Location was great. Early morning walks with the ocean in the background. Kitchen had all possible utensils. Dishwasher was extra bonus.

Double bed close to stoep has a very uncomfortable mattress. Stuffy smell in room where geyser is.

Tha facilities at the club house, the view from the house. We loved the setup of the house. The kids and I enjoyed the swimming pool, putt putt, arcade games and pool tables.

The fridge is useless, milk went off, it doesn't keep anything cold, freezer also useless. The stench in the cupboards are terrible. Even the bedding and pillows smelt sweaty.

The apartment was neat

There was a damp foul stuffy smell when you seat next to the walls and windows. Possibly mould. I had a headache the whole weekend. And all the window panes inside were filthy

It was at the beach.

The struggle to get into the beach club. There was entertainment which supposed to close at 12am but closed before 10pm already If there was Wifi it would have been much better

The resort was nice

The fridge didn't work properly as result we had to throw away food. The soap was limited for the dishes. No hand towel. Only realised on the day that there is no bath towel available. They provided 1 black bag we had to buy another cause we were a group of 6. Were not advised some of the lights work during loadshedding we had to figure it out ourselves.

I didn't like that when I entered there was a damp dirty smell to the place. Was so many rules. Hated that I had to pay a breakage deposit 3 days before arriving but it wasn't even returned to me on my departure day. I complained about the smell. Just to fine old mouldy cutting boards in a drawer. Which hasn't been cleaned for months. I was told the cleaning company would be notified. Nobody came. If that is the type of quality and service provided to paying customers I will never recommend this place to any one. There wasn't even a welcome. I had to ask for my code and was told oh sorry I forgot about you. I expected better from hermanus. Already broken crockery in a cupboard. The crockery wasn't even a set. The fridge wasn't even working because all our food went off in it. I really had an awful stay. Dreaded having to sleep. Tried staying out as late as possible to avoid actually being in that place. And the managing staff wasn't even polite.

everything was fine it just we didn't have a mop in our house...so we must borrow at the neighbors.

The location was great.

The TV and dstv remote batteries were damaged. The tv therefore didn't work.The agent replaced with the incorrect batteries. The bathroom mats were in a poor condition. The microwave was rusted inside. The stove had to be switched off at the main switch. One of the panels on top of the blinds fell off as the velcro is worn. A photo was sent to the agent.

location was absolutely perfect

Th location was good and the beds very comfy.

The place seemed very neglected however clean and upon entering the smell inside was mouldy smell which dissipated after airing it out.

There was no breakfast OK except of the loadshedding

Area is a bit cold but otherwise ok.

Was convenient, close to luxury, great location(not mentioning the informal settlement. Furthermore staff and residents were friendly, accommodation neat with lots amenities.

The fact that the Informal settlement is at the entrance of Hermanus Beach Club and being warned by security to be vigilant when walking alone on the beach.

Cell phone reception wasn't great. Adding wifi would make a big difference. Squatter camp outside was offputting but felt very safe inside complex.

The fact that we were so close to the sea just a few meters away from the apartment.

The apartment Windows were very dirty the bedding was creased floors were dirty Microwave didn't work properly it was rusted inside. when we arrived inside the place smelled like mold we were worried about the squatter camp outside the Complex but security was patrolling during the night.
