If you want to be in the heart of Bradenton you can't choose a better location.

Great location. I only wish the pool had been bigger but at least it was nice and warm during the coolish days and it is covered so you can be comfortable in it during a drizzle. The grandkids loved the small pool so it was only the adults who missed swimming a longer pool length.

This was my first time using a vacation app for a quick getaway. I was pleasantly surprised on how smooth the process was. The owner was very quick to respond to my reservation the keypad entry was perfect, it added a level of safety for me. The place was so clean! The view was perfect and quaint. I enjoyed every minute of my stay here, and will do it again!

Our family have been staying in rental properties since the pandemic; this has been hands down one of the best experiences we ever had. Location was perfect, right next to the beach and the night life. Bars, restaurants, mini golf just steps away from the property. The view from the balcony was beautiful we saw dolphins swimming in the morning and afternoon almost every day. The apartment was well equipped with beach towels, chairs and sand toys. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is very small but it was always empty when we wanted to use it however it can be awkward if there is more than one family at the time, luckily we did not have any issues with that. We took the free trolley to Anna Maria pier, there are several stops along the island. Communication with our host was a breeze we were really worried about coming right after a big storm but Amery keep us updated and answered all our questions. The only issue is that you do have to do lot of chores before checkout given the high cleaning fee but that’s very common nowadays for almost every rental. I would definitely stay here again.

Ammey was an amazing host and was so understanding. Our check in time happened at the same time as hurricane Idalia and the island was evacuated. We were not able to check in for two days and she was so understanding and worked with me during the entire time. Just as we were planning on leaving and driving the 14 hours back home, she told me the bridges were opening and we were able to check in, if we still wanted. After a long two day drive with 5 little ones, a two day stay at a family members small home, it was nice walking into a clean, turn key ready condo. All you would need is your clothes and food. We stayed the rest of our vacation and checked out. We left our personal percolator coffee pot and I needed to contact Ammey to ask if we could go back for it. She was so gracious and allowed us to re-enter the condo and get it. I would recommend this condo to anyone. We will also rent this again, the next vacation to Bradenton beach. This was a beautiful, on the beach, well kept, clean, spacious, condo. It is also kid friendly !!! High chair, travel bed, toys, books, games, infant bath tub, etc all available. Each unit provides two, covered parking spaces, Beach chairs, and sand toys.

Accommodations were very nice. Loved the access to gulf and walking distance to shops, restaurants, & ice cream. Would suggest this place to others and we would stay again.

The condo was situated right on the beach. The private balcony is perfectly situated. Plenty of space. Great beds. The primary bathroom toilet was not working and the owner was notified within the hour that we arrived. That evening. I'd mentioned there was no rush to get it fixed as we had another bathroom. Somehow that is gotten twisted into it not being a big deal and it not getting fixed. We went back and forth the entire 3 days we were there. It was never fixed the entire time and then was accused of giving conflicting messages because I was trying to be in accommodating guest. I politely asked for a discount in which I was denied and then after contacting verbo was twisted into trying to get the whole stay refunded which was not the case at all. I don't believe in being rude and demanding, but it seems being accommodating and polite means I was somehow giving her conflicting messages. A fantastic vacation overshadowed by a less in fantastic owner.

The condo was very nice and in a great location. The sunsets from the patio are incredible. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. She even surprised us with treats on Valentine’s Day. The beach is literally steps away. The Moose Club is right next door. We joined before our vacation and that was a definite plus. Food and drinks are excellent and reasonable and staff very friendly. Most of the members we met were also from other parts of the United States. Highly recommend this condo.

Great condo in a great location.

My husband my two grown children and my 80 year old mom stayed for a week at Christmas time. There was plenty of room for everyone. The sleeping arrangements were perfect with everyone having their own comfortable bed and tv in each room. Very comfortable seating in the living room area. There was a nice kitchen table for everyone to join in meals together. Kitchen was very nicely appointed so that I was able to cook out traditional Christmas brunch. The balcony is spacious and allows for a beautiful view of the beach and sunsets. Another plus was that we were walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Very easy responsive communication with the owner. You really can’t do better than this place.. it has it all.

This condo is beautiful and equipped with everything you need, including towels, chairs, and beach toys. The small pool was perfect for our grandchildren and so convenient to go between the beach and the pool. The neighborhood has shops and bars and could be noisy, but the condo was very well soundproofed. On the oceanfront balcony, you could only hear the waves. We will definitely return.

This spot is lovely. The pool was advertised as heated, it wasn't. We realize that Florida had recently suffered issues and was dealing with them, but, we would've appreciated a heads up. We specifically rented this for the heated pool, pregnant daughter, small granddaughter.

Super location and comfortable lodging. We had a great experience and loved the neighborhood and the nightlife too. Our manager was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The owner of this condo was great to work with. We appreciate the flexibility, communication, extra amenities offered and the detailed check-in/check-out information provided. The condo was just as pictured and described in the listing. Exceptional furnishings, linens and everything we needed in the kitchen and more. The view off the balcony was enjoyed for morning coffee/breakfast, lunch and sunset. Having the elevator was a bonus so we didn't have to drag our overpacked luggage and groceries up to the condo. The location was PERFECT for our getaway. Right on the beach, great view from the balcony and just across the street from Bridge Street restaurants, shops and live music. We said over and over that we were so happy to be close to the beach and for the short walk to all that Bridge Street offers. We are already planning our next visit and this time will bring our husbands.....did we mention the fishing piers just down the beach? Thanks again Ammey! Mary Beth and Susan

Condo was immaculate. Decor very nice and comfortable. Right on the ocean and minutes to restaurants and shops. On second floor and elevator available. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms and very spacious. Would stay again.

The property was exactly as advertised. The condo was clean and comfortable. Check in/check out was a breeze. Communication from owner was excellent. All my questions were answered quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo and its owner!

When our golf tournament got cancelled, the proximity to the beach and Bridge Street had plenty to do without having to travel.

Brought our family to Anna Maria Island for the first time and we were overly impressed by our accommodations, location, and the convenient walking amenities. If you enjoy music, outdoor bars and some shopping, then this is your spot to stay. The beach access was a must for us and this unit didn’t disappoint. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas! If you’re thinking of heading to Anna Maria Island, our whole family would recommend this unit and this location. You’ll Love It.

The condo was very clean, spacious, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. It is loacated right on the sand and all the popular restaurants and shops are all within two blocks. A perfect vacation spot.

This place was awesome. Right on the beach and also right in town within walking distance to everything. Well furnished and stocked with lots of little extras as well.

Beautiful place. Excellent location. I especially appreciated the quality of the beds and the linens. The entire place was professional decorated and felt like a luxury stay. There were spices and oils for cooking and plenty of dishes and cookware for eating in. Spotlessly clean and inviting. Views from living room and Master bedroom we’re amazing. A very long list of things you had to do at check out. We did them all; given the high cleaning fee, the amount of work expected from guests was pretty high, but not too much if you are clean while you are there. We will go back!
