue that once we were made aware, it was no longer even an issue. We never could get the tv/cable to work in the smaller bedroom but that was fine because we didn't need to use that one. The condo is absolutely beautiful. It was exceptionally clean, the beds and pillows were comfy, and it was totally stocked with all kitchen tools I needed during our whole stay. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the closets were also packed with beach chairs, sand toys, and more to use! We are probably Lands End lifers now and we cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Specifically Building 4 Unit 304. Loved hearing the music at Buoys also each night! Loved watching people fish in the mornings. And all the staff we met during our stay were friendly and helpful.

Loved the walkway and the area. It is away from the bustle of the beach motels and condos. You will need to take a short drive for groceries, etc.

The rental was nice but didn’t have a lot of kitchen things we needed. We have been coming to Lands End for 8 years & first time staying in this one & wont request this one again. We love staying on the bay side. We saw turtles, dolphins & manatees. We were disappointed that a couple of restaurants across the bay was closed. We always enjoy the music. Hopefully next year they will be open. The staff at Resort Rentals are very nice. We had trouble with are tv’s & she came right away to help us.

Love the location!! Very disappointed about some other issues that went with that beautiful location!! NOT KUD FRIENDLY!! Everytime we went to enjoy the pool we always got the stink eye from pool staff and prooery owners!! Very rude and unwelcoming to relax and enjoy your family! Beds were not comfortable! Sheets were terrible quality! Not fresh!! Room was very dusty and likely not very well cleaned before our arrival. Ice maker dudng work had to buy ice at store. Not enough towels! A lot if money for the unwelcome atmosphere around property although property is beautiful location is awesome as well as the view. Likely will not stay again because if the negative and stink eye from old retired property owners that forget they were once children and obviously never enjoyed a family of their own!! Sunset Chateau is much more family friendly and also has the beautiful views!! Which will likely be my choice of place to stay every year! Had a great experience there!!

This condo and Land's End as a whole A++. We had the time of our lives while on this vacation. The staff on site at the gate were extremely helpful, and the property Manager was nice enough to assist me in printing some work documents that I had to process while on vacation. The beach is VERY clean and private. Our party watched the sunset nightly, as this is one of the best places in the area to view it. We saw Dolphins and Manatees in the inner coastal water way behind our unit each morning, which was an incredible addition. There are restaurants, bars and a grocery store really close so we never had to venture too far from the complex to get supplies. The unit was well stocked with supplies for cooking and the beds are AMAZING! The master bed that my wife and I shared was the most comfortable bed that we have stayed in while on a vacation. Do yourself a favor and stay here! But... Don't stay here next October because we will be back!
