Timber Run ist ein fantastischer Standort für Steamboat-Ferienunterkünfte. Dieses Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern liegt nur drei Blocks von der Gondola / Base Area entfernt. Sie können zum Skifahren, zu Restaurants, Pubs und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten laufen. Im Winter können Sie den kostenfreien Shuttleservice zu den Bergen, in die Stadt, zu Restaurants und Pubs nutzen.
Diese warme, gemütliche Einheit wurde im November 2018 wunderschön renoviert, fühlt sich brandneu an und bietet fabelhafte Coretec-Böden, wunderschöne Granit-Arbeitsplatten, brandneue Edelstahlgeräte, herrlich geflieste Duschen, rustikale Holztüren im Landhausstil und Dekorationen .
Genießen Sie die Aussicht vom Wohnbereich und der Terrasse sowie einige offene Bereiche, da Sie auf einer isolierten Seite des Gebäudes liegen. Lehnen Sie sich auf dem Sofa zurück und schauen Sie auf dem großen Bildschirm fern oder wärmen Sie sich am Gaskamin auf. Der offene Wohnbereich umfasst auch die umgestaltete, voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen (6 mit Blattsitz), Tresen (3 Barhocker), ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten (Queen-Schlafsofa, 1 Stuhl) und Zugang zur Terrasse.
Die Master-Suite bietet ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein kürzlich aktualisiertes eigenes Badezimmer. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten, die in ein Kingsize-Bett umgewandelt werden können (auf Anfrage). Auf dem Flur befindet sich ein weiteres renoviertes Badezimmer.
Das Timber Run bietet Ihnen alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie vor Ort wünschen. Dazu gehören ein beheizter Außenpool, drei Whirlpools im Freien, eine Sauna, ein Grillplatz mit Picknicktischen, ein Clubhaus, ein Businesscenter, Tennisplätze (nur im Sommer) und ein kostenloser Shuttleservice (im Winter) nur) um die Gäste in das Skigebiet, zum Einkaufen, zum Essen und zu anderen Aktivitäten zu bringen. Sie haben einen verschlossenen Skiraum neben der Haustür. Ein bequemer Parkplatz befindet sich außerhalb der Unterkunft.

The condo was just as described, clean and just what we needed.
We loved the location, access to pool, hot tub and grills. Close to shopping, restaurants, downtown, parks and hiking trails.

The condo was quiet and cozy, the updated kitchen and bathrooms were nice. We enjoyed the tennis courts right out the back steps! The unit was clean and everything was in excellent condition, would highly recommend.

Timber Run is a lovely and well-maintained place to stay in Steamboat Springs. It's family-friendly and an easy location to get to and from. The condo we stayed in was perfect! It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. I'd absolutely stay there again. Thanks iTrip for quick communication when needed, and an all round wonderful experience.

We loved staying here! It’s super clean and functional. We enjoyed the hot tub and tennis court. The couch had a pull out bed too which was surprisingly comfy. The master bed has a super squishy bed so we ended up sleeping on couch pull out. We have back issues and need more firm mattress but the couch and guest bedroom had more firm mattresses. We enjoyed!

The place was lovely, clean, and orderly. Two major complaints, however: 1) the water pressure was non-existant and it took forever to take a shower and 2) the pool was mostly empty following some sort of project and wasn't filled by the time we left (they used a single garden hose to fill it up). I didn't contact the host regarding the water pressure, but I did mention that we had picked their condo because it looked nice (which it was) and had a pool. The host said that the issue with the pool was stated somewhere in the Vrbo listing, which I don't recall seeing, and that the price was discounted to reflect that. I asked for a reference to that information in the listing and they couldn't reproduce it. I once again stated that we would have chosen another listing had we known that we wouldn't have access to the pool and they said that the HOA had last updated them that the pool was supposed to be ready on the day of our arrival (we stayed for two nights). It was quite disappointing that they were unwilling to discount the price of our stay any more than they claimed it had been discounted initially since they not only included photos of the pool in the listing, but didn't have this information posted prominently or made any visible mention of the discount in the original posting. Not thrilled with the customer service.

