Nicely appointed, large house with enough space to allow people to spread out. Our group liked the deck at the lake and the game room. Nicolette was very responsive and accommodating.

We had a fantastic wedding weekend on Owasco Lake. We were able to have our family stay close to the wedding venue. The house was very clean and so spacious, we held our rehearsal dinner and farewell breakfast in the huge kitchen/living/dining area. It was perfect for our group of friends and family with a beautiful view of Owasco lake. 10/10 excellent!

Home does not have central air and the room units were not adequate to cool the home down. Issues with the unit on 3rd floor made for a very hot stay up there . Would not recommend going to this home in dead of summer. Also, entire home had musty smell.

family gathered at the lake house for my daughter's graduation weekend. Lots of room for all of us to be together. Wish we had more time to use more of the facilities.
Living room was a little warm, but it's a huge room with a very high ceiling.
For some reason there were a lot of flies by the front window, but they stayed there and didn't bother us.

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous property. With such a large family, it served as the perfect gathering center for my daughter's wedding. The views were immaculate and the property was spotless!

Lovely, comfortable and very spacious. If you wanted to gather together or find a space for quiet time, there is a space for you. We went paddle boating, had cocktails on the second story deck, steaks on the grill and then had s’mores in the fire pit at night. The stars are incredible and so clear.

We had an amazing weekend on Owasco lake. The Bridesmaids had a ton of room to get ready with a huge kitchen, living room and dining area. It also had a 10/10 view of the lake. Very clean and comfy.

We very much enjoyed this beautiful home, annual get together with siblings & spouses, beautiful views, an eagle flew overhead, it was very nice! Thank you for sharing your home. Plenty of space for all, the individual bathrooms were the best!!!

The property was spacious, lovely and well equipped. We made so many memories around the dinner table, on the patio, at the lake and around the fire pit. The view was wonderful and having kayaks, a paddle boat, a dock and a deck at the lake made for much family fun!
A few tips for future renters: plan to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags as “starter supplies” provided. Also, the air conditioner in the main living space is not enough to keep the large open space cool. There are a few fans but we added a few of our own and needed them while cooking. Windows can be opened to let cool air in but the screens were not in great shape.
Overall, our time at the Chantelle Marie lake house was wonderful! Nikki was responsive to our communication and our needs. We would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s property with 6 adults and 3 small children. There was plenty of space, beautiful views from everywhere in the house, and a nice outdoor area for the kids to play. We are planning to come back next summer!

This house was a lot of fun for a group of us in town for an Ironman event. The view is gorgeous and the time spent on the dock was memorable. We were able to get some swims in and enjoyed the use of the kayaks and stand up paddleboard. The kitchen was large and well stocked and had everything we needed. Nikki was very responsive to any needs we had and made check in and out a breeze. Definitely recommend this house.

The owner Christopher was great and created a great property. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen amenities. Beds and pillows were first rate, had a great and relaxing stay. Minor issues were promptly addressed (stuff that "just happened"), not anything that could have been avoided. Would come there again for sure! The Lake was awesome, you felt like you were the only one out there during the week.

Better than expected!
The property was absolutely beautiful. It had everything you could want. We had 9 adults and there was more than enough room. The picture’s don’t do it justice. We rented a pontoon boat from Owasco Marine for a day and it was a wonderful addition. Would definitely recommend this property.

The house is beautiful and very clean. Big enough for 12 people to stay comfortably with a bathroom in every bedroom. The owner is so nice and helpful if you need anything. The sun rises over the water and it is breathtaking. I would definitely stay again. Great weekend 👍

Family Get Together
The house was amazing with beautiful views of the lake & super clean when we got there. The family loved being able to use the kayaks & paddleboards & the lake is very clean. We had an issue with the freezer but Heather was readily available to give us ice & check the situation out. It was really hot when we were there, so we never used the bar room for an extra bedroom ...the air conditioner wasn't working well in that room, but we made do. We would definitely stay there again!

Boat Waves, Sun Rays, and Lake Days!
This home and location are fantastic! The home felt bigger than the pictures as our family of 8 had plenty of room to sprawl out. We enjoyed dinners on the patio each night and morning coffee sunrises. We rented a pontoon at the local marina and were able to keep it docked at the house, which made days on the lake a breeze. The house provided paddle boards and kayaks, and there’s even a poker table in the game room. We’d love to come back and stay again!

Our party is a family of 12 consisting of adults/teens.
We found the property spectacular and very clean.
The owners literally had everything you could possibly wish for, and more, already stacked in the kitchen and throughout the home.
We utilized the paddle boards, kayaks and the docks space for our boat. The adults and teens had several competitive games of Poker in the game room! Heather and Nicole were wonderful to work with. They were readily available to help with and questions or needs we had.
We are looking forward planning another trip back!

Wonderful family vacation spot
We totally enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. All of the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked too. Convenient location, close to shopping and wineries. The lake is crystal clear, our grandchildren enjoyed the kayaks and swimming. Recommend this home highly.

Perfect for the family!
The house was great for a family vacation! We had our four adult children and their spouses (and one 7 year old granddaughter). The only thing was the size of the showers, except for the master. The room at the top floor should be given to the smallest people-our tallest person was in that room and it was a very tight for. The two on the second floor were better but still small. The owners were great and wanted to do everything they could to make our stay homey and enjoyable!

Amazing property
We had such a wonderful time staying at the Lake house. My husband booked it for my 30th with another two couples. They were blown away with the house! It has everything you need for a successful stay. Only wish is the weather was a little nicer because we dying to use the Kayaks that Chris and Heather were so kind to bring down for us. Would stay again!

The bedrooms were all set up nicely and each of our siblings essentially had their own floor! As the organizer for this sibling getaway, I was chosen to get the master suite. Perfect! My only regret is that I didn’t figure out how to work the steam shower room until my last morning. So we will be returning again!Thanks for a great getaway.

We had a great time this past weekend celebrating my fiances 35th birthday! If you are looking for an open space where everyone can hang out together and not feel on top of eachother, this is perfect. Would love to go back in warmer weather so we can use the decks, water access etc.
