出張での利用で今年度二回目でした。期待に応える快適さでした。近所に銭湯があるのもグーです。

窓の前がビルで日中は気になりカーテンを開けるのを躊躇しました。

駅が近くて良い！

駅のエレベーターが工事中でベビーカーで0歳の娘と2人だったので近いけど凄く大変な中、到着。そしたら、また受付がエレベーターの上階で登るとエレベーター前に学生の団体？がたまっていた。スタッフの方は注意して避けてもらうように言って欲しかった。ベビーカーで実に通りずらい。 部屋の通路も狭いかな。

Staff were very helpful with special requests like ironing boards and weighing scales. Lots of free toiletries available at the reception area. Nearest parking is available at Asta Plaza East for ¥800/24 hrs. Rubber duckie in the bathtub was a nice touch. Free drinks all day at the drink machine in the restaurant with all kinds of hot and cold drinks. You won't need a vending machine in this hotel unless you want a beer. 5 min walk to the nearest subway station. McDonald's just next door but it's not 24hrs.

I left my down jacket behind in the room and when I contacted the hotel, they said they did not have a lost and found facility. That was quite disappointing.

最近のビジネスホテルではよくある事ですな、アメニテァが全てロビーから持っていく必要があり、パジャマも部屋にはありません。

子供の体調が悪くなってしまい病院に連れて行ったりまたチェックアウト時にも迷惑をかけたけど良い対応をしてもらえた。 ホテルの立地も悪くなく裏の商店街など飲食店も多いのが良い。

Easy check in and out. Nearby transportation and shops.

The room was too small for two people to be in. There were no amenities in the room. You have to get everything from 2nd level (the reception). Free drinks all the time and very near to public transportation. McDonald's is in the same building.

This Hotel, located before Shinnagata Station, was very quiet, comfortable, and cost-effective. Breakfast was served both Japanese and Western food meals. In particular, it was very good to enjoy the peaceful trip in Kobe Harbor Land, Bay Area, Nunobiki Herb Gardens, Nankinmachi Chinatown etc., and to come back to the hotel and experience the Japanese meal in Munashi for dinner.

Great location, friendly staff, room was clean and very comfortable.

There was a staff onsite who spoke English and was able to assist me during a medical emergency. They were prompt, professional and caring! Highly recommend!

I think it’s very affordable, and near to station and for shopping stores.

Sometimes they forgot to bring the exact amount of towels, or totally forgot it all.

Clean food

The location was great, it was right outside a train station that was only a couple stops from Shin-Kobe Shinkansen station. There were a number of convenience stores around and it was connected to a McDonalds which was great. The space was clean and the staff were really friendly.

The hotel and facilities itself seemed older. The bed was really hard and not very comfortable. When we arrived in our room the ceiling pane was open and all the wires / piping in the bathroom were exposed, so we closed it. Overall we were just a bit surprised because the other hotels we'd stayed at in Japan were much nicer.

great location. across station, have shops all along the road and mcdonalds in hotel. can go for a jog to the beach. very friendly staff, nice rooms and great space to work in the room and dining area. free hot and cold drinks
