Proximity to Dillon amphitheater was fantastic. The home is nice but if staying in the summer, there is no AC.

The “tree house” as we nick named it, was very convenient to hiking, casual and more upscale dining. The hot tub forced everyone’s phones down and was a great amenity for our post hiking adventure.
As an FYI, the spiral stairs are rough on aging knees. Also, the pie shaped shower on the main floor is teeny tiny.

We wanted a property that was quiet, had a private hot tub, and was in a good location near to Dillon. We very much enjoyed our time at this property. The house is a little quirky in its setup as there are 3 levels that are connected by a spiral staircase. The main floor has a nice living room with a gas heating stove, eating area and kitchen with 2 bedrooms on the lower level and the 3rd bedroom is a loft above the main floor. The only issue we ran into in our 5 weeks there was a very dirty gas grill on the outside deck that we did not use as there was going to be to much work involved in getting it clean. Otherwise everything went well and we would not hesitate to rent this property again.

This cabin was everything that the listing said it was! Pictures were very accurate. It was perfect for my family and I for a week. Great location with a view! Property manager was also very quick to respond. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

The house was in great shape and worked well for gathering with adult sons and their friends for a ski week at Breckenridge and Keystone, which were both nearby. The clothes dryer was broken (needed a part that was temporarily unavailable), but the property manager offered to take our wet clothes, dry them himself, and then delivered them back to us quickly - which was exceptional. If there has been a lot of snow, the driveway can be curvy and steep enough that you might want a 4 wheel drive. The spiral staircase is attractive and fun, but may not work well for someone with disabilities. The kitchen had a Keurig coffee machine that produced latte's, which was a delightful way to start our ski days. Altogether a great place to stay!

The house and property were so cozy and my wife and I really thought that that made our mountain getaway that much better. It was easy to find and get access to and provided all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was a nice thing to have as well! We're already planning on coming back with some more people in the future!

This cabin is in a perfect location with easy access to everything in Summit County, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The property was spotless when we arrived, very easy check-in process and all the amenities you need for your stay. Don't pass this one up!

Our family of 4 adults and 3 kids stayed in this beautiful cabin. It was an excellent location for all of the ski resorts. We visited Abasin, Copper and Vail. All a very short drive. Not to mention the cabin itself is beautiful and super clean. Very convenient to the grocery store and several restaurants. 10/10 recommend!!

We booked this house knowing it was close to all of the major ski resorts but didn’t realize how close it really was, 10-25 min drive to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail! Dillon and Frisco are the cutest towns to hang out in and we enjoyed them more than Breckenridge!
The house itself was great, and everyone loved the hot tub! Perfect for a winter getaway.

Loved this property! The spiral staircase was cool. Loved the clean hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed. Really close to gas and groceries. It was a great place for my family to relax for a few days.

Very well maintained property, every area was spotless. Hot tub was the cleanest i have ever seen in tubs. Only issue, the front door does not open all the way and needs to be shaved down to
allow complete access. Overall very pleased.

Very nice property. Chose this property for pets. The stairs to the front door were a challenge for our dog as they are metal and not solid. I understand these are good for snow in winter just difficult for pets to use, we had to carry them. Otherwise we had a very good stay.

Cozy house and Great location!
We do an annual summer trip to this area and always struggle on where to stay. This place was perfect as we could walk to the Dillon marina for coffee and a stroll on the lake, easy access Keystone, Breck, Frisco and Silverthorne. Will stay here again!

Nice place, shady management company
The property is as expected and we enjoyed the private hot tub. There's plenty of room for the whole family and the living space is full of natural light. It was clean when we arrived.
Gathering information from the management company is a chore. If you try to access the information from your mobile device, they try to force you to install their app and I could see no way to get to the website besides using my computer. There were other emails with the vital check-in info, but there were so many emails from different addresses it would be easy to lose the info.
Besides that the management company emailed me twice, trying to shake us down for "damage insurance" saying if we didn't pay them they'd put a hold on my credit card for more than we paid for the rental. No where in the listing does it indicate that damage insurance is required. I ignored these emails and they did not actually put a hold on my credit card but it really came off as just a way to nickel and dime us.

Perfect place to stay for our family’s spring break ski trip
Great location to access multiple ski resorts, shopping, and restaurants. Loved the cozy log cabin vibe while also having plenty of space for family of four that includes two teenagers.

Perfect Hideaway for Skiing Adventures
This cozy log house provided my adult family of 5 everything we needed on our amazing ski adventure vacation. The hot tub was pure joy after a hard day of skiing, cooking dinners was simple to make with everything provided from the gas grill to a variety of spices and the "wood" burning stove not only warmed our toes, but quickly dried our gear. Lastly, the spiral staircases added to keeping us in shape for our stay! :) Thank you for opening your home to us.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. The construction and details of the construction are stunning! You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a unique cabin. The stairs are one of the coolest features of the cabin. The jacuzzi was a nice relaxing touch. There is a wall built around the jacuzzi so you can’t see the Mountain View when you are in the jacuzzi which was a little disappointing. The cabin was extremely clean and well maintained. It is in a great location and convenient to restaurants and just a short drive to Breckenridge. The only downside for us was the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My family and I did not sleep well due to the quality of the beds. The couch is also very uncomfortable. This is the only reason I am rating the property condition, including furniture, as a 3 star rating. Everything else was 5 stars and I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Great location, easy to town and Breckenridge and downtown Dillon. Clean cabin, good amenities, updated utilities. Would have normal channels on tv though, for future. Great deck with amazing views! Fabulous stay, loved it!
