The villa was fabulous. Really high quality property and furnishings. Amazing views and big pool. We had a wonderfully happy time here and Maria went out of her way to sort everything out for us.

The location of Casa Del Mar is incredible! There are wonderful views of the sea and you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves! The pool was beautiful, sparkling clean and a perfect temperature. The attractive rock to the side made an excellent diving platform for the kids and a place to pose for photos!
The inside of the villa was very attractive, well appointed and comfortable. It was a bonus to have air conditioning in the living areas in addition to the bedrooms. We stayed as a 3 generation family group and the accommodation, including the downstairs apartment worked well, although it should be noted this has its own entrance and is not connected internally to the main house.
Maria was very friendly and easy to communicate with, making sure that we had relaxing stay. We would love to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Just returned from a lovely 10 days at Casa Del Mar. We were a family group of 7 ranging from 13 to 86! and the villa was perfect for everyone. The interior of the villa is to a high standard with everything you could need for a relaxing break. We used the pool and the outside cooking area a lot and both were excellent. Maria responds very quickly to any queries and was particularly helpful on the lead up to the holiday. We were particularly impressed with the location of the villa, we decided on this occasion not to hire a car and it wasn’t a problem with Moraira being a 20 minute walk away and a supermarket within a 10 minute walk. Several excellent restaurants a short stroll from the villa and @ particularly good tapas restaurant in Moraira, La Taverna Del 42, they also have a tapas restaurant closer to the villa called Atascadero 42. It is also possible to place an online shop with a local supermarket which was delivered on our first day. Overall a fabulous holiday 😀

I didn't want to write this review as it would mean other people will find out just how amazing the villa and Maria are and we may struggle to book it again!
The location is wonderful, close to restaurants bars and shops. The view is stunning as is the villa both on the inside and out.
Maria is incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
Overall an amazing experience and we have already rebooked...

Thank you for a lovely stay Maria. Nice welcome from the host. Fantastic, beautifully located house, and beautifully decorated. The house is located close to a rocky beach. Lovely terrace and pool area. The only negative was that, just in week 40-2023, new construction was started on the neighboring property, which caused a bit of noise during the day. The weather was perfect and we would love to come back another time :)

We spent a week in the villa as a family. The villa is divided into two areas, which we really liked. You could get out of the way as a family if you wanted to and still enjoy the time together. Everything is within walking distance and yet far enough away for peace and quiet. Maria listened to our concerns and helped us with all of our questions!
I can only recommend her as a host.

Supermarket is 2 min drive / 10 min walk away.

We had the best 2 weeks staying in this fabulous property. Our group consisted of two families, which totalled 4 adults and 6 children ranging from 2 to 14. The property was immaculate and The views are breath taking. There are a few restaurants just a short walk from the property and the food from all of them was of a really good standard. We discovered a plant based restaurant called Ziba, which we can’t recommend highly enough. Ziba also run paddle boarding tours around the caves of a morning. There is a supermarket within a 10 minute walk and there are small rocky beaches called ‘Cala’s’ all the way along the coast. There is one within a few minutes walk that has steps into the sea which was good fun for those that like to swim or paddleboard. We also found out that you can do an online shop from Mercadona supermarket, so had deliveries for heavy items such as water and drinks, ideal if you haven’t got a car, and very reliable.
Moraira is a lovely place to stay and we will definitely return. Maria the host, was really helpful and answered any questions we had.

This Villa is absolutely stunning!! It is beautifully decorated with traditional spanish features. The pictures really dont do it justice.
The villa was spotlessly clean and was fully equipt. Perfect BBQ area and gorgeous pool. The views are amazing from every window in the villa. Hosts were there to greet us on arrival and show us around . Host also kept in touch with us and we felt we could ask them anything if needed.
Closest supermarket is a 10 minute walk which we found they had everything we needed with fresh fish, meat counters and bakery.
Quite a few pretty bars/restaurants a few metres away from the Villa. Recommend Magia Italian restaurant food was fantastic and had a roof top seating.
Main beach was a 25 minute walk.
Highly recommend this Villa and will return. Thank you 😊

We ( 2 families with kids (3,5,6,8 and 11 years old) and the kids grand mother and grand father) stayed in Casa Del Mar for 1 week this summer. The villa is fantastic. The interior is lovely and tasteful decorated, the house is well planned with big kitchen/dining and living room area as well large outdoor areas. Everyone had their own possibly for privacy and great bathrooms for all of us. Also a + for the quality on towels (shower and beach). We all loved the pool. It was perfect for all ages and preferences. Swim, play, dive and jump! The view was great. Easy to access the house, we had 3 cars parked. Easy walk to the beach where you could take a swim in the sea. We also visited many other beaches in the area. We used the barbecue and as a family with kids we also appreciated the washing machine! To sum up. We really liked this house and would like to come back again.

Location. Location. Location.
Casa Del Mar is perfectly situated in an easy walking distance to many of Moraira’s restaurants, cafes, and shops. The house is so nicely decorated and situated that you never really need to leave. We didn’t use the pool or BBQ during our visit, but I could see this being a great spot for family and friends to celebrate the summer together.
We had plenty of room and love the detached apartment downstairs to offer a bit of privacy for our family members. The porch was a great spot to hang out and play games while watching the seas and sunsets.
Loved every minute of our stay. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for hosting us, Maria!

