This was our fourth time at the Lands End property and first time renting with Resort Rentals. I will say that this was the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. Place was clean and view was great. On the negative side, there were black flies that were present when we first walked in. We contacted the rental management company and they responded, However, these were never able to be eradicated, even though there was some effort to do so. Resort Rentals/Lands End, should have taken care of this issue before we arrived. Secondly, the knife block was not full when we arrived, so we do not want to be charged for missing knives. Other than that the property was great.

Great Beach Stay
Property is fabulous. Location is very private and beautiful. We have stayed at this location before but in a different condo. This condo was great except for master bath...tub/shower hard to use. Everything else, including view, is fabulous!

Land's End is, in my opinion, the best location on Treasure Island. It's a gated community with lots of extra amenities. Located at the end of the island, It's also quiet (if you are on the Gulf/beach side) and offers spectacular sunsets. This is my second stay at Land's End and I will undoubtably be back to this complex. I personally like the top floor, and have stayed in two top floor units in building 7. Also didn't need to go on a dolphin cruise to see dolphins-saw them everyday! Rays and manatees too! Overall, it very relaxing vacation and the weather was fairly cooperative!

It was great, I have coming to lands end for over 20 years I love the place, I have two complains, I think there should be more of a start up kit such dishwasher detegent and washing soap and not small bars of soap that are left there, the second is the garbage shootit is was so full of what look like cockroachs that I would not drop my garbage there I threw it in the door on the ground floor the shoot should be spray, and apart from that we had a great vacation and I am going to book the same two weeks in 2015Peter Thorogood

The overall experience was great! The resort is a little off the beaten path, so quiet. The beach was very clean and not too crowded. Other amenities were also great. Our teens loved the volleyball and tennis courts, pool, and hot tub. The condo could use some updating. The carpet was very dirty. We were nit even comfortable walking around bare foot. The mattresses were not comfortable. The condo was steps from the beach and had gorgeous views. We had friends staying in other units that were updated and cleaner. We would return to Land's End in the future, but probably look for a different unit.

Ourrental property was exactly what my wife and I needed. We invested every night on the balcony watching the sunset. Although we are disapponted that the beach has physically become smaller over the years it is still a peaceful place to stay. Over the years the number of people who don't live at the property have increased and using the beach...but for the most part it is still a nice beach.

Always easy to work with Resort Rentals. They are friendly and efficient. The unit was very clean, the view was perfect. There was no tupperware present in the unit, which presented a slight hiccup, but we just bought a few small pieces at Publix. Owners art on the walls was a nice touch. This is our family's third year at Land's End. We've stayed in a different condo each time, and, so far, have no complaints. The beach is beautiful and very private. It's located at the end of the island beyond a mostly residential area. We've seen dolfin, manatees, and turtle nests. Of all the vacation locales we've frequented over the years, the family agrees, Treasure Island, and in particular, Land's End, is our favorite. This particular condo, although very nice, could use some updating, and beware, there are no beach chairs, umbrellas or toys. For a cash deposit, the rental company will loan 2 chairs and an umbrella. Over all, no complaints.

I would say honestly that everything would have been perfect, except that about 3 days before we were due to return I got a phone call that my father (who had been put into hospice right before we left town) was doing very badly and my family thought I should come home ASAP. I flew out that afternoon, leaving my husband behind. So I'd like to say I'd have fond memories of this trip, but honestly, not so much because it ended so sadly.

Chek-in was a breeze (we came after hours, and our paperwork was ready). The place has a nice layout, with bedrooms close to each other. We had a child stay with us, and the closeness of bedrooms allowed for easy nights. The beach view is priceless, and the beach itself is almost at an arm's length. The swimming pool is great to have when ocean water is too cold or overly active. One thing that stands out about this particular condo is that it is not overly filled with furniture. We have been to several different condos and houses, and more often than not, every inch is filled with a chair, a chaise, an ottoman, or some other useless thing that we just move as close as possible to the wall and try not to bump into. This was a complete opposite: just the right amount of furniture, and enough free space. Again, staying with a child, this was invaluable. It is filled with mirrors, which can be a turn-off for some, but we got used to them after a day or two. Overall, this was an extremely enjoyable experience.

Our only very minor complaint was that there were no beach towels or beach chairs but we found chairs under the clubhouse that we could use so that problem disappeared quickly.
