Dieses gut eingerichtete Haus hat viel Platz und ist zweistöckig. Es bietet eine lange Zufahrt mit einem privaten Abschnitt, angrenzendem Ackerland und so nah an der Stadt.
Der Wohn- und Essbereich wird mit der sofortigen Wärme der Wärmepumpe, einem großen Fernseher mit DVB-T und vielen Magazinen und Spielen warm gehalten, um bei kaltem Wetter beschäftigt zu bleiben. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche führt zum Essbereich.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein großes Hauptschlafzimmer mit französischen Türen zum Deckbereich und ein eigenes Badezimmer.
Im Obergeschoss bietet das große Hauptschlafzimmer einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Wanaka Golf Course und das Cardrona Valley. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer befinden sich in der obersten Etage, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten aus Eisen und ein großes Zimmer mit einem Doppelstockbett unten und einem Einzelbett oben.
Nur eine kurze Fahrt zu den Skigebieten von Cardrona und Treble Cone.

Great Wanaka stay
Great spacious house walking distance to town centre. Lovely outlook. Excellent communication. Really loved our stay.
It was very cold when we were there. Only two of the four bedrooms upstairs had heaters so the other two rooms got cool at times.
Overall a fabulous place. We would certainly stay again if visiting Wanaka.

Professional work team stay
After long days on site it was wonderful to come back to a warm, modern and exceptionally clean home, plenty of space, sunshine and comfortable beds.. my staff were very impressed!

We spent Christmas in Wanaka and couldn't have asked for more from this property. Very spacious with a lovely garden space, a very short stroll into the to town. Would love to stay again.

Comfy stay
For the 6 of us, all singles, this was a great house to accommodate us all. With 2 bathrooms and a great laundry to catch up on washing, as we were on a bike ride through parts of NZ.

Very nice stay!
The Alpine Family Holiday House is a perfect house for a big family or group. The house is big, has a lot of space around for the kids to run, games, books, etc. We fell right away at home.
It's ideally located, a short 15min walk from town, and 3min from a nice bakery and butcher.
However, we were a family of 9 who love to cook, and we found that the kitchen was not stocked enough. There is everything you need regarding plates, cups, etc... but there is only 1 pan and 3 small to medium size pots. More pans and pots would definitely be useful, but if you don't cook so much, it won't be a problem.
Otherwise, be aware that the stairs don't have guardrail for babies.
All in all, we had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend this house!

Lovely Wanaka house with plenty of room to relax.
Set in a quiet part of Wanaka this house has beautiful views of the mountains. It is very clean with lots of room for the family to spread out. It is a short drive or 15 min easy stroll into town. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a family needs to self cater and the washer and dryer are handy too. Suzie was very responsive to any queries we had. I would definitely recommend Mt Iron Retreat. We really enjoyed our stay!

Good location quite close to centre of Wanaka. Warm, spacious and clean. Really appreciated having games and books for the children. Nice surprise to see sheep grazing outside in the morning.
