The unit was gorgeous and well taken care of. The location we enjoyed close enough to everything but not right in the middle of the busy areas.

Wish the whole building was non smoking but that is out of the owners control but this specific unit was smoke free which was very nice.

The view from the master bedroom and living room were amazing! We weren’t right on the beach, but we had a clear view! I enjoyed my coffee on the deck every morning!

My son wanted a better exercise facility, but it worked great for me. There were 3 pools, but we didn’t use them, so I can’t speak to them.

Other than the walk to the Beach it was very nice. Wish you would ask how many parking passes you need before traveling so you don’t have to drive to buy another.

The beds weren’t as comfortable, little toiletries and no cleaning supplies. Ensure to take a lot of after pictures so you can prove the cleanliness you left behind when the owner claims for extra fees and damages.

The condo was very clean and well maintained during our stay, it was very quiet during the entire stay.

The damage fees needs to be included with the original initial payments for the condo. I was asked to make extra payments for the damage fees which I was not expecting upon arrival.

The views of the ocean were amazing & the price for the unit was reasonable. I highly recommend that you take pictures of everything before and after!!

Beware HOA Covenant!! Far to many rules especially for tourists on vacation!! The master bed was extremely uncomfortable (back hurts) the mattress and pillows could be upgraded/replaced!! We felt like we were being watched the entire time. We encountered 2 guards that were unpleasant 1 of them had the audacity to say this “I like people like y’all”!! The other 1 tried to give us a hard time about the parking pass which was clearly visible and placed in the windshield he just didn’t want to come outside the booth to perform his duties. Information should be provided about HOA, quiet hours 10pm-10am, refundable damage fees which are collected separately via PayPal in order to gain access code to the unit after booking fees are paid in full and that there’s No attendants on duty prior to booking.

To be fair, the condo was beautiful and we really enjoyed watching the sunsets on the balcony. However, the owner (Donna) was a bit off. On our second day of our stay she decided to knock on the door and insisted that she needed to walk through the condo. She claimed there was a ‘report of an animal’ which is strange because she can see who comes in and out with a ring camera. We let her go through as we didn’t want any issues and had nothing to hide. However, we were very frustrated with the event because it completely invaded our privacy. Before she comments below to try and ‘defend herself’ I’d like to add one more thing. As we were leaving we closed the sofa bed incorrectly and the leg snapped. We did not get our security deposit back but we understand that it was our fault…we are not just another ‘disgruntled customer’ as Donna likes to say. Just wanted to leave a full honest review.
