Ein geräumiges Einfamilienhaus mit genügend Platz für Ihre ganze Gruppe! Voll ausgestattet für große Gruppen mit einem Schlafraum, einem Familienzimmer, zwei Hauptschlafzimmern, 3,5 Badezimmern, einem Spielbereich und einem großartigen Raum mit einem Esstisch für alle. Genießen Sie die Aussicht, die Ihnen eine Unterkunft am Wasser im privaten Garten mit Zugang zum Wasser bietet. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der besten Bar der Insel und eine kurze Fahrt mit dem Golfwagen von einem privaten Strand entfernt, zu dem Sie Zugang haben!
Unser Haus wird kinderfreundlich, erwachsenenfreundlich und hundefreundlich sein (einige Einschränkungen, Besitzer kontaktieren). Die beiden Hauptschlafzimmer (eines mit Kinderbett) bieten einen Blick auf unsere Uferpromenade, sodass Sie im Bett liegen und das klare türkisfarbene Wasser genießen können.
Das Obergeschoss "Wardroom" verfügt über 4 eingebaute Betten mit Blick auf das Meer an der Südseite der Insel. Das Familienschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Etagenbett über einem Doppelbett. Alle unsere Badezimmer sind mit Handtüchern, Duschwaschmittel, Handseife, Rasierschaum sowie Shampoo, Pflegelotion, Zahnpasta und Zahnbürsten ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Badezimmer neben dem Familienschlafzimmer mit einer Badewanne, die von allen geteilt wird. Das Hauptbad im Erdgeschoss hat eine riesige Dusche für zwei Personen. Im Obergeschoss teilen sich der Master und der Kleiderschrank ein Duschbad, aber jedes hat ein eigenes Waschbecken / WC.
Es gibt einen großen Raum mit einem Wohnzimmerbereich, einem Speiseraum und einer Küche. Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten und Werkzeugen ausgestattet, die Sie benötigen, um ein Gourmet-Abendessen zuzubereiten und Cocktails Ihrer Wahl zu mixen. This property is amazing! They thought of everything from beach shoes, towels,coolers, toiletries, in the house. The little beach area out back and the sea view is breathtaking my son git married there. Everything is a ahort ride on golf cart. Very Beautiful. Tracy the homeowner is 100% helpful and was very responsive to messages we even talked on the phone several times as she help make sure we had everything we needed for our son's wedding set up even got us a reservation at the beach restaurant near the house. The filtered water is good too. If you come to Russell Island Spanish Wells you want to stay here. Memories made and we had a wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at booze bungalow! We traveled with five children all under the age of five and the home had everything we could need!
Tracy was also very willing to work with us when we had concerns that our passports were not coming in in time. It is a truly lovely home and perfect spot for anyone traveling with littles and had everything we could have needed!

We had two families in this house with a total of 6 kids ranging in ages from 12- 6mo. It was in a great location with privacy but close to the sandbar restaurant and an easy golf cart ride to town. The house was so well stocked and made it easy to cook. I’d definitely recommend it!

The house was very well appointed and well thought out design on a beautiful oceanside with excellent snorkeling right out front. The check-in process could not have been better. We were met at the airport, brought to the ferry, picked up right away by the property manager with golf cart waiting and brought to the home with no delay. Checkout was just as smooth. The islands of Russell and Spanish wells were stunning and we cannot wait to come back!

Everything about this place was wonderful! From the experience of getting to the house, checking in and the stay once there, was wonderful!! Beautiful island, comfortable and perfect home away from home. We will be coming back for sure!! Thank you!!