Had a lovely time at the property! Very close and convenient to the mountain, town, etc. The shuttle runs until 5pm to the mountain, which was helpful for getting out to the slopes. Coming home we either took the public bus (does bring you to the property, not the most intuitive schedule to figure out) or ubers (which were decently available). Very clean space, responsive host, and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

This property was exactly as advertised, 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms and good kitchen/dining/living room space. The location is a reasonable walk from Gondola square with several dining choices nearby as well as a short drive into downtown for even more choices. The hot springs pool is always a highlight for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicely remodeled and decorated condo in quiet complex, King bed and master was very comfortable. convenient parking. We visited in summer, but did find it was close to ski lifts and gondolas. One side note, this is a basement unit, so if you don't do stairs well, you may want to look for another unit.

Beautiful place! Highly recommend for others! Close to everything. We really appreciate the 3 hot tubs and pool. They were literally right out our front door. The base of the mountain is within walking distance. Very roomy and clean.

Clean, easy access to amenities and close to so many great things to do in Steamboat. There is something for everyone. It was quiet in a friendly atmosphere. The iTrip team was helpful and always very responsive. They also followed up to check in at the end of our stay. Great experience all around. Thank you!

We stayed here with our 2 young kids and it was the perfect setup. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the other bedroom with the large bunk bed was perfect for kids. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated with nice finishes throughout. The complex has a wonderful heated pool, plus three hot tubs. It's an easy walk to the base and nearby eateries. Highly recommend!

Within 5 minutes you could be at the drop off point for the ski resort. Property was clean and well stocked - lots of spices for our morning breakfast prep. Beds were good and master shower is quite nice albeit not a large room but great shower head and a heat lamp. The condo had everything we needed. It is on ground floor so in winter suggest you bring slippers as the floors aren’t very warm. The fireplace wasn’t working while we were ther but once fixed it could help warm up the floors. The TV’s in every room were nice - allowed us to head to bed and watch the last bit of a show before sleeping. Lots of games in the coffee table and TV cabinet. We didn’t get the chance to use the pool or hot tub - it was busy every night so seemed to be a hit with others. All in all, the condo was a great place to stay and the iTrip staff was very communicative.

This place was perfect for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed, nice dining room, good location for hot tub access, and sleeping situation was exactly what we needed - Queen room, bunk beds, pull out couch, and a second bathroom.

We loved our stay at PJs place! The location was great, we just hopped on the shuttle to get to the base, the hot tubs were an extra perk, and the condo was perfectly outfitted with all we needed. My kids loved the bunks! We had a wonderful time! Would go again!

We had a great stay here. All was very comfortable for our family with two small children. Loved that they even had a booster seat available. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools we needed to cook. Love the complex too.
They had a shuttle to the base of the mountain which made getting around awesome!!

Everything was perfect. Check in was smooth, the condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, kitchen had everything we needed. Although we did not use the pool, hot tubs, grills and tennis courts they were clean and well kept. It’s obvious the owners take excellent care and pride in their unit and the community keeps the common area top notch. Definitely would stay again in this unit.

Just completed a 4 day, 3 night stay at Timber Run for my annual Sister's Weekend away from the city. We loved the condo. It was clean and professionally decorated. We were able to get in with no problems at our check-in time. The pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts were clean and available. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and there were portable fans if we needed them (which we only turned on briefly because the cross ventilation in the condo is excellent.) The team checked in with me the first day to make sure everything was going as we expected. I highly recommend Timber Run. It is such a great place to get-away and we will definitely come back.

No Access to lobby! No ping pong as advertised. Roofing construction for 2 of the 3 days which really sucked. King bed was a little too soft for some and the bunk beds were very hard! Shower in Master bath didn’t allow you to turn on and get out of the way for the cold water to warm. Liked the hot tub , pool and tennis court once the roofers went home.

About a 15 minute walk to the resort which was nice. About 5-10 minute drive from downtown. Easy to get to all the adventures steamboat holds. Pool was good size and grounds were well kept.

Nice condo with a few repairs needed
Manager super attentive to our concerns and worked very hard to accommodate us. BUT the dishwasher, ice machine and microwave didn’t work, and the beds not very comfy but a nice little condo if all can get repaired.

There is a grass area just outside the patio with space to play yard games or let the kids run around. The beds are extremely comfortable and the unit is very quiet! We had such an amazing time staying at Timber Run. It was so close to the downtown which made it easy to get to dinner and the strawberry hot springs. The place was gorgeous and very clean!
