This unit is very nice, super clean, well stocked. They have beach towels, blow dryer and every kitchen item you would need. Small balcony though with view at angle. Pool area nice but no hot tub. Easy beach access. Every area in lobby and pool area immaculate. I don’t think the area has much though. Definitely beach vacation.

This unit is in a great neighborhood with really good restaurants right down the road. Convenient to shopping. Super clean and very well stocked. Communication with Viktor was very easy and he was quick to answer our questions. Unit description was spot on and there were no surprises. We liked the beach down by boardwalk a little better, not as much seaweed, but afternoons on the balcony were perfect. Valet guys were wonderful and super helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

It’s really easy access to get there. Great views from balcony in either direction. Short walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to Walmart. We’ll stocked kitchen. Will definitely go back if I’m in the area.

Clean apartment, everything you need in kitchen, manager is very helpful and polite; close to the shoping center. Very dirty beach- did not have chance to swim and had to go to miami beach; access to the beach is not free, you have to buy it; you pay for 5th person in addition to what the site calculates; very rude front desk person(woman). Overall is not bad, but I will try to stay in other place for my next trip

I was not prepared to purchase two fabs totaling $60 to be able to get in and out of the unit, pool, gym, and to the beach. Upon departure we turned in the fabs and did not get our money back.

We were surprised at the added fees that we did not see when booking this property which included a fee for "extra guests" when the information stated the property held six people and our party consisted of four people. Also surprised at the size of the cleaning fee. If we had known how far we were from the Everglades and other parks we probably would have found lodging that was closer. Lack of places to eat nearby required driving to restaurants. Contact person (Viktor) was helpful and responsive.

Great location, very clean and very friendly staff.

We went on a family winter trip and chose this property. We have two kids age 9 and 4, and they absolutely loved the beach and pool. We stayed for a week. 1. We loved how fast it was to grab a few things and go to the beach. We didn't have to search hard for spots and there were chairs and pool toys available. 2. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals once a day (typically a hot breakfast but we had some dinners there as well). 3. Valet parking was efficient and convenient. 4. Having separate rooms for adults and kids was amazing at night when we needed to wind down. 5. Easy to walk to restaurants and get groceries. We actually didn't use our car most days. 6. Building was very uncrowded and quiet. We ran into a few people in the halls but never heard anything from other units throughout the week. Thank you, Viktor! We would definitely return!

A lovely condo with great beach view. 20 minute drive from Fort Lauderdale Airport and convenient to walk to lots of restaurants. The host- Viktor-responds quickly to any questions and is eager to make sure guests are comfy and happy. Beds are soft comfy. NIce pool and a low key family crowd; no party hardy types, so you sleep nicely. The concierge Angel is very helpful and can point you various places to eat- walking distance: Padrinos for Cuban food- Terraza's for true S. Beach feel with good Italian food. A very very nice quiety relaxing stay. A+

If you want to hear the ocean while sitting on the balcony that won't happen heat. There is too much traffic. The pool is nice and a short walk to a beautiful beach. The location is good but there is a $10/day parking fee plus the tips I paid for valet that is required. We had 4 people and there were 4 towels. The laundry was close by but $1.75 to wash and another $1.75 to dry. There are some nice amenities but most of them cost extra $$$. We still had a nice time!

If you are looking for a wonderful beach front condo with an easy drive to area attractions, then this is the place for you

this is a fantastic property with a fantastic view. The check-in process was flawless. I would consider this a hidden gem. Property manager (Viktor) was professional and very meticulous. Would stay again and would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The listing was exactly as it appeared on the web. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and set up was very convenient. We had kids with us, and we were all able to co-exist well in the space. The ease of access to the pool and beach could not be beat! Location was also great because it allowed us to move around and check out different places (Miami Beach, Key Largo, Ft Lauderdale) throughout the week without feeling like we were in the car constantly. Host was extraordinarily communicative ahead of time, and immediately checked in to see if we had any concerns or questions on arrival. Would recommend without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Accommodations were great, one small problem was taken care of quickly and the VRBO manager kept us informed of repair throughout. Never interfering with our vacation at anytime. Great job Viktor

My family of 3 recently spent 9 nights at this property and we really enjoyed our stay here. I loved that this rental appears exactly as it is pictured - no disappointments, what you see is what you get and it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable (firm but still plush) and the linens very soft. There is beach access via a short walking path and the unit includes beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys which was very convenient & useful for enjoying the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony with the beach view. The location is close to Walmart, Publix, and Winn Dixie so it was convenient to get groceries and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you'd prefer not to drive everywhere. I would recommend this property and look forward to staying there again on our future visits to Florida.

Property was exactly as pictured. We had a great time! The only thing I would complain about is there is nothing to do within walking distance, except go to the beach. The boardwalk is 3 miles away and was the place to be in the evenings. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone for the price.

One of the cleanest places we have stayed. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom toiletries. Very safe as well.

Condo was beautiful. Just perfect for our 4 friends get away. The beach is beautiful, fabulous location. So much to see and do. Vicktor was very helpful. The staff at the Sian are fabulous very friendly and helpful. They helped with places to go and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back.

This was the first time we stayed in Hollywood and rented this property. It was an excellent experience. Communication with Viktor could not have been better. The condo was beautiful just like the pictures and well stocked with most everything we needed for the week. the location was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping that we could walk to or uber to. the beach was beautiful and pool on the property was well maintained. having beach chairs in the condo was also a nice perk since we flew and had little with us. we used walmart’s delivery service a couple times for food and things we needed. It truly was the best vacation in a very long time and i would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with family or friends!

My family booked this condo almost 2 years ago. The original plan was to vacation here last year for Spring Break; however, COVID hit, and the world shut down just a few days before we were supposed to fly down, so everything got canceled. It was devastating. So, Spring Break 2021 was scheduled with a few minor adjustments. After a year in lockdown in Minnesota, we were ready for some warm weather and to be outside! However, nothing is easy in COVID, and our flight was canceled, and not able to book another until the next day. So, our first night, we didn't even get to use it even though we paid for it. When we finally arrived, we were greeted by very welcoming staff. I have to give a shout-out to Bruce in the valet! He was a great resource and really looked out for my family. The room was lovely, and the pictures online are very accurate, including the beautiful view! One downside, the condo is located at a bustling intersection. It was hard to enjoy the ocean's sounds as there was constant horn hocking, revving engines/speeders, and partiers/crowds in general. With that said, we know it was Spring Break/Holiday/Passover, so anticipated crowds. It was also much louder Thursday-Saturday, but quiet at night the other days. When you arrive, you purchase a small fab required on the property to access the gym, rec. room, pool, etc. The beds were very comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms was great for our party of 5. We were very pleased to see all the beach/pool item options in the room. There were chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, balls, snorkels, etc. One of the chairs was a bit rusty, and one of the poles on the umbrella didn't work, but we only used one. We chose to cook/eat in most of our meals. The skillets could use updating, but overall, the kitchen was well stocked. Viktor was very responsive to my email during the trip as I also had a question regarding the laundry card. Luckily, the room is right by the elevator and laundry/garbage shoot, so very convenient. We could not get a later checkout, so we took advantage of the Valet (Thanks Bruce!) bag hold, walked across the street to DoubleTree, had lunch at their outdoor restaurant, and enjoyed pool/intercoastal views there. Once you check out of the condo, you have to turn in a fab, so we didn't have access to the pool.