We felt safe and comfortable, enjoyed the night sky and peaceful, quietness as well as the close proximity to The Sandbar restaurant.
On the downside, the map location on VRBO is totally off and shows this house much closer to the bridge over to the main area of Spanish Wells so it took longer to get anywhere (obviously not too much, but worth noting).
On the inside, in the master bath the sink cold water didn't work at all and the water splashes everywhere when running at a low to moderate flow. Also in the master bath the toilet 'wobbled' and looks like it leaks at the bottom, GROSS. Also, the water completely stopped on us twice, once when only 1 was being used and then again when 2 were being used at the same time with no other water running. The refrigerator took over 12 hours to cool items placed in it after we arrived, however the freezer worked fine. Would suggest an upgrade. We didn't use the upstairs at all since there were only 3 of us, but I don't see how any adult over 5'3 could stay there. Small linens; kitchen and bathroom hand towels were limited and looked like they were used for cleaning vs. face, hand or dish drying.
The outside needs work - A LOT. The grass was long, the two lounge cushions down by the water were torn, beat up and very dirty. No umbrellas could be found as shown in the pictures. There isn't any beach access, so not safe for young children. The shed and items in it were very dirty and rusty. BBQ grill was not level and dirty.

We felt nothing but at home during our stay. Communication with the owner was great and fast, plus the house manager, Mitchell, was fantastic! He was so helpful. We love the island and the seclusion. It’s a very low key place that’s quiet. Can’t wait to go back!

Our stay at Boos-Bungalow was magnificent. This was the best stocked VRBO we’ve stayed in. From toiletries, to pantry staples, sunscreen, bug spray & laundry supplies-the Enders family has thought if everything. Incredible weather, wonderful snorkeling right in the back yard (the highlight was the sea turtle & barracuda) and super convenient to the Sandbar restaurant. Spanish Wells and Russel Island are a very laid back friendly places & it was such a relaxing week. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks for everything

Our entire stay was wonderful, everyone could not believe the views and fun from our backyard. Able to enjoy sunrise and sunset by only a turn of your head. All the friendly people on the island no matter where we went. We are already planning for next year

This was our first trip to Spanish Wells and we had a wonderful time. Our stay at Boo's Bungalow was amazing and exceeded our expectations. We had four adults and one infant and we were all comfortable. We have been traveling to the Bahamas for 20+ years and have stayed in a number of vacation rentals. This was by far the best equipped and one of the nicest, if not the nicest, we have ever stayed at. We traveled with our toddler (17 month old) daughter for the first time and loved that we did not need to bring a portable crib, car seat (not needed on island) or high chair. We like to travel light and staying at Boo's Bungalow allowed us to do that. We loved the location and everything else about the house. Will definitely be back!

The property and amenities were outstanding. The beaches stupendous!! Wish we had been better prepared for all the things you need cash for. Mitchell (property manager) was very helpful. The island people are sooo friendly and helpful. Do NOT fly Silver Airways!!! Multiple delays and cancellations that resulted in tons of additional costs and hassles for us, requiring us to stay an additional night and change flights.

Such a cute and spacious house. Perfect for ladies or family trip! Stocked with everything you may need. Beach chairs, floats, towels water shoes and much more! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Not overcrowded. Beautiful beaches! We will definitely be back Lord willing!

Boo’s Bungalow was one of the best rentals I’ve ever visited! The location was awesome with a great water view. We loved being right across from the Sandbar restaurant! The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need with cooking supplies, snorkel gear, water shoes, kids toys, baby gear, and much much more! The communication was fantastic and everything went as planned!! We can’t wait to return!!

The request from our 3 kids, ranging from 14 - 20, was that our family vacation be in a tropical location, has crystal clear water, no crowds and is not commercialized. We hit a bull's eye with this home and location. This is a very cute home, clean, and a well organized and best stocked kitchen we ever encountered. We saw other vacationers now and then, but we basically lived with the locals for the week and took in their culture. Friendliest folks we ever encountered. Very safe. Easy to get around the island on golf carts. Communication was great between Tracy and Mitch. We had a flat tire on a golf cart and Mitch had it addressed immediately. We arrived to the island later than scheduled, and Mitch accommodated the changes without a hitch. Definitely check out the 'private' beach past the house just beyond where the paved road ends....we were the only ones there every time we went to it. We can definitely see ourselves returning. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home for our family to enjoy!

