The apartment was centrally located, very clean & everything we needed for a week’s stay in Colmar. Patrick collected us from the station which was appreciated.

Our condo was right Smack in old town where all the action is. Well decorated and very clean place. Patrick met us upon arrival and was very communicative. I would definitely stay here again.

Lots of windows flooded the space with light, while below on the Main Street the tourists and locals went about their daily lives. Colmar was like a story book with charming structures everywhere we looked. Patrick’s apartment allowed his guests to escape from the busy streets below!

We enjoyed the walk ability to restaurants shopping and sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Colmar. The apartment was updated and as advertised. You have to be willing to climb some stairs as it is a 2nd floor European property. A big bonus was the parking spot in a parking garage about 100 meters from the apartment. Patrick was a great host, meeting us on arrival and once again when we left. There is access to groceries a block away and many restaurants down the stairs. This apartment was truly in the center of all community activity. Thanks Patrick!

Wonderful location directly on a pedestrian zone in Old Colmar. Lots of people during the day, very quiet at night. Everything I needed was in the apartment and the bed was the most comfortable so far. Excellent communication. Parking can be troublesome, but luckily Patrick was able to offer me his underground private parking space at the end of the block. (45 euro/4 nights). I've already recommended this VRBO to my friends.

Patrick was an excellent host and the apartment was everything that the listing promised. The location is very convenient -- just inside the pedestrianized city centre -- and quiet. What impressed us most was the thoughtfulness that had gone into anticipating visitors' needs. The apartment functions very well as a temporary home. We're hoping to return.

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for 8 nights. The apartment is very much as it appears in the photos and is on the second floor. One side of the apartment overlooks the main commercial street of Colmar, meaning that you are not far from anything in Colmar’s old town. We had everything we needed during our stay. Parking is available for an additional charge and is about 150 meters away in a secure underground car park on the edge of the old town. As is nearly always the case when you stay in the center of a city or town it can get noisy and also as is usually the case the windows are very good at keeping the noise out. Just understand that if you are there in hot weather as we were you may need to choose between a cool breeze and quiet. The apartment gets a lot of afternoon sun this time of year and does have two fans which we greatly appreciated. I need to be clear, this is not a complaint, I just think it is much better to know if you are considering a stay in July or August. I think it is also quite normal in Colmar as it is cold far more often than it is hot. Patrick and his wife were very helpful and worked with us to achieve an easy arrival and departure. The ultimate question is, would we stay there again and the answer is definitely YES.

We’re frequent VRBO users, and only once have we ever been as pleased with a property! From the friendly response of the owner (and his parents as we were leaving), to the beautifully decorated, spacious, and extremely well equipped apartment, everything was perfect! Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay, as there’s so much to do in this area! Look no further!

Great apartment in perfect location. Patrick provides everything anyone could need. Many windows provide great light in spacious quiet apartment. Parking is close and convenient. Definitely would stay again.

This apartment is a great find. Located within walking distance of all museums, tourist sites and fantastic places to eat. In the historic center pedestrian zone... walk out the door and you are immediately in the center of all things historic colmar. Beautiful town and beautiful apartment. This apartment, located in heart of Colmar, allows for easy access to everything you might want to see and do in the city. The apartment itself is meticulously kept, very clean, and extremely comfortable. I would rent this apartment again in a heart-beat!

This is a lovely centre of town apartment ideal for wandering around Colmar. Well equipped with plenty of room for two. Patrick greeted us warmly and was most helpful. Be aware that as the property is on the main thoroughfare there can be noise all night long - heard with the windows open. Not a problem to us but we live in London! Colmar itself is lovely with plenty to see and loads of restaurants. Very picturesque, situated in a nice area. Would recommend a trip up the hills to the Vosges region.

Apartment is perfectly located in the pedestrian area of Colmar and is nicely decorated and clean. It provided a great opportunity to live as a local. A grocery store, restaurants and shopping galore are within steps of the front door. We had a car and were able to park in a private garage within a very short distance and at an extremely reasonable rate (by far less expensive than public parking). Patrick and Sabrina were very responsive to our questions and super friendly. We hope to be able to return some day!

Patrick was helpful and responsive. The apartment is well equipped clean and comfortable. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities . The central location meant some noise in the morning but quiet at night. Colmar lovely town with lots of good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and had good access to canals / Rhine for cycling and walking . Would recommend. Chris and Vick

The property was clean and modern. It was in the center of town, easy walking distance to everything. We did not have a car, and did not need it. Colmar itself is a bit confusing, but after a day we could find our way quite well, and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

This apartment provided us with the perfect base for exploring Colmar and La Route du Vin. It is spacious, nicely appointed and overlooks a central-district street. The owner, Patrick, was very helpful. A highly memorable experience.

The location of this apartment is in the pedestrian only part of Colmar with numerous restaurants within 10-15 minute walk away. "Little Venice" is nearby as well. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. Patrick is a great host. As others have mentioned, take advantage of the parking option. I would highly recommend this rental.

Excellent accommodation - large rooms , clean and well equipped. Patrick very helpful when we arrived and couldn't find where to park nearby! Although on the main pedestrian only road it is mostly quiet at night when shops close - but can get noisier when cars are allowed from 7pm- 9am. Also with windows open you can hear those late revellers who are chatting as they go home. So take earplugs if you might get bothered by this or close windows. The location is still more than worth it and views from windows are lovely. Take the parking option too since it is underground, secure and beats trying to find a spot ( free or paid) Suggestion - put a small mirror and place for a hand towel in Wc.
