Its a beautiful place to spend your vacation with the family and friends. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly. Food prepared in their restaurant was delicious . Direct access to the beach. Value for money. Had a wonderful experience and want to visit again!!!

Writing this review to share that I had the best time of my visit to goa at this hotel. It has the most beautiful location I have even been to. Everything from the view to the food and services in and around this place is just amazing.

-The staff were great-very friendly as well as professional.The rooms were pleasant, clean and facilities were good compared to other places in Palolem. Staff were really welcoming.

We would not class this as a 'garden view' room. While it is advertised as such, there is a 2.5m hoarding built to separate the restaurant, which is in the former front garden and so very little else is visible. Restaurant was loud and often past midnight Last two days we had problems with black dirt coming out of the sink, shower - they acted quickly to solve it.

Untidy. Not worth spending 6132.00 for 2 rooms. Dejected. Presentation of hotel rooms are misguiding. It cannot be considered deluxe Rooms.

Tariff must be fixed based on quality of rooms and cleanliness.

Apart from the location, nothing was good about the property.

1) Water wasn't coming and had to call night guard to turn on the pump at late night. 2) Hot water was coming while opening shower tap, I cud have got killed. 3) Ac was not working properly. 4) No power backup. 5) Makeshift door, no privacy. Door was loose. It cud have hurt me and my family. 6) Balcony safety issue- balcony was open with no proper perimeter, someone cud have fall outside. 7) Stuffs were rude with full of attitude. 8) No dedicated reception. 9) Property office was unresponsive, shared all the evidences on the very first day. Unfortunately they paid no heed. 10)Dirty room. 11) Wifi was not proper. 12) Water leaking constantly from the toilet. 13) No proper room service, had to call them for basic amenities- water, hot water etc. 14) No toiletries were provided. 15) No sofa as written in the website. 16) Monkeys were jumping on the roof at morning which completely ruined our sleep.

Good value, nice breakfast, good sized room and clean bathroom.

Location wise it's in the game. Palolem beach is hardly 3 mins walk. They have their own kitchen and bar. Staff is supportive, they didn't irritate us for making us wait for early check in.

Food quality of the kitchen could have been better. AC and fridge in the room wasn't serviced so cooling was not upto the mark which is mandatory check especially for this season.

Everything was excellent, even more than than. The accommodation was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is perfect. I will definitely come back again and recommend to my friends and family!

Great location, 5 min walk to the beach. Friendly staff and very nice cafe at the property.

Wifi is VERY slow and unstable - not suitable for work. Sometimes it was noisy at night. Kitchen sounds from one side and chickens/roosters from the other.

Fantastic hotel, located 2 minutes walk from Palolem beach. Close to many bars, restaurants, shops, and minimarkets. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the room has a very nice bathroom as well. The restaurant of the hotel is amazing, the food is great and the prices are very fair. They have fresh fish every day as well. The manager, Milu, is a wonderful woman who helped me a lot during my stay. There was a Wifi problem in my room and she really did her best to help me with this issue and fixed it as soon as she could. She is a very communicative, nice, and caring person. I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Palolem beach.

Firstly, the room was extremely clean. Toilet is big, very clean, with hot shower facilities. The hotel gives clean towels, bed sheets and everything very clean. The location is 10/10. You can't find better location than this in palolem area. 2min from beach. Second thing is the staff. The lady called Mansi is too good to be true. She helped us through everything. All hotel staff are very helpful. The hotel has own restaurant and bar. You can find amazing tasty food there. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We were really pleased with our stay at Crystal Goa onyx as it has very nice rooms, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in South-Goa as it is just round the corner from the Rickshaw stand and also close to the bus stand to hop on/off on busses. The staff is very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.
