We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room

Nice house...plenty of space...beautiful yard. .close to many Cape attractions...only bummer no linens included or paper goods and shower in master child size...but would recomend

The house was just as described. It was clean and large enough for our family. The eating areas were large enough to have the entire gather around one table. the kitchen was well equipped. There is a family of turkeys that live in the neighborhood and a family of bunnies that live under the shed. We would love to rent again in the future.

We are 3 67-year old women celebrating 50 years of friendship. We travel together every 3 years to a different locale. At 8 Nauset, we were close to beaches, Hyannis and the Martha’s Vineyard ferry. Provincetown is roughly an hour drive. We each had our own room with a queen bed, and there is a twin room as well. There is a nice backyard with furniture. We were on the go, so we did not have much time there. We really enjoyed Seagull Beach, Race Point Beach, the CC National Seashore, Martha’s Vineyard and the chowder at Captain Parker’s Pub!

Great vacation property for our multi-generational family of 8. Spacious living and dining areas, modern kitchen with updated appliances, large deck with outdoor shower, grill and fire pit all made our stay enjoyable. Convenient that everything was on one level, including laundry. Drive to the nearby beach was quick and the weekly beach parking permit gave us access to several beaches, fishing and hiking spots throughout the Town of Yarmouth. Mini golf, restaurants, ice cream stands and other attractions all nearby. The host is friendly and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay!!

My large family had plenty of space and enjoyed the yard and neighborhood for walking and biking. Beach is close and plenty of things around for food and fun. The host Steven is great. Would love to go back

The property was neat and clean with everything we needed for our vacation. Neighborhood was quiet and good for walking. While the beach is a short drive, there were always spaces available. Everyone in our group agreed that the week flew by.

Great location. House was perfectly suited for my family. Great outdoor space. The only issue was ants.

The house was very nice and clean. Beds and bathrooms were great. The yard is lovely. So many things to do nearby. Beach is a very short distance and is great. Kids had a wonderful time. We love to go again.

Perfect Location and Home for our stay on the Cape. Short Distance from Restaurants and Beaches. My family and I greatly enjoyed the property. Perfect amount of space for all our needs. Great neighborhood to go for walks.

This was the perfect meet up location for family from Boston, Indiana and West Virginia. We were very comfortable with 7 staying. Great back yard, patio, table and grill. The Turkeys in the back yard were welcome visitors.

The property was beautiful and in a perfect location; close to beaches, coffee, and restaurants! The home was roomy, four bedrooms and two full baths. and there is also a wonderful outdoor space with seating, gas grill, fenced yard and a great outdoor shower! We had a great week!

This house is spacious, the bedrooms are good size and has central AC. Great location if your kids are into mini golf and ice cream on Rt 28! Quick drive to Seagull Beach. Loved the outdoor shower, big fenced in yard and deck. Kitchen has everything you need and lots of room to hang out in the living room and dining spaces.

Clean and easy in every way!

The property was in close proximity to everything we needed. It was clean and well kept, the kitchen was well equipped to make meals and sufficient beds to sleep 8. Overall it was a great stay and we’d go back there.

Great space with plenty of room to spread out. Stayed as a group of 6, but would be great for 8. Dining room was large and perfect for board games, outdoor deck was great to hang out on. House is super close to main road and shops.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this home. The location was very convenient, central to most areas on the Cape! The home was spacious and an excellent choice if traveling with a family or larger group. Highly recommend!

We have stayed it for one week and we were very pleased with the house! It was very comfortable to stay with the infant since we had a master bedroom/bathroom. The master bedroom was big enough to put a co-sleeper. The laundry was conveniently located in the master bathroom as well. The washer/dryer is big enough to make a single load for 10 people! We enjoyed a cozy backyard at night without any noises from the neighbors, saw rabbits every day, sat by the fire and enjoyed a romantic dinner with a cool dim lights on the umbrella. The cooler storage and comfy couches were excellent addition to the backyard! The neighborhood is quite, safe and its only 5 minutes drive to the Seagull beach where we bought a parking pass for one week for $75. You can walk as well, but there is no shortcut so it would take you good 20-30 minutes. We enjoyed this beach more than others since it was wider, less crowed and easy to access from different parking lot spots. The kitchen has all utensils, pots, silverware, etc. The communication with the property manager was fast and easy if we need anything. The living room fireplace was a great spot to hang out when it got colder outside. Overall, we are super happy with the place and would definitely return next year!

Great place to relax, near a great beach in a very quiet part of town, not far from Hyannis and not far from Chatham, great spot

Perfect house for our crew of 2 adults and a bunch of 17-18 year old kids. Located in the middle of the peninsula, gave us opportunity to quickly move around the whole Cape Cod. The house had everything we needed. We loved how nicely decorated it was, the spacious patio at the back garden was our favorite place to have dinners. We had a very pleasant time.

We really enjoyed having the nice fenced in yard for our kids to play in. We also enjoyed sitting on the beautiful patio and using the fire pit. The inside of the house had plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was extremely convenient, only a five minute ride to Seagull Beach and really close to a lot of great nearby stores and restaurants.

For Summer 2020 our usual travel plans were canceled so we were very lucky to find this house for a few weeks on the Cape. We have young kids and the yard and patio were the perfect extension of the house for play, dining, and relaxing in the evenings. Nearby, there were plenty of restaurants for take-out and porch dining, mini-golf, ice cream spots, and of course beaches that added to a fun and safe vacation. House very much as advertised, clean, and easy to coordinate with the management. Thanks for everything!

Cottage was well stocked and exactly as seen on internet. Very nice.

this is the second year at this property and we just love it

It was a great house for me and my son's family. It was clean and spacious. The back yard had a gas grill and a table set large enough for all of us to eat together. We loved this house !

House was the perfect set up for our family. The little ones loved the big fenced in backyard and quiet streets for biking. We all enjoyed how the owner has paid close attention to detail, making our stay wonderful. We have already reserved for next year!

I am 110 percent pleased with our experience with this home. It was not just a house. It was a perfect fit for our family and everything was exactly as I imagined it would be. Relaxing, beautiful and private home that is close to the beach, restaurants and stores. We loved every minute we spent there and hope to be back again soon. Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with. Check in and out was so easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vacation.