We have just returned from a fortnight at Casa Del Mar and what a wonderful holiday it was. The villa more than lived up to the online photographs and the view in the evening from the balcony was exceptional. This is the perfect villa if you want to be close to Moraira town and do not enjoy steep climbs.
Everything we needed was provided and Maria was the perfect host. I would certainly recommend the villa and hope that one day soon we will return.

This villa is absolutely stunning with a fabulous sea view! It is beautifully furnished with luxury beds and comfy sofas.The shower rooms are all 5 star with quality fittings. The master bedroom is very special with a private sun terrace and views from the bedroom and the shower! The gardens surrounding the villa and pool area are incredible with palms and exotic plants which are uplit at night. There are so many different areas to sit down in outside too! The villa is located in a great location with a beach and some gorgeous bars/ restaurants just a 5 minute walk. We were staying at the villa for my significant birthday and I could not have found a more idealic villa. This villa is special and all my family loved spending time here.

The whole villa is designed to such a high standard with a stunning pool.
Comfy beds and excellent decor. Well stocked kitchen and bbq.
The various areas for eating and relaxing are incredible.
1 minute down the road is the beach with a range of places to eat and drink.
10 minute walk to more restaurants and 15 / minute walk to the beautiful town.

This really is a fantastic villa.
The facilities, the modern high quality decor and overall design of the place is perfect. Really good quality and as everyone has mentioned, the pictures really don't do it justice.
A lovely sea view from the balcony and poolside, with the sea and rock pool swimming area a tiny walk down the bottom of the road. A little longer walk into Moraira (about 20-30 minutes) where there is a great beach and plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We also found there was also a free auto bus that was running in the summer that was just around the corner from the apartment. This ran every 2 hours from 8.40am with the last bus being about 7.40pm.
The split accommodation could be a consideration for some, but it worked really well for our own setup.
One thing to note, and not a reflection on the villa itself, but the closest supermarket was in Moraira and that was a good 30 minutes to get to the supermarket (Pepe La Sal) so meant taxi back each time and wasn't a quick nip out for some bread or anything small. There are some restaurants close by but no supermarkets or little 'convenience' shops.
Overall, the holiday was fantastic, the villa was great. Maria was in contact throughout and on-hand to answer the odd question we had. Definitely would recommend!

Super sejour!
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec amis et enfants. La maison est vraiment très agréable, décorée simplement mais avec goût, suffisamment grande pour respecter l'intimité de 8 adultes et 4 enfants. Les différents espaces/salons extérieur sont top!! Merci à Maria pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses bonnes adresses! Une mention particulière pour la cuisinière trouvée par Maria à notre demande qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances.

It is close to the beaches as well as walking distance to great restaurants.
The house itself offers generous space for many people and

Casa muy cerca del mar, con unas vistas impresionantes, un porche maravilloso. La casa está muy cuidada y muy bien decorada. Muy limpia. La realidad es mucho mejor que las fotos. La casa está totalmente equipada, céntrica y muy tranquila. La casa es muy espaciosa, en el exterior tiene diferentes zonas: sofas, barbacoa, hamacas... una casa pensada para disfrutarla y muy cómoda. El wifi funciona perfectamente. La piscina está impecable. Tienes varios restaurantes muy cerca y puedes ir al pueblo caminando o el coche en unos minutos. El contacto con la propietaria es muy rápido, gracias. Antes de irte de allí ya estás deseando volver.

Perfect villa & hosts!
It's true what other reviews have said - the pictures really don't do this villa justice. This villa has been renovated to a very high standard - everything has been done with a lot of thought and good taste. A lot of the furniture appears to have been created as custom pieces for the villa - all very high quality. The bathrooms are particularly good.
Easy access to the sea (at the bottom of the road if you just want to go for a dip), a sandy beach is a short drive away, lots of shops near by and a few restaurants and bars within walking distance.
If you're going as a group its worth considering that the rooms are quite different sizes, one is meant for kids as well (but has some nice built in stone bunk beds) - this wasn't an issue for us though. The master suite is amazing (great views - even from the shower!) and is notably bigger & nicer than the rest of the rooms. It's also worth considering that some of the rooms are in a separate apartment under the main villa - would be good for two families away together but we elected to all stay in the main villa together.
We got caught in the storms in mid September and despite some pretty awful weather at the end we had a lovely time. Maria & Antonio checked in on us to make sure that we were ok and that the weather hadn't caused us any issues. They were even apologising for the rain! Maria & Antonio were on hand throughout the holiday for anything that we might need - from where the best supermarkets were to how to get the speakers to work.
Highly recommend Casa del Mar - I hope we get a chance to go back.

The beautiful Casa Del Mar
The property was in a great location with wonderful sea views and a light breeze.
The pool was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The villa itself was immaculate and we spent most of our time in the pool
or on the huge lovely sheltered patio above it.
We were so comfortable and slept really well. A good rest was had by all and we’ll definitely be returning.

The photos do not do this villa justice The views are outstanding and the villa itself has been beautifully renovated We rented as a family of 3 couples, the layout meaning we could all have our separate spaces as well as lovely areas to socialise together. There’s plenty of outside seating areas to either follow the sun or find some shade. In short the villa was perfect and María and Antonio perfect hosts

truely a dreamlocation
The pictures look very nice but can't capture the beauty of this property. Recently completely renovated with tremendous attention for detail, this is so beautiful and comfortable, that it more than exceeded our expectations . The location is very close to the sea yet far enough to not be bothered by traffic and also high enough to have beautiful views. We rent three properties each year for our three weeks of holidays. Never have I felt the urge to give a review, but this time is the exception. If you are looking for the top, this is it.