What a lovely house. The owners have done a wonderful job stocking it with all you could need, which is helpful on an island where supplies aren't at your fingertips. The property manger was available as soon as we needed him as well. Perfect spot for our trip with the girls.

Boo's Bungalow is a well-appointed home with so many thoughtful amenities it would take a long time to list them all. It was quite clean and the perfect home for a family reunion ranging from babies to grandparents. The property managers responded immediately to any questions. the location is perfect for access to the beautiful beaches on Spanish Wells.

Arrangements to get us from airport to property were FLAWLESS. Supplies were PLENTIFUL. Beds were VERY COMFORTABLE. Location was IDEAL.

The house and property were just beautiful! My husband, two adult kids and I enjoyed everything about Spanish Wells and the location of Boo’s Bungalow. The property manager was extremely helpful and easy to reach. We would definitely come back again!

This house is exactly as advertised. It was clean, spacious (9 adults/older teens) and VERY well equipped. It was even decked out for Christmas!
The location is great (especially proximity to the Sandbar!) and the house manager (Mitchell) was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of.
This was our first trip to Spanish Wells, and we found the residents to be kind and helpful, and the beaches to be stunning!

We recently returned from a week at this amazing home. We are frequent visitors to SW/RI and have stayed in many rentals here. This is the best rental we've stayed in. Firstly the house is immaculate, not run down in the slightest or even weather worn. All the windows work and all have screens, which is not always the case here. It was also spotless. The house has everything you need. Having all the food basics was great. I usually travel with spices and basics most houses don't have and it was not necessary for this trip. They even have all the best Trader Joe's spices. Rice, pasta, sauce, oatmeal, fresh coffee, beans, and so much more. We bring our own meats, and this meant a trip to the grocery store wasn't needed until 3 days in. The water filter is also fantastic to have instead of buying water. The house is set up so well. You could bring your whole family and have a huge holiday celebration and need to bring very little. The house is perfect for a couple or a very large family. The pictures don't lie even a little bit. You don't need to bring 90% of the toiletries usually brought, they provide it all. A very large family would be extremely comfortable here and never feel crowded it's big and has amazing spaces for adults and kids alike. It's also across from our favorite restaurant which was great as well. Directly on the water, and just a few minute ride to the North Side beach. We were met at the dock and the managers were easy to contact and wonderful to work with. No need was unmet. I will absolutely be back to Boos with my entire family for a holiday or reunion very soon. Trust the list of what they say is provided and pack light. We travel with just a carry on and we could left a lot of things at home staying in this house. Amazing location, fantastic amenities, clean, beyond functional. We just adore this house, and can't wait to return.

We had a great time on Russell Island and Spanish Wells. Two fantastic weeks! Mary Leigh arranged everything in advance so all we had to do was show up! No stress! The house was great. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need and then some. The floor plan allowed for together time and personal space. She also told us about a private beach a couple of minutes away by golf cart. We spent almost every afternoon there floating in the crystal blue water. We will be back!

A group of ladies stayed here over spring break, and omg we felt like mermaid princesses! Slept all of us easily, and comfortably. The house is well stocked and the morning sun rises are unmatched on our private beach. Outdoor shower was a hit with all campers. We enjoyed relaxing in the cozy kitchen and on the couch. We will 100 percent return! Communication was excellent with renters & they were so very helpful.

My husband & I discover the out islands back in 2019 & have been returning ever since . We now have the joy of 3 other couples that are more like family , that join us . This is our time to just get away & just be … away from the hustle . When owner says house is equipped, take that at face value . Flat irons, dryers, , toiletries, anything beach . Save the room in packing - I promise you . This home is beautifully decorated , peaceful & offers more than enough room to allow space , even when traveling in a big group .
What helped make this trip was the golf carts . We were about a 10/15 minute ride from ferry dock to house . If you park cart & it’s in way of someone , don’t be surprised when your cart is just moved , it’s just the way here .
Every night you can drive thru at Poppa Scoops for a different flavor of homemade ice cream .
Eagles landing is a great breakfast , ship yard had my favorite drink ( pineapple down) , wreckers had great food & buddas brought the music on Friday evenings .
It is so worth contacting Capt’n Smiley for a personal charter . We had certain spots we wanted to see . He took photos , videos of us jumping at Blue Sapphire & then recommended a fabulous lunch at Harbour island . I mentioned a dessert I had on a previous trip & had been unable to find since , he contacted someone & they made me one homemade ( Guava Duff 😋).
I can tell you best beach areas we went , boats we rented , our laughs , I can try to describe through our eyes the beauty of the island & people but this was our trip, our memories , our laughs. One thing I can tell you is life is short & you deserve to have your memories , laughs & to meet some of the best people of your life . Stop dreaming & thinking you can’t, I promise you you can & you will never regret it .

Wonderful. I couldnt have been more pleased. Waking up everyday to that water was just the best! The kitchen was marvelously supplied; we were able to put together a great Superbowl spread.
My husband has some mobility problems and the property presented some difficulties for him or I would have given it a 5.

This is our second visit to Boos Bungalow and we love it here. We highly recommend it. This house is well equipped, clean, private and easy to get to. Everyone here on Russell island/Spanish Wells/North Eleuthera are very friendly and very helpful. Such a beautiful place.

My wife and I and our family had a truly wonderful time in Spanish Wells. We have four young children and were accompanied by three friends and my brother and his wife and small child. We never felt cramped in this beautiful and charming little salt box in the Bahamas. We loved eating fresh lobster on the back deck, watching an incredible lightning show off in the distance and listening to the night sounds, the wind in the palm trees and the waves lapping the shore. We loved exploring the island on the golf carts (the owners were incredibly helpful and informed as we were arranging this necessary means of conveyance on the island…not to mention ferry/van transfers from the North Eleuthera airport…it was all very easy to do and added to the adventure for the kids) and having sundowners and dinner at the lovely beach bar across the street. We loved swimming with the sea turtles and the local pigs on pig island. I cannot recommend this home highly enough.

From the beginning of rental approval throughout our whole stay - Boo’s Bungalow was quick to respond to my questions and would proactively provide amazing suggestions on where to eat, activities, etc. Boo’s Bungalow organized all transportation to and from the airport and the golf carts for our stay. Boo’s Bungalow was the most well equipped home our family has ever stayed in and you could feel the love and pride the family puts into this home. Beyond being well equipped with anything and everything (every kitchen utensil, spice, staple, they also had amazing vegan shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms). We stayed over Christmas break and arrived to the home with a lovely Christmas tree decorated and other decorations. My kids - 8, 10, and 12 loved throwing the football around the grassy backyard, snorkeling right off the shoreline and the bedroom upstairs with a TV. Being close to the Sandbar was nice too - we would just walk over and enjoy happy hour, drinks, and food. We are forever grateful to Boo’s Bungalow for providing great memories for our family! The description online is 100% accurate for what they offer and location. Thank you Boo’s Bungalow and the Spanish Wells community!!! We fell in love with this island and hope to return.

We were a group of 6. The house is very spacious and equipped with anything you could possibly need. Tracy, the owner was so helpful before our arrival. We had a golf cart waiting for us at the dock upon arrival. Candida, the point of contact once on the island, helped us with whatever we needed. Overall, a great stay!

We had a fantastic week at Boo's Bungalow. The property is charming with sea views from every room. Tracy went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything needed to enjoy our stay, from golf carts and kayaks, to sundries and a paddle board. Candida, the property manager, was absolutely lovely, and very responsive to any requests during our stay. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy meals at the property. The upstairs ward room was a HUGE hit with the kids, and everyone had plenty of room to find a quiet space. All of the bathrooms were well appointed with plenty of space. The outdoor shower was awesome, and the laundry room had everything we needed! Everything was easy to get to, and we truly enjoyed our trip to Spanish Wells! Boo's Bungalow is a true vacation home with everything you might need for your entire party to enjoy a fabulous stay in paradise.
